Easy to use, intuitive interface, and deep capabilities to integrate with Outlook
What do you like best about the product?
The Cadence functionality and analytics are a big plus
What do you dislike about the product?
Pop ups from Outlook clicks can be annoying, as well as sent emails cluttering outbox, making other emails that I personally sent harder to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline generation and whitespace outreach are our goals, and SalesLoft is helping us to get stronger penetration into markets we would otherwise not be able to quickly reach

Very intuitive tool if training is completed, keep at it and learn from other superusers

I like the tracking, integrations, the features like inserting times, templates and attachments, and the voicemail powers

too transparent, too long to acknowledge you added a number; not sure if you are doing things right- a real-time wizard bubble would be helpful

connecting with people who are on the go, demos and feedback during pandemic to help adjust marketing approaches

What do you like best about the product?
The Templates are easy to send out to multiple clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to combine Salesforce and Salesloft. This creates double work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up is easier. The recorded calls and emails help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that it communicates well with Sales Force and the onboarding piece

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesloft helps me manage my day and keep my cadences clean. The data and analytics it provides for prospecting is a real game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a ton to dislike to be honest. If I had to pick one thing, and this would be me being really nit picky, it would be that I wish the app was little more interactive. When I click a persons name on the app I wish it would allow me to send an email directly from their name instead of clicking out and finding the actual email in my email app. Again, not a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since SalesLoft tracks email opens, views, and click, it is so much easier to see when a prospect is interested. I also love that it automatically puts your emails in Salesforce, it cuts not taking in half, as well as logging activities. I can spend more time and focus on closing new deals instead of the administrative leg work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend switching to SalesLoft, I convinced my current company to make the investment because I fully believe that it will help our team and company get to the next level. I was successful in my previous role at my last company thanks to SalesLoft so I strongly urged ABODO to take a look at it. It helps keep cadences clean so you don't have any prospects slip through the cracks and you know that you are sending them the best emails possible because you can A/B test your content.
SalesLoft is an excellent tool in my belt. An efficient, SUPER easy to use platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the contact import functionality. My process is to upload appropriate contacts to SFDC (from ZoomInfo.) From there, I easily upload those from SFDC into SL. A few quick clicks and the contacts have been added to a cadence and the email is out the door.
The SL quick dial functionality makes the follow call super easy, trackable, and auto-logged (the auto-log functionality is a huge plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like for an account to be created upon uploading a contact from our salesforce instance (that is, if the account doesn't already exist in Sales Loft.) That would also solve for website tracking without having to create an account.
My major dislike: I'd like alerts when my prospects and/or customers visit our site. This gives me the ability to react quickly and decisively when I know my accounts and prospects are engaging. While Terminus gives me the insight in SFDC, it would be helpful to also see it via Sales Loft.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency of contact outreach and volume of outreach but with the ability to easily customize. The sendoso integration is great too! I find that I'm able to cast a much wider net than ever before with the platform, while also ensuring that I'm customizing each general template specific to the persona before clicking "send now" so that messaging is appropriate. It's a great feature that I haven't seen in other competitor's product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the Customer Support at SL if you have any questions or need help with anything. They are great!

Easy to set up & drive adoption. The built in analytics provide great insights and ability to pivot fast

The response stat reflects all responses (good or bad) so hard to pull relevant insights
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows us to provide a systematic approach to better engage our prospects & customers. The ability to "make it easy" for SDRs & AE's is critical. We have seen a 20% lift in conversions. The Live Studio provides the ability to coach on the fly...incredible!

It is real easy to use so I do not have anything negative to say.

Easy cadence creation,easy for sales reps to prospect, verifiable results immediately for emails and calls

I enjoy being able to easily keep track of everyone I'm reaching out to and have statistics for the results. The easy integration with Salesforce makes it a powerful tool to run outbound campaigns on key prospects. It has become a daily part of my workday as it allows me to organize myself and double my out-bounding efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to filter through my contacts and see what cadences they have been part of. I haven't found a good way to reuse some of the lists I originally added to cadences if I want to re-add them to a different one.
Being able to sort through contacts that have been added in the past by attributes like: previous cadences they've been on, or their engagement score would be great. It would allow me to quickly create lists for cadences of people I've had success reaching out to.

Being able to keep track of outreach efforts centralized in one place. With salesloft I can reach a wider net of prospects without feeling like I'm declining in the quality of my outreach.

It's a great place to perform your out-bounding efforts. It easily allows you to gauge interest, track emails and calls. It has simplified my process and allows me to reach more people in my day.

There's very little that I don't like about it. I can't think of one thing so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how communicative the entire SalesLoft organization is. They are quick to respond, fix, and elaborate on support issues but also they are constantly providing our team with content, recommendation, and statistics that make us better at our jobs.
The ability to send 50+ emails in a day that are all customized while also having the time to put in 100 calls is incredible.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the google plugin we use when running on Salesforce does not have the same functionality as the website (example: sending availability or calendar invites is not possible through the plugin), but I am told this is coming soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is allowing me to organize and prioritize my connections with more prospects on a daily bases without losing the level of customization and personalization needed to get a response. I am also able to leverage the analytics piece to understand what is working for me and what I need to adjust. If you work with a team the analytics is also a great way to gauge your performance amongst each other as well!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of their Knowledge Base and support! They have soo much content around getting set up, building cadences that work, and how to craft an email that is going to get a response.
Submitting a support ticket is super easy as well and they communicate with you through every step of the case so you always feel in the loop and up to date.
