What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay organized, on top of my sales outreach and productive
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes buggy and integrations with SalesNav can be wonky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective, organized, timely cold outreach to prospects. I've realized that I would not be able to do my job as effectively and efficiently without it.

The easiest way to create and manage email cadences and templates

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about this software is how easy it is to create reusable email templates and cadences and stay on top of them. It has lots of functionality that integrates with Salesforce and Gmail so it fits really well into my workflow. I also love the meeting intelligence functionality that automatically records all my Zoom meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the dialer very much in my new role, but the dialer was sort of hot and cold with how well it worked, especially for overseas calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-saving time by saving reusable emails
-managing longer term communication with cadences
-tracking and storing emails with Salesforce integration
-being able to use templates right in Gmail
-recording Zoom meetings through meeting intelligence and being able to access them for reference
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Salesloft is a great tool for any sales or customer success organization to have. If you are just sending emails one-off or not recording your calls, you are missing out!

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is, for the most part, intuitive for end users. Support is always responsive.

Reporting could use some work - a more robust solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely changes the prospecting game. I couldn’t imagine going back to prospecting before SalesLoft. I’ve got all of my communication in one centralized area with SalesLoft. Seeing when someone opens my email, clicks on a link, and the volume of activity I can do with SalesLoft are some of the perks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately images typically break when sent in a SalesLoft email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has helped me increase activity, organize my activity, acts as a large to-do list for activity, keep track of calls and voicemails, recording and dropping voicemails and cadences are amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I can estblish several emails for clients for a topic and consistently follow up with the steps
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to hit the save button when adding a step or making a change to a step. I can not easily move more than one person at a time to a new cadence

I do not forget to follow up. I can see when someone opens the email and if they click for more info.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of SalesLoft is being able to build cadences and templates. Before SL I was working primarily off of spreadsheets and it was a nightmare. Being able to have a cadence build with pre-populated emails saves me hours in the day and allows me to never let prospects slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft does a great job of making my job easier as I reach out to prospects. However, it is not and does not replace a CRM. There are many workarounds in a pinch but I would say this is a tool that only truly works as a pre-sale tool - not a post sale or post meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound efforts and reaching out to a large number of prospects with customized approached and touches is incredibly time consuming and without SalesLoft I would not have time to do the other half of my job which is client pitching and proposal building along with account management. This has become a valuable part of my toolkit for what helps me do my job well.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to setup a cadence within SalesLoft and have confidence that the email messages will be delivered at a time that I choose. I also like being able to see notifications of the interaction and replies from the recipient
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to be able to customize the subject line of the email to include a dynamic field from the dataset- like name of the company or individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is simplified and as a sales professional I enjoy any reliable automation that allows me to save or multiply my time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is the ease of use and the ability to view e-mails that are open, read or clicked on! It allows me to follow up clients when they view my email and my company is on their mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I don't have a pipeline view, only the ability to "star" potential customers that are interested. There should me a more clearly defined way to see what the clients status is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is following up with leads when they don't buy on the first couple of phone calls. We realized the benefits of cadences and reminders have helped us tremendously with pre and post sale follow up practices.

What do you like best about the product?
Create templates and track at an account level who is being contacted and how often through calls/emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccuracy of the "views", wish we knew which were real.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding who we are reaching and the frequency of our interactions with prospects. The integration with Salesforce (SFDC) is excellent! The success button!

What do you like best about the product?
After using SalesLoft, I could never imagine working without it. Our Company provides alot of training for our customers, and emailing my customers one-by-one is not efficient not effective. With SalesLoft, I can schedule webinars, software updates, and schedule customer follow-up meetings with ease. I really like that all my emails are captured in SFDC. This also saves me more time. I can honestly say, before I started using SalesLoft, my days were filled more with drafting emails instead of focusing on scheduling trainings, notifying clients of upcoming events, and having the customer schedule my customer meetings. Tiffany Dominguez in our Customer Success Manager, and she is really phenomenal, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. I cant live with out SalesLoft
What do you dislike about the product?
1. they really need telephone support. Using email for support issues takes FOREVER.

2. I think they should charge user licenses in a bundle offering. Like for small customers, they get a bundle of 20 user licenses, this way they have room to grow. And for mid-size, they should be able to purchase a bundle of 50 user licenses. Just a thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach more customers with less effort. Our staff is able to focus on the more complexed internal duties that require more attention.
