Manager - Business Development: Talent and Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
The cadence and email templates make prospecting much more efficient than any way we have ever done it before. It takes the guess work out of a BDR scheduling there day allowing tenured reps to move faster and new hires ramp up quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was a little more flexible with filtering options in all areas for reporting in the tool as well as managing daily steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of efficiency. We can now almost double our production out of a BDR.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get as much cadence and email content created prior to going live. It will make the go live transition much smoother.
The Best Buying Experience for the Best Sales Productivity Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The SalesLoft platform itself is--without exaggeration--a game changer for account executive-initiated prospecting. It takes a data-driven, analytical approach to organizing the time a seller spends prospecting each day to to yield the highest number of qualified leads. One month into using the platform, we've already seen pipeline-build increase nearly 20% over comparable periods, and we believe there's still tons of upside yet to realize.
The buying experience and post-sale support is also second to none. Lots of vendors talk about "success metrics" during the sales process (and promptly forget to bring them up again once a contract is signed), but our sales rep is genuinely interested in our success and has spent numerous hours POST-SALE giving our sellers tips-tricks that went a long way toward enabling the pipeline success I mentioned earlier. We've also been supremely impressed with the rest of the SalesLoft implementation and customer success team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I thought we were offered a little too much choice/too many decisions during the implementation process. No one knows how to use the SalesLoft platform better than SalesLoft. Once we got passed the, "Stop asking us how we want to configure it...we don't know. How do YOU use it?," we started to move a lot faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is the bane of any seller's existence, and while SalesLoft doesn't make prospecting go away, it makes the time your sellers spend doing much more effective: Multiple, personable passes using multiple channels (phone, email, social touch, video, etc.), integrated dialer with local dial, and all the reports/analytics you could ever possibly ask for to refine your approach to the above.

Incredibly simple to set up and intuitive. Excellent cadence structure and management capability.

Challenge to manage large number of cadences as user base grows. Additional cost on top of Salesforce licenses.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience that SalesLoft offers was excellent. The SalesLoft team put us in a good position to build our sales process on their platform. We were very impressed by the amount of support and help we received when we added SalesLoft to our tech stack. Our implementation success representative answered every single question we had and addressed them in detail with concrete examples to help our business. One thing that our team greatly appreciated and that made us true fans of SalesLoft are the unique personal video and email messages we received about current company news. More than a year later, and I am still very satisfied with SalesLoft. I haven't had a single problem with it, and we just keep improving how we sell by using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing to complain about. SalesLoft worked within our schedule to get the tool up and running and was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had as they arose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are expanding our inbound sales process and using SalesLoft to implement it. We are a startup, so there are only a few employees on the platform, but we are excited to grow the team and know that SalesLoft will help us do this more effectively.

If you are looking for a sales enablement tool that helps you build your process, I strongly recommend booking a demo.
The platform for customer management and sales prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
Super amazing platform to use since it is very easy, the ability to load a potential SalesLoft customer or multiple potential customers is amazing. Email tracking is extremely useful especially for contacting potential customers, as well as notifications if an email has been received or is not excellent. I really like being able to create custom templates, allowing me to change a message whenever I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent tool and I like it a lot, but sometimes when it is necessary to reschedule a certain due date of a task, it continues to appear the next day so you have to reschedule again, it is not a big deal, I usually love this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is being used primarily as a platform to help our teams manage a larger volume of potential customers, but it has also allowed us to test various cadences, emails, manage reach, prospecting and template creation. Interactions with customers is much better, helping us with the follow-up and organization of contacts. SalesLoft allows us to be highly efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend SalesLoft especially for sales teams. Being a great tool to organize workflows and when it is required to increase the number of contacts of potential customers. It is very ideal for sales and marketing companies, giving it greater momentum generating more revenue than ever. It is a modern platform, easy to use, intelligent and also can be integrated with other modern platforms.

This has organized my week!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how this software breaks down my task step by step. This is amazing for the days that I come into work and have brain fog and cannot figure out a plan for the day. I simply log in, and it is already waiting for me. The automated emails are sent before I even arrive to work, which helps me earn more money with very little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen anything about it that is not helpful at this point. Everything seems to be very well organized and any part of the process that I was not a fan of i was easily able to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of creating a plan of attack that is effective, easy to execute, and is producing results. This also gives our managers an easy way to view our progress and help us make adjustments to the process.
