Helpful when making prospecting more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
The email and call features as well as the linkedin integration.

That once someone uploads a contact, they own that contact forever.

Great solution for Sales Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
All in one solution for sales productivity. SalesLoft has become the central control for AskNicely's lead management and outbound prospecting activities. Its easy to spin up cadences, all email comm's integrate with Salesforce, and all calls are logged for coaching and development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality can be iffy at times especially when dialing internationally. There seems to be delays that I wouldn't experience on a cellular connection. Also the notifications of prospects who are opening emails can be misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving sales efficiency and productivity. Without a tool like SalesLoft we wouldn't be able to canvass the market at scale.
Great sales tool which helps to stay connected with markets. I provides useful insights.
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation through Salasloft and controlling. The experience I had with your supporting team, they doing a great job and every time I have a question they respond with great passion to help. Next thing I like is reporting from calls and emails campaigns. Setting up dashboards is easy and it is intuitive. Altogether, it is a great tool that helps our organisation to grab the attention of potential leads and update existing customers with new features and offers. What do you dislike about the product?
Making and sending cadences, it is not user friendly at all, then there is a problem whit showing the opening rate of sent emails. In my opinion, setting up candaces should be easier and user friendly. So my advice would be to improve user experience end ease use of the cadences. All rest of SalesLoft is satisfying and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales campaigns, raising awareness, reaching potential clients and response metrics. Invitation for webinars and events. updating customers about product and services. Follow up with potential leads from events and trade shows. The best help is response rates metrics and reports and what I personally like is call options and call reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sales with one click... It speeds up sales cycles, it helps to understand modern fast pace markets, customer behaviour and response on the market needs. The best value in my case is that provides insight into leads actions and responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft true power is from allowing you to get into the "flow" state. It's an activity engine that allows you to execute on many different trains of action.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a bunch of little annoyances like no keyboard shortcuts, you have to dig for account information with every step (I wish there was a floating company info panel on every contact page), integrations break all the time, automation rules cause plenty of issues, support team is hard to reach. I wish there was a better way to search through recorded calls. There's no way to exclude tags from a search. There should be a way to share a recording link (not the page it's on) and show the person's info on a page instead of just a wav file. There's no way to skip steps while ON a Person page. There's a lot to be improved in terms of user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesloft I used outlook. I was disorganized and I had no way to track what was working. I had no automation and had to do everything manually. I also had no way to do account-based selling. I also used RingCentral and it wasn't really tied very well to the CRM and didn't log calls very well. I also like that Salesloft puts company news and linkedin right there on a person's page along with past opps and easy access to the account.

What do you like best about the product?
Features, features, features. Great integration with every sales tool under the sun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of great stuff, but tremendously clunky and complex to learn/find/implement. Amount of training time spent to onboard is incredibly time consuming. Integration with Salesforce tends to work perfectly in one direction and completely flop in the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When working smoothly, incredible asset for making many tasks automated and more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn it well and thoroughly and have additional resources available to guide you. Stay patient and test test test to prevent clunky mishaps in intergration.
I was not organized until SalesLoft came into my life.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized everything is. It allows me to work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do NOT like how we can't use saved signatures to for emails. If I could use some of the email templates and save them as Signatures that would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a lot more organized and efficient. Also getting some incite as to whats working and whats not with the analytics.

It is a game changer. Do it!

I love the simplicity in getting a cadence up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike getting a notification that an email to a prospect has been read when I'm the one that has opened the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft makes my sales outreach (both cold and warm) extremely easy to manage. All of my tasks for the day are in one easy to manage place.
Simplified and improved the sales process substantially!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has completely changed the way I look at Sales! It allows you to build a sales strategy through cadences and increase the number of prospects we can reach out to each day bringing much more leads into our funnel! We love it. Thanks SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I truly dislike about SalesLoft. The only recommendation I’d have is a more robust mobile application. Besides that it’s great!

I have been able to solve the problem of juggling follow ups with clients and prospects.

Definitely worth the investment. It will completely change the way you look at sales.

The cadences make emailing, calling, and other tasks super easy. Easy ramp time for new hires, extremley easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to forecast what calls and emails are due to follow. As you add net new accounts, it would be nice to see how you are trending towards your activity goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I'm following steps with activity as to not let a prospect go cold. The ability to create dynamic templates and cadence as to not copy and paste emails and organize a strategic form of reachout.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a base template of what outbound reps should be doing during the lifetime of a prospect in Salesloft and build off that.
