What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization piece of it. It helps with follow up and building a cadence to get a rapport built with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to work with partner a partner for the same prospect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps the sales team organized with timely follow ups
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Who ever the account owner is should upload all leads to Salesloft. If they have a inside seller working with them then they should assign task rather than having them become the lead owner.

SalesLoft User Review

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and store team templates and cadences made it very easy for me to collaborate with team members on campaigns and stick to messaging that was proven to work. I also liked the ability to track data on opens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the reply and click tracking features because they often provided incorrect data, logging clicks for people who clicked on opt out links. Another issue was the inability to send more than 500 emails a day. It made you have to be narrow in your targets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft made my job as a sales rep much easier as I could now better track who I was emailing and when I was emailing them so I was not reaching out to the same people many times in a short span. It also allowed me to automate my email sending to avoid countless wasted hours of manual clicking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is the best email blasting tool I have used, it can really help business development

It is like a personal assistant!

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations. It integrates with my CRM (SFDC) so I can work in any of both and all the information is updated. I can set up reminders, automate actions, integrate it with mail. Also, it integrates with my Linkedin Sales Navigator so I can have insights in the same tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it would be able to integrate Whatsapp. Also, there is no Android App and it would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes really easy for the reps to follow up, it also allows to share best practices with all the team members. We are managing our sales processes very streamlined, having metrics and statistics for all the activity of the reps
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works great with Salesforce and Gmail

Empowering sales processes and overlaying Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Consistency of messaging and the ability to put a lot of touches out there very quickly. Also, it easily integrates with Salesforce (a huge plus).
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration was fairly simple but it ended up being more "in pieces" than I'd have hoped for. I would have liked to implement everything (reporting needs, automations, etc) all at the outset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting some relevant touches on old, or "excess" potential leads. Instead of just closing something out, we can at least easily/quickly give an attempt. Ability to handle large amounts of incoming leads.

Do not use this platform if you are trying to implement a strategy across teams

What do you like best about the product?
It's cheaper than their competitor Outreach and they've improved some of the analytics since I last used them but...
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike just about everything else from top to bottom. Let's start with the basics:

1. It's a nightmare to understand what is working for the team from an outbound perspective. Unlike their competitor Outreach, I am unable to create specific rulesets for specific types of users (i.e. General User vs Power User). So for a example in an area like limiting the creation of cadences for personal use (we'd like the team to work out of a central cadence so we can measure if the touchpoints are effective easily) we cannot adjust any setting to do so. We now have over 250+ cadences built for random usage reason by our reps and after 9 month using the platform 0 indication what is working for the team from a messaging/touchpoints perspective with little to no ways to dial this in offered by the platform or easily made accessible. And that is just one example.

2. They have completely over complicated very simple processes that Outreach made easy. For example, I want to have our lead statuses in SFDC chance when someone starts our Inbound Follow Up Cadence. Salesloft makes this extremely difficult to do. Firstly, they insist on us using Salesloft Status and not allowing me to just map the change to OUR LEAD STATUSES. Now in order to do this, I have to create a two step rule, on in Salesloft to change their Salesloft Status and then another in SFDC to change our Lead Status when Salesloft changes there. This goes for the whole mapping experience, it's frankly bad and is very unfriendly to the user. This type of experience holds true across my entire experience trying to set up basic automation rules. They are very limited in the scope of what type of rules you can create and put in place, Outreach was much more robust and flexible.

3. Their support was horrible. I can't being to describe how bad of a first experience I had. I needed help getting acquainted with their platform after I inherited it here. First it took a day to respond, then when they did they told me I should register to go to office hours (essentially just an open forum), then when I said I just needed to get on a call with someone to talk through a few changes I needed to make they recommended I pay them for Pro Services to make changes...after me emailing back again they finally said they could find some time to chat. By that time I didn't need or want the help anymore. It was a horrible all around experience.

4. Frankly this isn't a platform to build any outbound or inbound strategy around. If you need something cheap that has a bit more functionality than Yesware for you team to blast emails, this is the platform I recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our outbound and inbound Outreach efforts. Very little.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider what type of strategy you're trying to implement and if this platform will support it. Get deep into detail with them about user roles and permissions, cadence creation best practices, automation rules, their salesforce integration, etc. This is where things will start to get sticky for the admin.

Sales Loft for Sales Winners

What do you like best about the product?
My current role is based around Lead Generation so I'm a big fan of this tool. It has helped me to dramatically reduce time spent doing the following tasks: Conversation Intelligence, Email Tracking, Outbound Call Tracking, Sales Engagement, Social Selling Prospection and overall increased my performance.

It is also incredibly easy to use and would say that you do not need any experience of using similar tools. It may take you a couple of days to wrap your head around it but no longer. I can't recommend this more for anyone in a sales role, especially those that are responsible for lead generation and/or business development. You will thank me later
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the ability to distinguish locations meaning that I manually have to add area codes when calling in Britain, even though I have set it up as per their instructions, I still have to use my phone to call. This can be annoying, especially when having to manually go back into Salesforce to log the call and notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Development, lead generation, prospection and raising the company profile is also a big thing being solved. I work for a small start-up meaning I need to ensure local & international markets are covered and a part of that involved making them aware we exist. Which can include spending time building massive lists for prospection and of course contacting them, this platform dramatically reduces the time spent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it any longer - get a trial and thank me later

Easy to follow the cadences

What do you like best about the product?
Days wise follow up and reminders. Each step contains all the information to follow up and its automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Step are easy to follow up but its very slow intern of processing. The high usage of Internet still does not speed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fully all in one for cadences even if mixed jobs can be follow up in one place. Killing the excel files is the benefit and not losing or confusing to not miss some important.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good platform for followups

What do you like best about the product?
Really good for being a more productive sales rep
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like the calendar tool or the dialer. Call back feature is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in touch with a lot of people at once.
