Useful tool that can help your sales team to be more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
1. Very much efficient tool to increase your number of reach-outs.

2. Create new templates once & use them multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing which I dislike is that it's email tracking couldn't bypass spam filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to almost double my productivity and eventually end results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to increase the number of emails or calls dramatically then Salesloft is the best option.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing that makes SealsLoft 'a must' tool for me is the ability to follow-up with the potential clients smartly and efficiently without too much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to understand the cadence set-up, but it was defently worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for follow-up on my clients and arrange the pipeline manually.

My Favorite Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Training new sales reps has drastically improved. Costello makes it so easy to share how to do phone calls the right way. It generally makes everything for phone calls easier. Saves a lot of time for reps and cuts down on the variability of talk tracks.

Their deals dashboard also makes it extremely easy to view, edit, update, and change fields extremely quickly compared to Salesforce. Our sales reps love this because of the convenience.

Customer services has been fantastic. Salesforce integration is great and very easy to get information back into Salesfroce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about Costello. Id like to be able to review certain calls from Costello for convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training new reps is drastically easier.
Understanding the outcomes and data behind our reps, rather than having to manually crunch our own data with Salesforce reports.

Drives Great Process Before Sales Scales

What do you like best about the product?
The delivery of the product team from Sales to Success, Training and Customer Support is the best I've ever seen!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the product needs 3-5 more clicks than the user desires. You make the clicks because you know you have to, but having less screen time to get things done would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking engagements with content, testing different outreach / activation strategies and nurturing leads to prospects have all been wins for us. The biggest benefit we've seen is in the process it instills across our team, reminding everyone from Marketing and Sales that being thoughtful about what our message is critical to success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your sales and marketing orgs are already at scale, I have no doubt that SalesLoft is THE tool for the team. However, if the team is still in the early stages (<5 sales and marketing folks), do understand that SalesLoft is likely going to provide more value by way of driving excellent process than super robust data around your sales motion.

What do you like best about the product?
First, let me say I was sceptical as previously I worked in a different CRM and made over 60 calls per day and almost as may emails. I see now I was working harder, but not smarter! SalesLoft's scientific algorythm works far better than my previous system of lead generation and I am getting more meeting with less calls per day. It is awesome and I highly recommend! Now I have time to research more thoroughly, train others, and other things during the day I didn't previously have time for!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that salesloft's notes were tied to SalesForce so my outside sales folks I work hand in hand with could see my activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability of Salesloft to send multiple emails at once is a great time saver! I love the email templates that are already in a cadence ready to send without having to copy and paste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend SalesLoft for reaching more prospects by working smarter, not harder

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping people organized, integration with LinkedIn Navigator, and the ability to automate and send mass emails along with personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft will say that a Lead/Contact is already in a cadence, even if that cadence completed or no one has called/emailed that person in 6-12 months. This adds a lot of manual effort when you add a new list of leads (after a company has used SalesLoft for over a year) and more than half of those leads are "already in a cadence).

Additionally, it would be helpful to truncate some of the info show on email threads and "activity," but the VP of Support said that they're working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has greatly helped me stay organized with prospecting, especially when you are running multiple campaigns (Cadences in SL) and/or following up on a variety of Inbound Leads. I originally used SL as a Business Development Rep, and prior to SL, we had to put reminders in our Salesforce CRM or even set reminders in our phones on certain days. Fortunately, Salesloft helped me eliminate this organizational hazard and I believe ultimately helped me make almost twice the amount of outreach at the same time.

Once the company adopted SalesLoft across multiple teams (Field, Inside Sales, and Cloud Specialists), it also helps to show activity that multiple people have made for a lead/contact. That way, it helps to ensure that you don't have multiple people calling the same person in an uncoordinated manner and you can ask your colleagues for insights before reaching out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Determine who is going to use the platform and its primary goals. This will help you best understand your ROI and implementation go smoothly.

Increased Efficiency with Saleloft

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about salesloft is how easy it is to use. Working with SFDC everyday you can run into extreme workarounds with complex workflows. (Essentially, make sure you have a SFDC admin always on hand). With Salesloft you can be a typical business user and build everything yourself. Even automation rules! In addition, they have a seamless integration into SFDC so that your users never need to leave Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a power user, the automation rules are great however can seem limiting at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved quite a few. First we were able to speed up our SDR on boarding process and get them on the phones quicker. When you first start, there are so many tech tools, different processes, and tons of reports in SFDC. With Salesloft we were able to consolidate the process and have everyone learn one simplified way to do their job. Secondly, we were able to reduce our Inbound MQL response times from days and hours to minutes.
