Very intuitive and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and easy to train sales people on

It isn't customer sales friendly. hard time tracking emails to customers

Streamlined sales outreach. makes sending outreach emails easy and efficient to track
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really great for outbound sales but still needs work for customer sales team
Great platform easy to implement.
What do you like best about the product?
Can do all that outside the platform, like dialing, sending emails and so on. It can be used very safely and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Power interruptions occur. In addition, it's a little frustrating not to remember e-mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity of production and maintenance of pipelines. It simplifies the calling process, so that our prospects can be accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Developing slowly and a little complicated. Nonetheless, the investment is definitely worth holding revenue up and better than manual management.
Everyday User
What do you like best about the product?
Great customization, and automation features to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If multiple contacts from one company are entered into an outreach/prospecting cadence, and one person responds with "Not interested" - The time/effort it takes to removed all other contacts is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Salesforce is strong, and saves time. I have seen an increase in meetings set and pipeline generated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not sure if they provide a trial, but that might be a good starting point.
SalesLoft is so intuitive and makes my life easier every day.
What do you like best about the product?
No more manual logging! I can easily make all my call and emails to prospects and move on without having to go log everything into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the SalesLoft platform is still evolving, but I don't have any distinct grievances as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting time back in my day for quality selling. I don't think I could ever not have SalesLoft in a selling role again.
Streamlined, and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, reminders, live call studio and email tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real issue I have with Salesloft is that cadences can prove to be very messy if you have quite a few of them. It can often involve a lot of scrolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the calling process, to allow us to accurately work through our prospects.
Great for keeping you on track
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to do everything out of the platform such as dialing, emails, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are outages. Also, the lack of being able to recall emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales productivity and pipeline management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consistently developing and a bit cumbersome. But definitely worth the investment to keep sales on track and better than manual management.
SalesLoft has been an everyday benefit for me in my role.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft integrates seamlessly with our CRM tool (Salesforce.com). This allows for my activity, via calls and emails to log on the account without having to go through the extra step.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some instances here and there where the activity will not log on SFDC. However, I am unsure if this is a SalesLoft or SFDC issue. This happens rarely and does cause I large hinderance to my daily workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see in realtime when my prospect/customer views my email. During this time I choose to call them at that moment as to take advantage of them being at their desk and reviewing my materials.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the conversation intelligence and cadences offered. The meeting records and transcripts set this tool apart from competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an easier way to filter "people" once in SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have saved hours of demo & buisness review through recording & transcribing meetings. We have bridged gaps between Product, CSMs, and Sales.
Get Everyone Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent for organizing contacts and prospects into groups. I really like how you are able to set steps that each person in each customizable group must go through. This really allows you to target specific people for different reasons of your choice!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many helpful features - only problem is most people do not know how to utilize them. It is user friendly but there is a lot of uknown features to the average user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to specific people for the same reason, staying organized
Amazing Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft integrated with SalesForce makes it very easy to cast a very wide net. It is simple to set up and design cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dial out functionality could be a little better. When you drop a voicemail, it should automatically log the call and move on to the next one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in front of new prospects in a quick and painless way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest highly using the dialer option. We did not have it set up at first. It makes a huge difference in making calls and outreach.
