The Best Way to Organize a BDR's day
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can reliably call through cadences in an organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no found any Salesloft features that I dislike.

How easy it is to navigate through the various tabs to find exactly what you're looking for.

It can freeze from time to time. Usually there's no issues but it can be frustrating during the fday

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of which you can move into your next prospect when cold calling, as well as the email templates and customizable drip campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A, I think it's incredibly user friendly and very much so enjoy the platform as a whole
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Salesloft we're able to target different audiences, as a company that has different demographics we'd like to go after. Having the availability to customize different touch points, talk tracks, email templates, etc has been hugely beneficial to our strategies, as it isn't as cumbersome as trying to set up email campaigns and keep up to date using manual Sales Force tasks or outlook events.
This adds the benefit of being able to keep a history of conversations and record conversations, which has been beneficial when looking back to prior prospects that became customers for cross sell campaigns as well as customer follow ups. It helps us remember more about the history of our correspondence and utilize our prior conversations to target future campaigns.
I love the SalesForce Integration as well!

SalesLoft is an incredible tool that I feel really helps your sales team become more targeted, efficient, and successful. The UI is incredibly easy to understand and it's simple to make targeted drip campaigns on a Team or individual level, making the product versatile and even more beneficial to a company. The same capability applies to email campaigns and other features. Using this in tandem with Salesforce has made a drastic difference to my workload as well as my team's. As a Sales team, our most valuable resource is the time of our Sellers, and any tool that allows us to spend more time connecting with prospects is worth it's weight in gold.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to target certain roles and automate a couple waves of contact.
I normally shy away from email automation platforms as I don't work with hundreds of customers and need very focused email efforts to connect. That said, there are times when the ability to target certain roles and do so on a larger scale are super helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Restrictions on when you can send. Crazy as it sounds, sometimes a note over the weekend makes sense in certain situations, the system will not allow. The import section and what is a duplicate or not could be more clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than spend a bunch of time going back and forth and following up with a key contact, I can drop them into a cadence that pings them as I decide. I love the Salesforce CRM tie in to immediately drop emails right from there where I work.
Useful tool for customer engagement and CRM management!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I'm able to see which of my customers are viewing my emails. It helps with allocating outreach time, based on which customers are more engaged in our company content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oftentimes the system shuts down or glitches, which causes engagement data to be skewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of wondering which clients have received my email marketing content, and figuring out which prospects to engage with further. It has been helpful within the acquisition of new business prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is great for loading up prospecting activities and easily executing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting is cumbersome but it is getting a lot better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now i don’t have to solely migrate through sales force checking what tasks i need to complete and continually move the due dates of new tasks

What do you like best about the product?
My company has worked with SalesLoft for several years now, and the platform has continued to get better. It is very user-friendly and versatile, and sure to make any team more efficient through the automated campaigns Cadence allows you to create. SalesLoft also provides you with data and analytics which make it easy for you to see which strategies are working and which ones aren't, so you can then tailor future campaigns toward better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes formatting in emails will appear differently after they are sent then when they are created in Cadence itself, but these are frankly minor bugs that you adapt and learn to work around (I.e. images appearing a bit bigger, font appears larger, etc.). I also think they could make it easier to sort people/accounts based on industries and other data, though you can create tags to substitute for this. Overall, we are very happy with SalesLoft and they continue to update and improve the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has definitely made us more efficient, giving us the ability to reach a large number of clients in a fraction of the time. The ability to create multiple Cadences also allows you to have specific campaigns set up that are tailored to specific industries and business models. This is also especially helpful if you are a company with multiple product lines.
Extremely valuable time saving outreach tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft lets me "set it and forget it" when it comes to outreach for both new business and existing business. Most companies (including ours) generally seem to use it for new business/SDR type outreach, but I have a specific need of reaching out to existing clients in order to keep them engaged and cross/upsell. I love that I don't need to set calendar reminders to send follow-ups, as that can be done via steps in the cadences. I also love the click tracking. Salesloft has made a huge impact on my business by letting me stay top of mind with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Lots of weird quirks that take some getting used to. For example, automating a Cadence sounds great in theory, but in practice isn't a good idea because it automatically sends even if it's a federal holiday. I only learned that through experience and now I run all my cadences manually.
- I wish I could manage contacts across Cadences more easily (i.e. "this person is in X cadence also, do you want to remove them?")

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is an incredibly powerful tool but must be implemented thoroughly with plenty of followup and encouragement for sales people to use it. It can be easy for less tech-savvy people to get frustrated with it, but with some practice will make total sense.
Love the program! Very essential to create an efficient sales process.

The ability to track and integrate well with Salesforce and our current systems. Our sales team uses this on a daily to track out consistent communication across all of our accounts.

Overall, the bugs & integration can sometimes be a hassle, but once you delve into the issues and share with the support team they are on top of any issues.

I would recommend utilizing the reports within the first few months to ensure your team is effectively utilizing the tools available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales loft just helps to keep things straight and make sure that I am contacting my prospects in an organized fashion. I used to find it difficult to use multiple touch points and found myself calling a bunch of times before trying something new. The problem with that is that I would frequently annoy my prospect due to the high number of calls. Sales Loft has helped me to learn that switching things up can keep you in the prospects mind without annoying them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrate so that you dont have to load in every contact. This will also allow you to enter in calls automatically and have it update your email as well. Sales loft is a great tool, I highly recommend it to anyone that is targeting higher contacts with a longer sales cycle.
