Salesloft is an extremely valuable sales enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to know if a prospect viewed or clicked my emails is extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Snippets. I might need additional training on this feature, but it is something I haven't used at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has enabled me to be more effective with my outreach. It allows me to respond quickly to prospects because of the alerts I get. Tags make me focus on my top prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The effectiveness of Salesloft is dependent on the quality of your data in your CRM. The best thing about Salesloft is that your sales strategy will get better the longer you prospect in Salesloft as you clean your data, tag your prospects, etc.
Extremely helpful for organizing and email blasting.
What do you like best about the product?
Dialing directly and saving the call is quite a nice experience through the website. If I ever forget a detail in my call I can just check it out again.
What do you dislike about the product?
When redesigning cadences I wish you could create a way to import all the leads in that step and move them elsewhere to a different cadence on a step that can be other than the first step.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to manage your pipeline and keep yourself organized. I can spend 40 minutes per week setting up cadences for different accounts and that saves me an incredible amount of time each week on planning and organizing. Every day I can walk into the office and know exactly what I am working on, what has been responded to, and what is urgent, and what is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the time my phone calls disconnect but that could be an internet connection

Pipeline management and funnel acceleration. Easily transitioning from a sales call with no pick up to next stage email, automatically

What do you like best about the product?
I like the emailing system in the software. I also like the cadence system to be able to drop down in the bucket
What do you dislike about the product?
I have problems in dialing out and calling out at times. I wish there was a way to send mass emails and things without having them in a specific cadence. your dispositions and sentiments can be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to be more efficient in our sales cycle and have more touchpoints with potential clients. i have realized it can automate a lot of work for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The calling feature of Salesloft works smooth. Also the ability to track the views for the emails sent, makes it more effective.
Apart from that, if you are calling a list, the tool segregates them based on the timezone automatically. Hence it makes the job easier for the rep/agent who is using this.

Business Development and sales.

Once a user has the first-hand experience, they would know all the pros-cons of Salesloft.
If you are looking at implementing it for a Business Development team to make cold calls and generate more leads ultimately leading to revenue, this is the best platform that I have come across.
While there are a lot of insights that can show what time of the day/week is best to call based on data, you would definitely not miss the growth opportunity.
From an admin role, you can definitely get a lot of insights from the data that is worked upon. This enables you to make strategic decisions.

More efficient and easier to stay on track
What do you like best about the product?
Love that my days are laid out for me. Makes organization and targeting a lot easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Important notes still have to be added in Salesforce manually.

I am way more organized, which allows me to be more efficient.
best platform, needs more to become sticky to AEs
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has great UX, a great integration with SalesForce, and a Gong integration, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to look up things that should be simple, as a team leader overseeing SDRs and BDRs. I still don't have the very clear window into their activities and %s that I need.

SalesLoft has greatly improved cadence following, and the focus on process is helping the entire team work more efficiently and in a more collaborative manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize my cadences so that they have my voice and can be tailored to each person in them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Default features like removing people from a cadence when their email bounces or they reply to an email. Those should be options, of course, but should definitely not be the default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track the activity on each account that I am working with and helps to ensure I am contacting them in the right way on the right day. I have seen an increase in my own successful sales.
Playbooks on a different level
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best way to implement a systematic approach in targeting clients. Fast, efficient and effective. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs more customisation options such as multiple users being able to take part in a cadence (ie 2 people target key accounts under one cadence)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale has increased significantly, and more meetings booked already.
