What do you like best about the product?
Tasks prepared and relevant every morning effortlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Teammates see every single things I do, I would like a little more privacy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every thing happens with one app: emails, calls, linkedin, salesforce....
I use to constantly change windows from Outlook (sent, received, templates) to Linkedin, to my CRM.
Now it's all in one place.
Keeping track of the actions made on prospects by me or my coworkers hac never been easier.

Awesome Prospecting Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes prospecting easy. I have generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in pipeline using Salesloft over the last couple of years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few small feature requests, but for the most part Salesloft is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me scale my outreach and prospecting efforts in a way I wouldn't be able to without it or a similar too.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft cadences make it simple to know what you need to send a prospect or customer next. The analytics and call recording features are very helpful for providing reps feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft isn't as useful for CSMs as it is for SDRs or AEs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps SDRs and AEs manage their outreach to leads, contacts, and accounts. It also provides great visibility into the reps' activities and what they need to do to be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is really all I need to get in touch with prospects and customers. The dialer, chrome extension, reminders, cadences and templates make my whole day-to-day sales cycle a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only about the UI - it seems a bit dated. Can't pinpoint exactly what it is but the layout seems to have a lot of wasted white background space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediately solved my problem of forgetting to follow up with opps/emails. Can't imagine sales without cadences now.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface, organization, automation, key tips delivered to me weekly.
Strong integrations with Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support could be more responsive.
I haven't seen integration with ZoomInfo that well. I'd like to see more.
It would be great if we have organization integration seeing who we've targeted at the org.
Lots of issues with duplication at the org/account/company level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Engagement is strong - scalable.
Managing and tasking SDRs, and evaluating their performance based on reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love SalesLoft's ability to aggregate internal information (i.e. salesforce) with external information (Sales Navigator, Owler, Website information) within one interface. With this information, my productivity is increased and most importantly have the necessary and relevant information to make meaningful contact with prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the cadence logic is quite rigid and doesn't allow for ad-hoc changes. Once a contact is added to cadence, you have very little ability to make changes unless you remove them completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving time spent prospecting contacts and collecting data from numerous sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and ability to sort. Show location feature helps avoid additional research. Can leaves not in both CRM and salesloft. When synced with CRM having all my notes and history of touchpoints is a very valuable tool. Can create task that will show up in both saleloft and the salesloft extension on your CRM to alert you when someone is not in a cadence. Ability to automate cadences saves a great amount of time rather than individually sending out customized emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Can run slow when alot of devices are on same internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to sort by cadence priority and get most important activities done on any given day. Often forgot to reach out to someone and now I create a task and do not miss out on any steps. Having all my notes in one place rather than bouncing from doc to doc saves me a great amount of time. easy to customize emails whereas before I would work out of outlook and sending a small batch of emails would be a big headache.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing features and product continues to improve. Easily integrates with CRM and has made my days much more efficient. A simple yet scalable tool that will make you day to day outreach much more efficient. Easy to create cadences and automate these cadences without losing the ability to create customized emails. Also, love the use of snippets inside cadences to send more tailored emails to certain customers. An all-around great tool that your whole team can use whether they are involved in sales, marketing, or operations. The price is exactly where it should be and all the new features that have been rolled out recently are utilized by my team. Make sure to utilize the analytics tool to discover any trends to help improve your business. Whether it be email open rates or data on calls per day I am able to find best practices and replicate them for future projects.

Seamless Integration

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of working in SalesLoft is key to why the platform has become a vital part of our sales process. I'm especially impressed with the intuitive nature of the cadence structure to focus on the pain point of the sales process. Each time I can save 45-60 seconds in entering a record allows me to double the outreach I'm able to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not built for opportunities in Salesforce. They system should be dynamic and allow a user to template all of the steps of outreach, including administrative tasks. Also, they tracking of meetings in the system does not connect to the Salesforce platform. While the meeting scheduling tools are robust and intuitive the meetings schedule on them don't translate into a SalesForce accepted category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows me to increase the transition between outreach to a new lead. By smoothing out my workflow and shortening the amount of time I spend on each lead I'm able to increase the speed out outreach and spend time on quality conversations, not administrative tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Investing in a sales process requires buying from all members of a sales organization. SalesLoft provides a streamlined workflow that is easy for large corporate teams and small startups to adopt, create team buy-in, and tracking the progress of the return on investment. Improving the efficiency of the sales team is core to the SalesLoft platform and its integration without sales CRM and lead research have made it the backbone of our outreach process.

I Can't Imagine My Job without This

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it shows me if a prospect is interacting with my emails or our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure that there really are downsides to this product. You can integrate so many features that if you are needing something more you can just add it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of losing track of clients, client conversations, and just the general chaos that goes in to manually calling hundreds of prospects each week. It automatically sends emails out for me and lets me know when someone has booked a meeting.

Great prospecting system.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating the steps that people go through cadence steps means I don't have to track that kind of stuff myself. This frees up a lot more time on the back end, and helps to make sure that you're actually calling and emailing people instead of trying to figure out and remember the last time you called or emailed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches out with some regularity. You'll be dialing out, and you won't hear anything on the line until someone answers the phone (no ringing), as well as a few random glitches. Sometimes people won't load into cadences, sometimes people will be incorrectly linked to their lead in Salesforce, relatively minor things that pop up every once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to spend too much time manually tracking the progress of my prospects, trying to remember what and when I last emailed/called them, what I said, it saves so much time on the back end. Saving time on the back end, allows you to spend more of your time on the front end, actually calling and emailing your people people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to automatically track when and how you've reached out to prospects, this is a great tool to do so.
