What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to track leads and customers through the Live Feed. It's really nice this recent improved feature that allows me to keep track and be always aware if a customer has opened an email or even clicked a link I've sent. This was a real game-changer once implemented and has really caught our attention here in the company.
The email tracking and auto-logging of emails are really nice, I think the tracking aspect of it or at least how notifications are presented is better than other platforms that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to navigate through the Menu inside a contact to log a call or insert a note. It would be easier to do it via the Activity tab. I believe this is the most downside I can see. As I use the tool to track all kinds of activities involving a customer, it would be much easier for me if, instead of only seeing the history log, I could also create or insert a new task or log a new activity on that page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue we had and needed to solve was to keep tracking of customers in terms of knowing if they've had opened an email or only seen it, or even further if they've had clicked a link that was sent to improve engagement. Now with the tool, I see a lot of benefits for better interaction with people, being customers of still a lead that our SDR team is in contact with.
Also, another really nice benefit still talking about email exchange is the possibility to have a whole bunch of templates to automate the conversations. By using them I free a lot of time that would be spent with writing and reviewing texts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking at SalesLoft to implement in your company, my advice is: SalesLoft is easily one of the best tools I've used in my professional sales experience. It gives me the ability to maintain all my activity points and due dates in one spot, ensuring no lead or customer goes untouched. Also, I'd like to add that this product has made my day to day sales life easier and more effective and productive. Wouldn't want to work for a company without it now.
My advice is: try the tool for a certain period and you won't regret implementing it.

Importing contacts into the system and making sure that the contacts are linked into your CRM can be a bit of an initial pain but this has been improved since we use Salesforce and the integration is smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to standardize effective strategies for Sales, Implementations, and Account Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
As is the case with all powerful and complex software platforms, there is often a learning curve and sometimes a reluctance to get team members to use the tool. This isn't really a complaint about SalesLoft itself - their implementation team and training resources are truly top notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically, we've standardized template emails for the Sales team. We collectively shared and edited the best templates we had, and made them available to all and added them to cadences. We've also recently been utilizing Snippets as an effective time saving tool. Arguably more importantly, we've completely rebuilt our Implementation Process from the ground up, and SalesLoft has been a critical tool in this effort. (It's working great for our post-sale teams, by the way)

Easy to use functionality that fits into my workflows well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connections with salesforce are sometimes a little wonky, but is usually fixed quickly.

A necessary tool

What do you like best about the product?
-Building cadences targeting specific buying personas is simple
-Importing leads/contacts from SFDC is a snap
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SalesLoft would automatically ignore leads/contacts without phone numbers when in a "phone call" step so I don't have to go through and skip that step
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using SalesLoft as a way to complete emails and phone calls while combo prospecting. In the end it saves me a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to save time in executing repeatable outreach to hundreds/thousands of leads- you have to use SalesLoft or another tool like it.

Easy to Use, But Sometimes Clumsy

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes it easy to automate your sales outreach across multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, SalesLoft requires you to import contacts from Salesforce, which is different from Yesware which just works with any email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've completely automated a few of our renewal process which is nice. Our teams are sending less manual follow ups which is always a plus.

Great sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
I think one of the best features is the ability to customize your outreach and move things around. The UI is clean/
What do you dislike about the product?
My complaints is that navigating back and forth between cadences is not streamlined. Biggest problem I've had is that you can not PAUSE a cadence and then turn it back on for it to continue. You have to remove all the people from the cadence... it just keeps going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've definitely closed deals because of salesloft, but we only use it for sending large batches of emails. Many tools can do this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have SFDC and just need a tool to send emails make sure you look at all options. If you need something in addition to SFDC to track mass cold calls for a large team, emails, performance metrics etc than salesloft is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadence feature and being able to send messages to prospects all at once
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant call anyone on the phone to get support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mass outreach with a structured cadence
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well worth the investment! I would tell every potential user to choose Salesloft and implement it into their sales force! Ask anyone else who uses it and they will probably tell you the same thing.
