Increased team and individual output

  • May 14, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create cadences that provide easy personalization at scale. The insights into the weekly/daily team report has been helpful to see what types of weeks produce and what types don't. The ability to AB test subject lines and emails in cadences helps provide better understanding of what is working
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations to salesforce could be improved. The ability to have more "if than" options would be helpful to section out most engaged prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound Outreach, Templates, and Snippets for AE's. Being able to reach a large number of prospects with low headcount. We also use email tracking daily and has helped get deals across the finish line before the end of a month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the price and ease of use, this is a great tool for any growing or established sales team. The easy to use interface and the insight into SDR's days provides value daily to multiple areas of the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of manual processes to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadences for prospects and having a tool that reminds you when to follow up.

Great for cadence automation

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a fantastic tool for automating cadences and keeping track of cadence metrics. Open rates, clicks, replies - all play a crucial role in determining the success of a specific campaign. As an SDR I found great value in the tool and would recommend it to any SDR/SDR manager looking to streamline their cadence process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some items that need to be paid close attention to when it comes to metrics and how they are captured and displayed. I noticed that on certain emails a click would be registered, but an open would not be. This led to some confusion (in hindsight it could have been a beta blocker).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of cadence work, email sending, and call scheduling. The tool not only streamlines email sends but also keeps the team accountable for completing tasks/steps the day they are due and provides visibility into completed steps, missed steps, and so forth. From a managerial perspective, I find this to be one of the best tools for holding reps accountable.

SalesLoft is best SDR tool

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allows me to organize my cadences and stay on top of all the prospects that I am reaching out to. It's super helpful for organization and productivity.

It's also great for tracking who is engaging with my emails and how warm a prospect is. When I send an email, I can see exactly how many times they've opened it and clicked through it so I know who it follow up with and can prioritize my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool becomes somewhat harder to use when you are focused entirely on outbound prospecting, since a lot of outbound prospecting is opportunistic. It becomes a lot harder to put people in rhythmic cadences where they are getting consistent touches.

One thing that is somewhat bothersome about this tool is that the clicks and opens are relatively inaccurate. You get a lot of false clicks and opens. Also, I'm not sure if the opens and clicks are tracked via cookies because when I look at my emails in my gmail account, it shows me as being the prospect who is clicking on the email, when that is certainly not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our SDR team to help with productivity, organization and analytics. We've realized we absolutely need the tool. It would be impossible to do what we do in a day without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the way to go. There are other similar tools like Outreach, but this is by far the best tool available in this space.

Efficient and helpful tool for sales

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft gives me a platform to manage all the different and often fragmented aspects of prospecting in one place and track my progress with each contact easily. Great for tracking and analytics both individually and as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the system doesn't integrate with Salesforce quite as smoothly as it should and this has created lots of admin, unfortunately, but I think this is mainly down to how our company has integrated it and not SL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finally can track my activity with leads across phone, email, linkedin in one place easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out yesware if you are only interested in mail merging. Salesloft gives me a platform to manage all the different and often fragmented aspects of prospecting in one place and track my progress with each contact easily. Great for tracking and analytics both individually and as a team. Sometimes, the system doesn't integrate with Salesforce quite as smoothly as it should and this has created lots of admin, unfortunately, but I think this is mainly down to how our company has integrated it and not SL.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your wifi is good.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use cadences, easy to retrieve insights on those cadences effectiveness, the home page that gives you a live feed of who has opened your emails. Also - with the call feature, that automatically pulls up their Salesforce account, it makes it very easy to take notes and keep track of recent calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have some times where it is down however this only maybe happened once a month. Not a huge issue

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see who viewed the email you’ve sent
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes though when my colleagues or I view the email, salesloft mistakes it as the recipient viewing the email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating and marketing to my clients even when I’m not working. Exploiting their inboxes when they’re most alert.
