Fantastic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share content around the enterprise. Using salesloft we are able to push out promotion and prospecting cadences to the entire organization and report back with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still growing as a platform, all enterprise use cases not fully baked. Very excited to see where the tool/organization go from here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping sales/marketing reps reach more people more intelligently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the governance of content before you start implementing. Once you open the flood gates and let people start creating templates/cadences, it's easy to let things get out of hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency, recorded voice mails, customization too much to list. Allows you to do the thing's you already do much more efficiently. he ability to quickly load a lead from salesforce or multiple leads is very easy. The email tracking is also very helpful when deciding when to reach out to prospects. Navigating through Salesloft for the most part is very easy. The notifications on whether an email has been received or not is great. I primarily use Salesloft for email cadences and email blasts. Both allow me to send templated emails to prospect at a much faster rate than gmail. The dashboard also gives you good feedback on which emails are being opened/responded to. Being able to create your own custom templates is very easy as well which allows you to change up your messaging whenever you'd like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Network issues, nothing on Salesloft's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts through the clutter. Able to close and land more business because Salesloft handles so many tasks. Tracking and creating emails that are sent to prospects are the biggest values to my job. The new ability to tell if a prospect is looking at our site and what pages they are visiting is also useful. Salesloft does a good job of constantly adding new features like a linkedin extension at the bottom of the screen to verify prospects. The dashboard also helps tell which emails work and which don't and making changes to templated emails is very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product will improve sales period. The product basically makes everything you already do more efficient. The automation engine allows work to be done behind the scenes based upon activities. This product is a must have.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SalesLoft to be the most helpful with staying on top of hot leads! I can keep a prospect engaged for as long as I need to through the cadences I create. SalesLoft makes it extremely easy to email and call prospects straight from Salesforce, so I am always up to date on my touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I necessarily dislike about SalesLoft. If I ever run into a problem or need help navigating the platform, the support team is there to help guide me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect engagement and visibility. We are able to keep prospects and accounts engaged longer and track our thread of communication through Salesforce, giving other members within the organization consistent insight.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used things like Yesware for outbounds. Love the comprehensiveness and integration w/ our Salesforce Database. Just makes everything so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were cadence reports dashboard, so I wouldn't have to click into and look at each step or each cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create and share cadences across teams has been super helpful! I enjoy being able to collaborate within the tool, get analytics on email performance and benchmark my results against other team members, even copy the ones they are having success with. I also think their integration with both gmail and salesforce is super helpful. Before I would have to manually sync information back and forth but with this tool everything is automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics were easier to use, we track open rates, click rates, but it is hard to find this information and reporting isn't exactly easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of prospect outreach for new and existing business with a way to track and log activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research! There are a lot of tools out there that have similar functions and features make sure you get one that fits your needs.
Made my life as an SDR a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of sending emails was key for my continued use of Salesloft. I went from having a massive and cluttered google sheets index of all my clients to organized cadences. It was also very valuable to see which cadences worked best which lead to better emails and higher engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have many issues with Salesloft. There were a couple of times where I couldn't log in but that is typical of a service of that size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automized outreach - made everything run 1000x faster. Saved me hours of work and I was able to focus on creating better content to send than focusing on getting emails out at all.

We use meeting intelligence, which records and transcribes our calls. This is a neat feature.

We've found the main competing platform to be a bit more comprehensive, but still like the SalesLoft platform overall.

Helps a ton
What do you like best about the product?
Building cadences is very easy, the autopopulate tools work great, and the phone functionality works very well. Importing people is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search could be greatly improved. Also occasionally the dialer is tough to work with while in a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who you are staying in touch with and when is a breeze. Also the ability to have stats on how different emails and cadences are performing is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The helpful way to remind yourself to continue to contact and use different communication styles. It is a persistent, yet professional, way to follow up with clients and prospects. It gives my teams daily/weekly tasks to keep their follow up items moving along.
I like the ease of inserting videos. It helps our communications stand out from others and that was a challenge we had before.
As a team lead, this is also great to see what communications are going out and who is reading/clicking/watching. It is exciting to send a cadence out and start watching the clicks and views come in!

What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating SL is a bit clunky and takes a bit to get used to finding where things are and how it works.
But once you get in a good flow, it is easy to move quickly. One thing in particular is when selecting people, if you go to the next page, your selections are lost.
There is also more than one way to do a few things, so it can get a little confusing to navigate while you are trying to figure out what works best for how you need it to flow.

Helps us with follow ups! For our sales team, it helps reach out to prospects, make it very specialized and still send to a group of people. The videos added into cadences has helped our company stand out from the rest. For our account management team, it helps with communications that need to be followed up. So many times, we forget to follow up, this has been a game changer. Once specific way we benefit is for our contract renewals. We start 3 months out and use different communication methods (emails, calls, videos) to get in touch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend having a point person be the admin to make sure everything is set up correctly and then working closely with your Marketing team to build your messaging. Having a single person (specifically Marketing) involved with messaging can keep consistence with your touch points and stay aligned with your brand. Another recommendation would be to have a naming pattern. As you continue to grow your cadences, name them in a way they can easily be searched and identified. Using tags is helpful as well.

I really don't have anything negative to sat about it. I use it every day and it's helping to put my in my pocket.

I'm in sales. I'm hitting my goals and I realize Salesloft is a big contribution to that.
