Automated and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is so helpful with gaining visibility into accounts that you are actively reaching out to. It helps keep track of your outreach to ensure that you are keeping up with your prospects. My conversion rates are higher due to the visibility I get from SalesLoft and have a better idea of what my prospects are looking into. The integrations with Salesforce is so helpful and cuts down on so much administrative work and data entry!
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides to using SalesLoft are the formatting of emails can get a little weird sometimes making it look like you are sending mass emails, and that some of the fields don't properly populate from the data that is pulled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There has been massive improvement with sales campaigns and ensuring follow ups with potential customers are being completed. This is helping our team with conversion rates. The time you save by using SalesLoft is incredible and is helpful with mass outreach.

There have been times were the automation messes up with larger list uploads.

Email templates are super easy to use, and the reminders help me stay on track.

Call quality can be lacking sometimes, and some glitches do not allow me to make internet calls.

SalesLoft has helped me achieve structure and a streamlined process for my day-to-day sales initiatives. Not sure I could live without this system. The ease of use and awesome UI makes it a pleasure to work with.

Not sure there is anything specific I don't like about the platform. Great system.

Streamlined and structured processes make my life easy! Automation saves me time and allows me to focus on other key tasks.
Great tool to increase sales development productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Automation, personalization, and the ability to understand customer behavior. New features and capabilities are released regularly that improve or add functionality. Easy to learn and use. Customer support is very good.

The email editor was not great when we began using it. Much has improved in this regard.

Sales development can be labor and mind intensive. SalesLoft allows us to intelligently accelerate the workflow to increase productivity and provides the tools and insight to better understand and interact with potential leads and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's click to dial feature has been invaluable to my team, particularly the ability to add notes and log calls in one client. This is as opposed to our corporate VoIP phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
back end administration can be tricky, searching help articles rarely has helped solve any issues we have. SalesLoft support team, however, has been extremely helpful and quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The employees who are heavy users of SalesLoft generally prefer to make their outgoing calls exclusively via SalesLoft dialer and it has the benefit of time savings as there is so much automation in the documentation of calls and emails.
Easy to use! Love being able to reach my leads quickly using cadences.

Using cadences! Voicemail drops, sending emails out quickly.

Salesloft connection is sometimes broken

Couldn't go without it
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of email open & click rates as well as keeping my task management all in one place. Helps me keep track of everyone and which step they're on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike that you can't un-send emails. For example, I've accidentally sent an email to a prospect that was still just a template - it would be awesome if there was a way to un-send or get that email back before they open the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having to organize all my leads myself. I've realized that if it weren't for SalesLoft I wouldn't be able to keep track of everyone I'm trying to reach out to and what steps they are in.

I'm still learning so definitely try to take advantage of everything it offers.
