What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft overall is a great tool to help scale outbound outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most intuitive and its hard to discover features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalable outbound outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is a top outbounding tool, it's not without its problems but definitely worth having in your arsenal if outbounding is a large chunk of your day.

What do you like best about the product?
It accelerates sales activity and automates recording of that activity into SFDC
What do you dislike about the product?
That's tough. This is a really good product. Hmmmm... I suppose I wish there was an easier way to correct synch failures. Or, I wish the load screen stopped all uploads that don't meet the SFDC synch criteria for your instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster, more productive and able to book more meetings for the Sales Executives my team supports.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows me to not only execute my calls and emails but organize and evaluate the effectiveness of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor details within SalesLoft that should be explored (upload limits, duplicate rules, skipping multiple people at once, etc) but overall there is very little I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Automates my outreach every step of the way. No longer do I have to schedule reminders to send my next email. As soon as I make a call or send an email, my prospect automatically gets bumped to the next step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally have issues logging emails to Salesforce. When I copy + paste content the formatting can go a little crazy. Sometimes when I type it inputs backwards. All very minor problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to hundreds of prospects at a time without having to remember the last thing I sent or where they are in the prospecting process.

Do it. It will change the way you reach out to prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and has efficiency baked in to make sure your sales team follows a proven method for outreach to generate opportunity for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
No immediate dislikes. There are new features being added all the time, so I expect it will only get better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systematizing our business development team's outreach, continuous messaging and engagement testing and creating an automated way to build in accountability across the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a way to automate and systematize your sales engagement efforts, SalesLoft is THE answer. It is easy to use, has a lot of features (and growing), integrates with other systems, and has reporting to help you and your team see what is working/not and who is performing/not.

Automation, ease of use, ease of setup and the fact it's massively improved our output

Reporting is poor. For example, within salesloft I can't view the successes relating to a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency of our SDR team plus insights into what they are doing

Great product which is always being improved, but still lacking in some key build in analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefit to me within SalesLoft is the cadence tracker. Knowing who I need to reach out to, when, and with what type of messaging and collateral has drastically improved my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get overwhelming if not used properly. Almost everyone on my team would create too many cadences and add too many prospects to each one. There is only so much time in a day and things can get very messy if you take a day or two off. Easy to organize in the beginning, but becomes a nightmare if you do not stay on top of all of your cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, time management, prospecting, and follow up have all become more efficient and effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it wisely. Do not bite off more than you can chew as the cadences and notifications become very messy if you take a few days off.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I love the view it provides with OWL into competitors, the linkedin page of the prospect, and the ability to integrate Vidyard into my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow at times and laggy. I also don't like that I have to "log" a call for it to be counted.
