What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics that is tied to the software. I am easily able to A/B Test different messages/cadences. Being able to dial down to when msgs were opened has opened up my eyes to better timing my connections is key in being able to not only see how messaging works on a single person but if you want to see how it works for a team it is just as easy. Being able to copy cadences allows me and my team to make changes on the fly based not only on the current analytics but on what we have done on a personal basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still times I am unsure as to why contacts that are imported into SalesLoft from a ZoomInfo account into an SFDC do not show up on SFDC. I want to be able to import that list into SalesLoft while at the same time having the record created in SFDC. When it comes to the importing of info into my workflow there are still some spots that are wonky. My LinkedIn profile matches do not seem to stick once I match the records. It gets confusing sometimes when I am not able to find the name in the inline app but when I load LI I am able to find the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to see what msgs/links/subject lines/ call times work best to get me in front of my target audience ( VP/CISO's)

My daily workflow is so much more organized as I am now able to make notes while I'm on the call that will automatically be saved in SFDC. Plus the reminders can be made on the spot enabling me to be so much more efficient in setting reminders on whom to call and when
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you implement Salesloft on your team allow them to see the analytics. This will empower them to see how their messaging can be more focused on who they are looking to target

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. How easily visible everything is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts that arent accurate, I know an introduction email I sent to one person a few months ago was not viewed 90+ times. Possible just a glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track activity metrics, being able to ID when contacts where reached out to and such.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just keep using it and youll get the hang of it quickly

SalesLoft 2020 Review

  • April 13, 2020

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences! Instead of having to click around Salesforce and open multiple tabs, SalesLoft creates a super efficient tool to manage prospect outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
How many times I am asked if the call had a good connection. It pops up way to often. There should just be a button to complain if you had a poor connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is #1. I am able to hammer out more activity and never forget to reach out to a prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time uploading contacts and watch how your days become easier to manage. It's a fantastic solution for any sales member using Salesforce already.

SalesLoft is a Must Have for BDR/SDR Representatives

  • April 13, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of SalesLoft is the ability to essentially manage my day in regards to outreach. It provides a seamless experience for logging and tracking all outreach from phone, email, and social aspects. It's an all in one tool that makes the sales process scaleable, allowing for personalization, while providing tools like snippets, and template management, for easy input and assistance in crafting messaging for prospects. Being able to have different campaigns set up for all of the various prospects I have, all in one place, is another huge upside. I also find that the Reminder function is particularly useful for outreach because it allows one to keep their outreach focused within Salesloft, negating any need to switch to another tool to manage reminders.

From a management perspective, this tool works perfectly in providing data feedback so that one knows exactly the amount of outreach is being put forth by representatives. Allowing for this insight into the data can show exactly which messaging is working best, what campaigns are successful, what times of day sales reps are having the highest connect ratings, and so on. It is invaluable insight that can turn a struggling sales organization around, or bring a successful org additional success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area currently that I see room for improvement would be the ability to pin notes to the top of a prospects landing page within Salesloft. This is helpful to leave little reminders prior to outreach to bring myself or a colleague back up to speed on anything related to that specific prospect. It would help to craft tailored messaging that is relevant to a prospect, or a great place to start a phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft solves the issue of managing outreach at a higher scale for representatives within an organization. It provides a "One Stop Shop" for the sales team to help them achieve their metrics and success. The major benefit lies in the management and tracking of outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't be disappointed.

SalesLoft Review

  • April 13, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to access different cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that after a call, it is sometimes forgetful to only "log" the call instead of "log and complete". When I have a conversation and want to move them to a different cadence, it easy to forgot to log only then move them. I find myself constantly logging and completing the call then moving onto the next prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized how easy it is to find a prospect from a while ago but just tagging them.

SalesLoft increases my productivity

  • April 13, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for sure! I am way more efficient with the tracking and reporting SalesLoft provides. I like that I can see in real time when people are opening my emails thus having a better chance to get them on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seamlessly integrate with our other tools which makes it a little difficult to put people in cadences. Some additional tracking and reporting features would be great as well such as seeing if they forwarded the email and how long they spent on it. Maybe some AI suggestions as well would be nice. We use Salesforce and Sales Navigator so it would be nice to have Sales Loft integrate more seamlessly with those. I have to complete many steps to get contacts imported into a cadence. This includes importing the contacts to Salesforce then adding them into cadences(some people get lost in this process as well).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see who has viewed my emails and when so I can catch them on the phone more easily. The insights around when people are most likely to open emails helps me schedule my cadences and emails at ideal times, which is awesome! It is also super easy to create and manipulate cadences, allowing for the upmost customization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More analytics and tracking capabilities such as seeing if the user forwarded the email, how long they spent on the email, etc.

I've had a good experience with using SalesLoft when it comes to efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tools are the ability to add templates, snippets, availability into emails through gmail. Being able to have the Linkedin SalesNav plugin is super helpful as well. I also like how efficient Salesloft is when it comes to sending large amounts of emails and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the lag of the website when making calls, this slows me down when I'm trying to make a large volume of calls at a fast pace. I also dislike that there is no "skip all" button for the call, email, and Linkedin connect steps in the cadences. There is a skip all button for the research step, so I think there should be a skip all button for some of the other steps to make it more efficient. I also do not like that it does not show how many times a person has clicked or viewed an email unless it is in the live feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps me call clients faster as well as learn information about them quickly while calling simultaneously
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay organized within cadences, templates and snip its. Create your own templates and snip its for email personalization and efficiency. You can also create your own cadences to maximize personalization for emails, phone calls, Linkedin connections, and research.

Be smart with who you import and target in your cadences as well. Follow the steps of the cadences daily to be most efficient. Track your metrics to be more efficient as well in the analytics tab.

Not sure I'd even consider another tool

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is extremely intuitive from day one. I was new to my role, SaaS, and tech in general and it was relatively easy to navigate and utilize the platform immediately - mainly because it is logical on a fundamental level. The ability to organize, schedule, track, and improve outreach is absolutely critical and I can't imagine a better tool for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some abilities to A/B test things, but I think there could be more of that. I would like the ability to create branching logic from "if this happen" then "do this instead". However, you can pretty easily manually do all of that now and the tracking is phenomenal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating outreach campaigns, maintaining contact and follow up with business prospects, and tracking which techniques and wording is most successful in our realm. We have drastically increased our response rates and engagement using feedback which has allowed us to get smarter as well as more efficient moving froward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't imagine a better tool out there to organize, track, and improve sales outreach.

A helpful sales companion

What do you like best about the product?
The tool's functionality is great overall. It helps streamline the process of outreach and keeping your book in order. The cadences and reminds functionality helps make sense of your day and seriously extend your outreach potential. The tie in with Salesforce keeps the CRM functionality great and not a daunting task to double input on two systems. The tie in with Gmail makes it easy to transition to your general email and doesn't force you to focus all outreach on saleloft's interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality is limited in certain areas. For one, the ability to respond to emails for groups is lacking. Mass updating of contact info is lacking and takes lots of time. On a general outreach side, it works, but as you get more tailored to your approach, things start taking a long time. The support for the system is lacking in many areas. They take a long time to get back to you and sometimes can't actually solve the issues. Luckily, the interface is simple and I don't need to speak to them often; however, if your team needs hand-holding, this might not be the best support for your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not enough hours in the day is slightly alleviated with this tool. The tool keeps my activity flowing and outreach strong. If your team needs a productivity tool, this is a good option.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect for big books and reps needing more outreach.
