What do you like best about the product?
Integration into Salesforce, templates, snippets and cadences are great for reaching a large audience and balancing a robust sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations would be helpful but other than that it's pretty useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't utilized the tool to it's full potential, but the conversation intelligence tool is great for taking action on DMs opening emails, engagement.

Effective and powerful automation for pre-sales cadences

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big advocate for SalesLoft and the time it saves me in reaching out to prospects and customers. Its ability to allow me to create cadences/templates and track analytics on which sales plays work best has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with gmail has technical issues. For instance I would send out an email and "Loft" it to track analytics, but an error message pops up where it can't send. I then try a second or third time and it then works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time to build pipeline as a salesperson. More time freed to close more business.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadence structure & integration w/ SFDC are the biggest value adds here. Templates also are very helpful in planning out your cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account management could be better, showing how hot certain accounts are based on their entire portfolio of prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep organized with hundreds of prospects at a time, making sure I'm consistently touching and forming relationships that eventually turn into deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has proved to be a very useful sales eneablement tool. I understand it is not as robust as some of the other tools out there but it provides great ease in creating cadences, managing the prospecting process and automating repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration to salesforce can be a bit slow. Between updating info in one platform and it being communicated to the other can take a while as well as the loading times when progressing through a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prospecting management, template creation, automated email sending, reporting on prospecting activity

What do you like best about the product?
Real time email metrics in terms of views and clicks. Seeing open rates is very helpful

My dialer has given me issues but that has been remedied

What do you like best about the product?
I like cadences the best. They make my day more efficient. I also like the email templates and the snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The texting feature needs some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call tracking, call recording, and sales coaching is much more efficient. The benefits that I have realized is that SalesLoft gives me a plan of attack for each day. The best part is that it does a great job recording all my activity as I go and I love the fact that I can make call notes right in the dialer and then it syncs over to SalesForce automatically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that Salesloft is a great tool and complements my CRM (SalesForce) well. They are working on making the texting option more robust. This will make a huge impact on my ability to connect with my clients.

Best prospecting tool out there

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is great for a multitude of reasons, intuitive prospecting, easy to use and easy to collaborate with coworkers to mitigate redundancies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email formatting comes off different than how it was originally sent via Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me not only prospect, but also reach out to my existing clients for promotional alerts or just general marketing. Salesloft is my Swiss Army Knife.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large audience to reach, SalesLoft is the perfect tool for you.

Good Engagement Tool, but Inconsistent

What do you like best about the product?
Dialer that logs to SFDC - saves a lot of time, and you don't have to log your notes as manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropped calls, connection issues, support quality has slipped since start of product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales engagement - local dialing - outbound B2C sales for small business loans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have back-up calling solutions - their VOIP connections are not fail-safe enough, and tend to drop calls. I highly dislike this, nothing worse than thinking that you may be calling someone twice or like you don't know if they can't hear you.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Salesloft is the automation. You can spend the time on the front end to craft a great sequence of emails and phone calls with your sales leaders and marketing team to then add as many prospects as you can so that you can literally just come into the office every day, open up the Salesloft tab, and go! No more tasks, no more emails from scratch, no more thinking about the process. You can focus 100% on execution, building your pipe, and targeting/scrubbing the best accounts to go after.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my calls drop, that can be very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize my outreach and spend less time setting reminders and more time finding great prospects to reach out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft offers a very user-friendly, easy to use, and extremely efficient platform to optimize your sales and ultimately generate more revenue. There are many competitors, but Salesloft takes the cake every time.
