What do you like best about the product?
1. Time Zone Calling made easy.
2. Organized in terms of Prospect profiling
3. Notes in between to consider while interacting with the prospects.
4. User friendly interface
5. CRM integration with Dynamics 365
6. Call recording made my life easy
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Cadence system could have been better.
2. Mark Booked meetings is little tricky.

Flexible Cadence Building and Effortless Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility in building cadences that help us deliver the right number of touch points based on buyer signals. It also helps us provide the right content that the buyer is seeking, such as pricing tables and competitor analysis. The ease of loading People into the right cadences is extremely helpful. Additionally, the initial setup of Salesloft was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To complete the full funnel view it would be helpful to plug into our forecasting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps our field teams deliver consistent, solutions selling communications and build cadences based on buyer signals, which is enhanced by the ability to load the right people into these cadences easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
1.0 Slow response time when handling large cadences.
2.0 new SDRs sometimes struggle with cadences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and no need to write different emails for each inquiry we raise. We have created cadences for each use case and our SDRs following by fine tuning our email.

I think the open rate has also increased due to the same.

More productivity and the SDR team can now focus more on cold calling.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesloft integrates easily with different types of CRM's, like Salesforce, and it imports all the emails from our company's Gmail account. This tool helps ensure that all sales-related messages are properly managed. I appreciate that it provides our sales managers with detailed reports on calls and messages, along with analytics to highlight what strategies work best. Additionally, the initial setup of Salesloft was quite simple and easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major challenges I faced while using Salesloft was that whenever we tried sending a bulk SMS and emails to our clients, we found that almost 20-25% of emails got spammed or rejected due to incorrect details, so this is something they should work on and try introducing AI for removing incorrect details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft to increase our daily sales rate, manage sales communication on a central dashboard, send follow-ups easily, and ensure our sales managers receive detailed reports and analytics for better organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Salesloft for managing contacts and outreach cadences. Its integration with Salesforce is also a big plus for me, as it allows for advanced organization across multiple business units. It helps to streamline consistent outreach, which is really valuable. As a user, I found it easy to get set up.

It generally works well but there have been downtime instances where it wasn't available.

Better Cadences and Motivating Progress Tracking with Rhythm

What do you like best about the product?
It’s way better than other cadence tools I have used to create and follow through on cadences. Nice I can customize along the way. Motivating to follow the main tab called Rhythm and see my progress through the day for outreach. Also hot leads is the term used for folks who keep opening emails and it’s nice!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesloft for reporting and business development functions. I like the ease of mass outreach. Salesloft's ease of use and scalability really stand out to me. We can scale our outreach without adding headcount, which is fantastic. Their team has been great to work with, making the experience even better. The initial setup was easy, which was a big plus.

I think the forecasting features in Salesloft could use improvement in terms of better accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy usage, we could follow up all the sell process from beginning to end. You will have a plus if you combine it with Trello and your team will make more calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft can be modified and the customer can add a lot of tools, so I do not have anything I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow up process, the constant reminders makes you make the sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. I like that it's not overly complicated and users maintain a clear view on contacts, engagement and sequence level data. It's also super quick and easy toupdate contact information, edit sequences and templates - even while they are in use. Their newer AI tools are pretty usable.
What do you dislike about the product?
More in depth and granular reporting would be helpful. Their AI tools are interesting but could use more development.

Using it for contact managment and outboud cadences, solid tool.
