Awesome tool to blow up your productivity and reach tons of prospects
What do you like best about the product?
My productivity has quadrupled.by using this tool. I can measure that in terms of not only telephone calls made but the number of demos I've booked.With this tool I can quickly fly through my prospect database and make more dials to improve my connection rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes VOIP calls sound bad and I am afriad that my emails sent through sales loft are still recognized as SPAM by prospects. Also I found it hard to load large groups of leads from SalesForce.com so I think this area could be improved. The local presence area code is nearly worthless to me. Seems to only work in about 20% of the area codes I call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to order and access prospect records, dialing with click of a button, simple email sending and tracking. All of this saves me hours each day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow cadence steps to be repeated by user without leaving the cadence.
Doing outbound prospecting without a tool like Salesloft will leave you in the dust...
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft aggregates a lot of the information I would need from systems of record (like SFDC) and external feeds (like Owler, LinkedIn, news, etc.) to stay on top of strategic account outreach. It's fairly easy to use and honestly it's difficult to be anywhere as effective without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always improvements to be made. Some of the new Intelligence features and calendar integrations could use some work. Thankfully with regular updates, I'm sure it will come eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have teams of SDRs and AEs that do their own cold and warm outreach. It becomes really hard to capture activities and learnings when they have to be manually logged into SFDC. SalesLoft helps tremendously on that front.
While we under utilize all the power of SalesLoft, it is an integral part of our sales process

1. Easily group like prospects and provide them with a cadence of touches that helps us get appointments
2. Tracking of emails sent so we know when prospect are viewing our content
3. Analytics so we can monitor our BDM activities
4. All activities flow back to SF for ease of reporting and keeping SF up to date

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had occasions when the quality of the voip call thru SL has been less than optimal; that seems to have improved but still occasionally and issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use it to set appointments for onsite visits; but with covid we are now focusing on virtual visits
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I haven't reviewed these solutions recently, SalesLoft was the best fit for us 3 years ago.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a much better insight into our customers needs.

Nothing, i think it is great. No recommendations right now

Streamlined emails, along with great insight to metrics that I didn't have before.

Salesloft allows me to reach out to people, see who read/opened my emails etc. Basically my Sales targets have gone up.
Easiest Option Out There
What do you like best about the product?
They let your sales reps operate in gmail or in salesforce or the salesloft app seamlessly. It is up to them how they want to work, and everyone is still using the same communication tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was an easier handoff solution. We use Salesloft for our sales team and our customer success team, so it would be great it a cadence could be handed off across teams. Sometimes synching with Salesforce isn't as frequent or as seamless as I'd like, but I think that has more to do with how we use salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of disparate content. This way the entire team has the latest version in their content library and doesn't have to go searching. Plus we know that follow-ups are happening in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the real-time data on email opens, clicks, and website tracking. It's hard to tell what emails are resonating the best with folks and the clicks are a good indicator. I've been able to schedule a few meetings when I catch people on the website in real-time
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone function of Salesloft isn't great. It's hard enough to get a prospect on the phone, and when they can't hear me it becomes an even bigger issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-management. Removing the need for manual tasks is key and that's my favorite aspect of Salesloft
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in a spray and pray type of sales role this is the platform for you. It's great for high volume outreach but not the best for catered messaging for specific contacts.
Good way to track activities such as calls and emails
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has very good cadences management for Sales to follow and keep track of their progresses. Activities are imported into our CRM, so we can manage to view and track all of our activities just from our current CRM>
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin, maintaining connections between SalesLoft, our CRM and call recordings take a lot of time, and troubleshooting to make sure everything runs fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesLoft, we are able to track activities from all reps and import those activities to our CRM.

SL is very valuable when it comes to organization & efficiency with prospect outreach and creating

Helpful & uspides: organization, effeciency, effectiveness, tracking opens/views/clicks, seeing previous activities with leads.

Some call recordings sound terrible and can't hear some of the call

Having a list to dial right there in front of me is essential to my job and the way I do my job. If I didn't have that i would not be working efficiently.
Review of Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
The Cadence Steps and workflow are easy and overall Salesloft as a tool is an easy to use platform for sales. The front page is easy and being able to understand your best times to send messages or call are useful for you emails and calls
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone dialer is not good I have laggy calls all the time and sometimes the phone won't even ring. Also Salesloft can be slow too when you have multiple saleloft taps or you are using cadences and loading the next prospect. Also their needs to be more integration with Salesforce.
