Sales Engagement at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
It gives our team a system and one that works and produces results
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to come up and write cadences and figuring out content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Activate tracking, dashboards, and managing a sales process
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency of our reps being able to prospect and manage their accounts. This tool allows our reps to spend less time entering activities and managing follow-ups, so that they can spend more time selling. We can't imagine not having Salesloft as part of our tech stack!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The product is great out of the box and they are constantly developing more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growth and expansion of our SMB and Business Development teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just make the jump, you won't regret it! It shows results instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have sales functions all located in the same area to get my job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a support standpoint not being able to speak with a person to fully explain my issue and having to go back and forth more than a few times sometimes to address what the issue fully is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and being able to analyze messaging in emails that are working and not working. We have benefited greatly by increasing our lead/opp %

If you are looking for a sales automation tool to understand how your Development reps are calling who they are calling and providing consistent messaging for your company, this product is def. for you.
Salesloft - Best in Breed
What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration the tool brings to the organization. Being able to track engagement in real time and understanding analytics and insights help drive success and help us make better business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see the exact contact/lead that is opening the email - currently, it shows the person you send it to, but doesn't show the name of the person that it may have been forwarded to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have see the following: increase in speed to lead, conversion rates, activity being logged back to SFDC by not only the SDR team but also AEs (crucial for collaboration) an increase in time to value and process efficiency. Lastly, automating and reducing manual steps, its ease of use, and saw a rapid adoption of over 150 licenses.
Best in Class Sales Engagement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration and wonderful UI.. As an Sales Ops admin, I can appreciate the flexibility of the tool and reporting capabilities integrated with Salesforce. Simply, the best Sales reps use Salesloft the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the continued development on the analytics with Salesloft. They have made very good strides with this in the past few months but would like to continue to develop their insights as they learn more from their customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of cadences has been an absolute game changer. Removing these formerly manual processes away from the hands of the sales team and into the workflow of systems has provided us tremendous value. If your Sales team is still doing their own manual cadences, you are living in the past.

the ability to balance time and efficiency when managing volumes of prospects

it would be great to have more drill-down features in the email stats when looking at cadence and templates

productivity and efficiency of the sales development team; expanded template and email tracking usage for our field sales team
SalesLoft has changed how we sell
What do you like best about the product?
Consistency is key for any transformational change. SalesLoft helps us focus on the best activities and making sure we do them in a consistent manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding new reps can be a little challenging, especially teaching them about cadence best practices. In larger organizations where there are lots of reps that have more established practices, it's not that big of a deal. But for smaller teams, it's overwhelming at times to know where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating interest + managing leads in the attempt moving more qualified connections through the pipeline faster. Our SalesLoft instance helps create efficiencies to help us GTM in our traditional and new industries.

Think about your processes and WHERE YOU WANT TO GO before you start building cadence strategies.
Instrumental for success at large scale
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a large corporation, this tool enables me to connect with a large amount of people. It enables not only connections but emotional connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of our AM's unfortunately do not have access to SalesLoft. This can prove difficult to collaborate. Working on this now!

Coverage, forming emotional connections, consistency

Just dive in! We were scared and trust me, we had our issues. However, SalesLoft is incredible with their support services and understanding of your business model. We are continually trying to explore new ways we can utilize this tool for our company (marketing, sales, product development, etc)
