Best Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is great for our medium sized sales team. We can increase our dials and emails per day and have improved our day to day efficiency. Like that we can share email templates within our team and AB test. Plenty of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
An improvement would be to allow for linkedin integration if not on a team sales navigator account. Another improvement would be to improve salesforce integration as we use this daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our SDR productivity. Our SDRs are able to work remotely after we installed SalesLoft.

connecting and linking accounts to make sure contacting everyone at company that has been imported

Great tool to be able to make more calls and contacts through out the day!
I have enjoyed using salesloft. As someone knew to sales and cadences it has really helped me.

Salesloft has helped me as someone disorganized keep everything in one spot and complete my work more efficiently and effectively

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics help me to see and measure successful cadences and outreach, and cadences are easily built out and measured. I also really enjoy the Conversation Intelligence feature and the ability to measure cadences vs one another in an overall view. The call recording feature is great for coaching and accountability of employees and allows us to help one another when needed. Implementation was also very smooth and the platform works well with some other services we utilize such as LinkedIn, Gmail, Sendoso, and Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of a while to learn the intricacies, but it's not overwhelmingly difficult. Also, sometimes my phone number shows up as a scam caller, but it seems to be done by only google's caller ID, not universally. Also, I'm not a big fan of the fact that there is no Android app for me to use in a similar way to how some of my colleagues use the iOS app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My calls tend to go by quicker with the dialer and my voicemails can be pre-recorded, to save time. A/B testing in cadences can be done easily, and automatically, which helps to measure successes and failures. It also helps to show marketing what phrasing and terminology is working and what phrasing and terminology are not working. We also had a former employee who was not performing their job as expected, and Salesloft was able to provide the data and information to address the issues and hold the individual accountable to their actions or lackthereof.

What do you like best about the product?
From the end to end process it was seamless - the customer success team were awesome. This has allowed us to hit SDR targets for the first time in our company's history, track the activities of each SDR and convert marketing leads.
It is simple to use, super intuitive and easy for reporting.

We would like to roll out to more, but it can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into SDR's daily activities. Which messaging is working. The best cadence to work with, which provides the highest conversion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend - but ensure you have one owner in the business who manages the project and has everything in place before implementation and has a full internal launch plan. This is what made us so successful.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Salesloft at two different Saas companies with entirely different usecases- one with using primarily for emailing the other for dialing. Couldn't say anything but good things!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out other than continuing to develop their integrations with tools like Salesforce etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm easily reaching out to prospects with cold outreach as well as tracking emails of in-flight deals. Been super helpful on both fronts!

What do you like best about the product?
Automation & Integration of emails, call prompting, LinkedIn activities. Additionally, it's record keeping is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant dislikes.....I do wish there was a better view of upcoming/scheduled activities (sorted by contact, account, day, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me on schedule and focused on my outreach. The organization required to effectively prospect without SalesLoft would be immense (not to mention the amount of additional time I'd have to allocate).

Quantifying prospecting and organisation of campaigns
Easy to create cadences, great UX and UI, integrates with all of the tools I use (SFDC, SalesNav)

The user experience is great. Salesloft makes it easy to create cadences, copy cadences, and import contacts.

Better deliverability of emails. Not sure if this is our companies issue because we're required to include a link at the bottom of our emails to "opt out."

What do you like best about the product?
Managing a cadence through Salesloft is much better than managing through tasks on a CRM, etc. Keeps steps very clean, simple to use. Connects with CRMs, easy to push/update leads from one platform to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design/user experience could be tweaked in some aspects; when searching a lead within Salesloft and want to edit/add to a cadence, some of the buttons could be a bit more intuitive for example. Nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I was putting through leads using tasks on our CRM, always manually changing the date on the tasks, etc. Very time consuming to do this manually. Also had to copy and paste emails manually (the email for the correct step in the cadence) for each lead. With Salesloft, you can push through leads with pre-drafted emails in different cadences by the day, just by clicking a button. You can track which cadences are the most successful and it even lets you know if the prospect has replied so that you don't accidentally push them to the next step. Salesloft can also push these emails to your CRM (instead of entering them manually). The list goes on but this has definitely improved productivity and has taken out the hours spent on the manual tasks between connecting with clients!
