What do you like best about the product?
The best part about SalesLoft is that is helps with my overall activity. It makes sending emails and making calls extremely easy while logging it all to Salesforce for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far this is nothing I dislike! If I'm nitpicking, it's sometimes hard to search for templates my team members create but that's really about it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being consistent with overall activity has helped me to book more meetings. I can also see what emails are working and the ones that aren't.

What do you like best about the product?
Although the product is very complete and offers various functionalities I use SalesLoft mainly to reach out to a large number of clients at the same time.
It's easy to create the message and customize it.

What do you dislike about the product?
After I send an outreach I'd like to have a list view of what e-mails bounced and those that were successful.
Also, I'd love to be able to create lists of e-mails to create my reach outs more easily.
I also would love if Sales Loft memorized which e-mails bounced back and removed them from my base.

I like the simplicity and basic nature of the main page. Things feel organized and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the incompatibility of being able to copy and paste text into email boxes without messing up the format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to accomplish high levels of outreach in low amount of time. Realized the benefits of being able to track conversion rates.
SalesLoft helps me to be efficient in outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I love the cadence tool. It's very helpful when emails bounce, they are removed moving forward. It makes it really easy in the morning to set out my day. I log on and review what tasks need to be done. Then I can prioritise different tasks throughout the day. Being able to scheduled emails throughout the day is great. I've found different times work best and so being able to pick these helps a huge amount. As an organisation we've selected when a lead becomes 'hot', showing a high level of engagement from the prospect and enables me to focus on more creative ways to reach them. Overall the tool is so easy to use. The last system we had was very confusing and outdated. In the US, our team uses the call recordings which is super helpful for me to keep an eye on any potential deals that should be coming our way. I also like how it breaks down the percentage for each person talking on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a feature, but I've been unable to find it. I don't like how the weekend is included in the analytics. I don't work on weekends, so it negatively impacts my stats. This is mainly the issue for calls. It would be useful to have a notification of when contacts are able to complete a cadence, as sometimes I forget to extend the cadence to 30 days. Also if you could set a notification to let you know when contacts haven't been touched for a period of time and are ready to be added into another cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to save huge amounts of time. I set out my cadences, add contacts as I go and then I'm provided with daily tasks each day to do. It keeps me on track. I find it so much easier to work from Salesloft for emails, because if the email bounces a note is made on the account. In Salesforce I have to go in and add {b}. It can take a huge amount of time out of my day, which I should be using for outreach.

Completely worth it!!
Fond memories at my last role
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature was/is the email campaigns that I used. This was a great way to use high volume engagement for breaking into accounts. I often paired this with their insights tool for ad-hoc engagement related to the account.
Beyond the above, the usability is far superior to Yesware and scouting the best templates within your team is a great plus.
Having an integration with salesforce was a definite bonus as it reduced the amount of admin I needed to do on my account list.

What do you dislike about the product?
Email address validation would have been a great feature to reduce the amount of bounced engagement.
My most recent engagement was a year ago when hoping to roll out with a bunch team of 25 reps and SDRs. Unfortunately we were unable to engage with a rep consistently and ended up goi g go Yesware, which I'm not a huge fan of.
I didn't like that we had to source the correct email addresses at the time. I'm sure now there is a tool to highlight the incorrect data.
Additionally it would have been so much better to have an enhanced integration with LinkedIn Nav. This would have helped with reducing the amount of platforms we jughled.

A new company with little market share and but great product fit meant we needed to spread the word quickly and at a high volume of prospect customers.
It was easy to see where prospects were sold on the email subject with opens and where we needed to tighten up on the content to convert opens to fw or response.
Additionally, with teams based in Berlin, London and New York we needed to be able to see which retailers were reacting to our value proposition to feedback to Product Marketing on our product market fit. We had large accounts in the UK but not many of them which wasnt great visibility so needed to ramp up engagement with the wider market.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add tools for database data checking.
It would be great to also include LinkedIn Nav tools.
Some of the best things I've seen on Gramarly and Google recently helps you ensure there there's is little complicated sentences.
There could be a great integration with the Hemingway app that allows your to show the best or simplist way of conveying your message. This would be awesome

What do you dislike about the product?
- Analytics aren't the best overall, Can be hard to navigate
- Even as an admin, all cadences aren't viewable (if they are a personal cadence of someone else they can't be viewed by anyone by the owner)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has allowed the sales team to really scale their outbound efforts to reach as many people as possible with a semi-personalized message
Outbound Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows me to control my outbound messaging in a time-efficient way. I can be personalized at scale. I love the ease of creating outreach cadences across email and phone that I can schedule. Their email templates and snippet functions let me drop in follow-up emails to those asking for more information, or send a "tailored" email to someone based on persona. Snippets allow me to throw in links or 1-line case studies into emails in a click. I'm able to send out more effective messaging to more people, and the Salesloft dialer in Salesforce let me roll through calls in a cinch. I can't imagine trying to prospect without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can organize cadence steps by step type (phone vs email) or cadence name, but I wish we could organize by time zone. I've been rolling through calls in the morning and wound up calling people on the West Coast at 6am. Separating steps by time zone would let me avoid that. Also, we're able to see who opens and clicks on emails, but quite a few times, it's not real opens/clicks - it's an email filter. Or there are people who open emails but are missed by the tracking pixel. And I would love some kind of integration into Linked In so I could easily InMail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule emails to go first thing in the morning. If I find myself writing the same email to more than a few people, I can create a template, which save me time with typing and cutting/pasting. I have better visibility into my prospects because I can see when they open an email. I can craft outreach strategies around when/how often to contact people, and I have stats on how all of my emails perform so I can continually optimize my performance.
My Experience with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
SalesNavigator Integration - This makes it very easy to work with LinkedIn and get out InMails that can also be tracked, it's an incredibly useful integration and I know my reps are very grateful for it.
Reporting Functionality - the reporting functionality is also incredibly useful as it allows for me to accurately assess how my reps are doing and to get an understanding of what processes can be improved. Also it lets me understand what is really working and figure out conversion rates.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI - I personally find the User interface a bit disorientating, I find the colours slightly too muted for my taste. However this is a rather small gripe, I also appreciate the layout so my issue with colouring is very minor.
Call logging functionality - This is a bit of a bigger issue for me, it's hard to log calls on the fly if the prospect is not already in a cadence, it would be great to be able to use this feature, however it feels as if the data doesn't get pulled from Salesforce automatically which would be lovely.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to support my team - I have complete over view of my teams performance and abilities and so i'm able to better support their activities.
Time saving capacity - Having a cadencing tool has become a huge way to save time on emails.

To use it to it's fullest, it would be beneficial to have Salesforce and LeadIQ for optimal prospecting.
