Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track email opens and link clicks

The spam filters that we get caught in from sending emails thru Salesloft

Booking more meetings in less time and also scaling our email templates

What do you like best about the product?
It is so necessary for the organization of my outreach. It helps me stay organized with options for template creation and cadence creations which saves me a lot of time and headache. It is also great for sharing messaging across the company, ensuring we are consistent. I love the live feed of engagement so I always know when my messages are being opened, clicked, and replied to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not currently have any dislikes or complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be more effective in my outreach. It allows me to save time. It makes timely follow up easy and manageable. It allows me to A?B test messaging. It logs calls and activity on accounts so I am not reaching out too little or too much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am extremely happy with this software and would not trade it for anything else.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft.com helped us automate our outreach, increase our pipeline and increase our annual bookings. Very good partners like VidYard, and excellent Client Success Team. These two pieces made all the difference.

It is helping me keep my team's organized when reaching out to hundreds or even thousands of companies. This is critical to the success of outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The big differences when evaluating this software are their partners, and also their client success. It made a huge difference in our success, and user adoption. I have worked with other providers and we did't get close to this support.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use! The UI allows user to adopt quickly. We saw immediate impacts b/c our team was able to adopt easily.

We are looking forward to SL increasing their partner ecosystem! It sounds like they are working to increase integrations across the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few major things:
*Working Smarter --> We want our team to know which email templates, scripts, and cadences work best (we never had this type of visibility)
*Increased efficiency --> less time clicking around in SFDC!
*Increase transparency and Reporting
*We have only been live for a few months and have already seen increases in opportunities opened and pipeline generated by our business development team

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see which methods are performing better than others. We have not done a lot of A/B testing but I believe that is where the TRUE value with this tool lies. By knowing which tactics work the best we can slowly start to build best practices, this is incredibly important as someone who works in a brand new department and does not yet have "tried and true methods" we are using the tool to give us insight on how to best move forward.
I also like the ongoing support from our Success Manager Sean Brocklebank. Since SalesLoft has worked with a large number of of SDR teams individuals like Sean have access to a lot of knowledge on best practices and other tips/tricks that you can use within their tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot that I dislike, sometimes there are technical glitches but that can happen with anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesLoft we are solving the problem of structuring our workflow. By having access to a tool that can not only organize our day in a list view (broken down by task type) we can be sure we are following up with all of the required steps.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface, the ease of navigation and understanding, the customer service and versatility of the Salesloft platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only recommendations I would make is that when sending previews to yourself, if the template is set as a response thread, the subject line doesn't show up and being able to choose certain recipients for A/B testing.

Use Salesloft. It is an incredible tool that will help you reach your goals at an exponential rate. Without a doubt the best sales tool around.

Managing tasks and automating my emails when I am out of office, also knowing what exactly I have to accomplish daily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a software that will allow you to create reports for each department, help with generating more sales with the amount of tracking each opportunity. Also allowing you to create and set emails without having to be in the office. Creating a cadence that your team can work from on a daily basis. Therefore each rep is responsible for their task. Very user friendly, great customer service and tech support. Last but not least this software is headed in the upward direction, at some point I see this software having the ability to think for you. They actually say whatever you think, they can create it for you and that is amazing.
Easy way to reach thousands of prospects with the right messages and set meetings
What do you like best about the product?
My team knows exactly who to call, send email, Social Media and Video and what to say every morning they come into work. I can easily check on their activity and offer coaching on areas that are unique roadblocks for each rep. It helps managing my reps and delivery great reports for my executive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating every script for each cadence is time consuming. But, it does force us to get our messaging down. SalesLoft has offered to help create the shell of the cadence and import our scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building pipeline for Enterprise sales reps to increase bookings and revenue. High activity is crucial for gettng connected to the right person at the right time. Timing is key in prospecting, so SalesLoft helps us stay pleasantly persistent in an easy way,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get all your contacts loaded into SalesLoft early so that the reps can quickly start with their daily activity. This took us a while at first.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic software with immediate returns. Great team, made the implementation seamless. I've recommended it to my entire team.

Wish I knew about it earlier. Definitely pays for itself many times over.

No more missed opportunities and follow ups. The team loves it. Definite impact on our ability to drive sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, SalesLoft has really helped increase my teams productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some glitches as we have gotten started making sure that SalesLoft works for our daily workflow and needs. Overall, its a great product. We just need to make it 100% work for our needs.

We are able to make faster touches on accounts. We are able to have more activity each day. I have also really loved the Live Call Studio feature as a team leader so I can offer feedback to team members while they are on live calls!
