What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has enabled us get into contact with the customer hear their views and interact with them. It has reduced paperwork since everything is fully automated. It is well organized and using it is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disappoint by loading very slow when am working against time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft enables user integrate email tracking and sales calls, it also enable us overlook on sales performance by keeping track of data and records. It also allows user create email templates and share them across team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software does not only allow you make steps in boosting sales it also help in keeping track of the same, we have tried it out and we have no regrets recommending it to anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Costello has been incredible. From the sales process to post-sales, the Costello team is on top of ensuring you have any resources needed to make this tool easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much something I dislike as much as something that Costello really listens to. I often find limitations with the product, as it is still developing. That team does a phenomenal job of taking my feedback seriously and oftentimes makes my wish list a reality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Costello to help highlight the variables that we think are both benefits as well as downfalls that our customers might be experiencing. The biggest benefit this tool will provide is saving time for manual reporting we have from time to time.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with Hubspot to take and transferring relevant notes to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes prospects don't follow the normal playbook so the tool can be a little bit distracting from having an organic conversation. This isn't Costello's fault though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring we have a consistent process in all of our sales conversations and are gathering the important data we need to qualify leads and move the deal toward close.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the functionality and ease of use is great for me. I can add contact quickly and send out emails at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to send emails with but you can not send emails in gmail that can go through cadences in salesloft. It is onesided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to a lot of clients in less time so I have more time to focus on other initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, notifications are super helpful, and the timelines of activity on each contact provide exactly the tracking you need to carry out your job effectively.
Also, the salesforce integration works really well
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see how sales loft come up with better reporting functionality, that IMO seems to be lacking a bit (no drag and drop functionalities, or flexibilities in terms of cutting and slicing)

What do you like best about the product?
The fact it’s organised and integrates into all systems that are needed for sales and more. Salesloft allows me to organise my work flow into cadences which brings more structure and organisation into lead flow. People in this job often use pen and paper, with salesloft, it becomes more automated and flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how sometimes it is quite slow and takes a while to work and load. Maybe it is down to the number of leads in the system and integrations but it can be quite slow to load up a call, this is very rare though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
International calls is key and organising myself into structure is also key in the job I do. In this job we are very KPI driven, having salesloft record the number of calls you do and emails sent its so massive.

I am a MASSIVE USER of the Snippets and Template tool which allows emails to be way more fulfilled.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make reports from Salesforce more easy to integrate, it would help out a lot with the process of contacting a large amount of leads.

Whatever you do, upload your templates and snippets at the beginning because that will be the forefront of everything you do and reply to.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating and saving email templates is pretty simple. I also like how easy it is to find/share a template and create the cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading your list is a little cumbersome. I usually have to ask one of our marketing folks to help me b/c of how SalesLoft maps the fields and finds "duplicates." We recently migrated over to Outlook, and the SalesLoft widget so you can "Loft" your emails doesn't really work well in Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it strictly to target my existing customers for monthly/quarterly email blasts and check-ins.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SalesLoft is the tracking of email engagement. This allows me to quickly engage with that prospect or try another way to connect with an unengaged prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can be delayed which then causes me to be delayed in the outreach to certain prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SalesLoft all day long. I've realized that this software is a huge time saver and allows me to be extremely productive in my outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a sales team using Salesforce, I would highly recommend using SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
I get to easily add new contacts into specific cadences and run them to perfection. It makes my day to day way easier and couldn’t imagine life without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is if it had a native video platform as part of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadence automation, email tracking, integrations within current software, and overall saving time.

It's a game changer and worth looking into for your organization.
