How did I ever do sales without SalesLoft?
What do you like best about the product?
I love applying contacts into a cadence. It's great knowing that they will not fall through the cracks. I press a button everyday and hundreds of contacts will be getting a quality touch and call to action.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to send larger attachments through SL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love contacting so many people on a constant consistent basis.

Great Sales Engagement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft enables our business development and sales team to increase their efficiency when it comes to outreach. By streamlining email, calls, and LinkedIn messages, our sales team can prioritize cadences and different campaigns to fit their daily routines. The integration with SalesForce is also robust with a lot of customizations. We can also implement multiple automation rules to help keep our data clean while reducing manual steps in the prospecting stage. The integrations with G2, Everstring, LinkedIn helps to keep relevant data in one place. If there are any questions, the support team is really helpful in providing best practices and solutions in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow management is not as strong as competitors. Additional integrations with different marketing tools will also be helpful to streamline the overall process of loading contacts and prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to streamline our sales engagement by implementing a tool to create cadences, allow BDR's to manage their prospects and create opportunities. With the success of our BDR team, we have recently added our sales team to the platform to manage their opportunities as well.

We love the ability to collaborate and personalize in real time

Not all integrations are available to us without upgrading
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time we save by the organization alone is immeasurable. All of the things we do with SalesLoft we previously did using spreadsheets and manual processes. It was terrible and time consuming and we occasionally lost track of leads and leadlists after short periods of time because the numbers would build up. We never lose track of leads anymore once they hit cadences and we can move them through from start to finish as intended with ease. we love the ability to split test and understand what works and what doesn't from a template perspective and see if we need to adjust messaging or update subject lines. We've benefited from being able to to better analyze our data, see which team members are performing the best during a certain time frame, and decide what we need to coach on and when.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team conducting outbound cadences, it's really a no brainer to use SalesLoft to stay organized, track your steps, and now manage your entire deal lifecycle. They continue to innovate and add partners into their ecosystem year after year with fresh new ideas that make their product better. The value is there and it's apparent very early.
Great sales engagement tool with fantastic support!
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is very user-friendly. It's easy to log in and start sending emails immediately. It streamlines work for a BDR and keeps them organized when reaching out to 100+ contacts a day. The integrations that allows reps to see data from Salesforce and LinkedIn are game changers. As an admin, the "error log" is so helpful for me to track activities that aren't pushing to Salesforce and find the reason why.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I switched to SalesLoft from a competitor and find both the product and support to be fantastic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sync all our sales activity into Salesforce, keep reps organized by using Sales Cadences and track metrics on all emails and cadences. Using insights to see which email templates are opened and replied to most has helped us perfect our message.
SDR Review of Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I truly like the interface as it is so simple to use and get used to. The cadence section comes in clutch when trying to automate your reach out as well as simplifies all your leads into an easy to work through list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing truly i enjoy using the platform as it has helped boost my productivity and success rate of getting in contact with potential prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem being soved is A) organization and B) saving time because at the end of the day the tool truly does help one stay focused through call or email blitz with a clear end goal in mind.

Great product!
Easy to use and adopt to better your team performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was a very easy tool for my team to adopt and also a very easy learn for me as an admin. Very easy to navigate and setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it could be more customizable to our business needs. For example setting very advanced automations with our Salesforce instance. We have also had a few hiccups when it comes to syncing with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us more easily have an overview of our team and their activity with our prospects. We have also seen an increase in team collaboration using team cadences.
Salesloft has changed our SDR teams ability to prospect.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps the SDR team stay organized, while staying laser focused on the prospecting. With automated cadences and task logging we are able to send more e-mails and make more calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation rules are a little bit confusing to make. Keeping track of cadences and e-mail templates can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get more connections that translate into meetings and opportunities. The higher volume and consistent messages.
Much Needed Tool - Regardless of Industry Vertical
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to creatively put-together a cadence. Tailor it to my needs and drive results. I believe any organization, regardless of their size could greatly benefit from this tool. I really like that it tracks everything for me on a daily basis. Every sales man/woman needs to start their day with SalesLoft. It provides direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools can always have more integrations. Wish it synced up with more of my daily-platforms, but that will most likely come in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales team greatly required some direction and rhythm in their daily/weekly touch-points. SalesLoft has been able to confidently and quickly steer the ship in the right direction.
The attention and assistance often feels like we're the only customer!
What do you like best about the product?
Help whenever we need it from various folks at SalesLoft, tons of virtual training available. Ease of use, fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some inability to customize means I cannot see exactly what I need to in order to measure my team's success, but completely understandable. Some of the downsides are limitations in analytics & reporting. Some of the logic - for example recording a call as a "success" is not customization in a way that I can apply qualifiers and only view, or primarily view (rather than as dictated by volume), successful calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had a start up team and we all started using SalesLoft together. The ability to coach in real time, very easily, has helped us get closer to where we need to be, faster!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate what you are able to do, as well as unable to do. I would also consider the scope of use in the organization. We are a small component of our org using SalesLoft, so there are some minor challenges in that area.
