Good software, but could use some tweaks

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can automate cadences and processes within the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the dashboard so much for the people/leads. It would nice to have it customizable to make the information shown more relevant. There is a huge space for linkedin integration, but I don't personally use that so I wish that I could switch that out for different information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say just automating all my e-mails is a huge time saver. Even if I don't look at that person that day or contact they're all going through the cadence and getting the touches I need with no work. Even old leads that I don't want to spend time on can get attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the most effective technology I've been given for sales prospecting.

The analytics are SO useful in analyzing which emails are (and are not) generating interest, vetting individuals who may require additional follow up, and keeping my outreach systematic, yet thoughtful.

Salesloft also shares prospecting analytics from their customer-base via email, such as popular/useful email titles and greetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
If one person from a company responds to an email, it would be helpful if all individuals at this organization would be unsubscribed from the outreach cadence. This is the only nitpick critique that comes to mind - ultimately not a burden to remove others from a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has given me back hours in my day due to the organized, systematic outreach that I've been able to set up through the platform.

I can spend more time following up with individuals who are frequently opening my emails, and less time with those who are not engaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I fully recommend - Salesloft is the most valuable software at my disposal for sales outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
How I can manage calls, emails, and notes in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tags had more features. I wish there was a way I could have contacts move to certain variant steps based on their title, industry, or tag. I wish there was better integration with Salesforce, you can import contacts into Salesloft from Salesforce, but you cant import contacts from Salesloft into Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily having a one-stop-shop for keeping up with contacts

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature on SalesLoft is how easy it can make contacting huge amounts of people. The customization of cadences and how poeple can be moved around based on thie rinterest is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing I am not liking is to get SalesLoft activity tracking to match our pattern. SalesLoft makes it possible, and their built in tracking is preferred, but lots of logic steps are needed to match a customer activity tracking in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving! The biggest issue I was facing was due to the lead flow taking way to many steps in our system, SalesLoft really streamed lined things and gives me more time to focus on larger deal.s
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it and buy it. This can make daily activity so much easier to implement and track for future improvement on your team

What do you dislike about the product?

Would like to be able to send attachments that are over 2MB,

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of everything. It really is an intuitive platform to use and easy to get the hang of. I have used this product at my last two sales jobs and wouldn't know where to start without it,
What do you dislike about the product?
We need auto-dialer features so we can pump up the numbers of calls per day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my daily metrics to review. Tracking this information lets me know areas I am performing well at (like calls per day or emails per day) but also gives me insights into the conversation. I can determine if I am getting a lot of pickups but not converting them that its time to change my pitch or a new list.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep detailed notes on your conversations when calling! Create a quick shortcut for writing notes like "CVM" means Correct Voicemail, whereas VM just means Voicemail. That way, you know if the person you're calling is verified. MBF = Mailbox Full. STVM = Straight to Voicemail. STCVM = Straight to Correct Voicemail. "Op ans trans" means the operator answered and transferred you.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create and customize my cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Salesloft is that it freezes every once in a while, but it isn't a big deal.

I have been using salesloft to stay organized when reaching out to prospects, and being able to send multiple touch points within the right time frame.

What do you like best about the product?
The very base feature of sending mass emails to prospects is great. But the ability to create custom templates and cadences for different prospects is very easy. and of course my favorite feature of all is the email analytics. Living month to month in the sales world is stressful and knowing when emails have been opened and clicked at the end of the month is crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt a ton to dislike here. I guess the "dialing" feature can be a bit confusing to set up but other than that I don't have any complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed for faster mass-propecting while keeping the "tailored" and "personalized" feel of each email. I've seen i've booked many more meetings using the cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is incredibly beneficial to me in organizing, managing, and automating my outreach broadly across a large territory. Building cadences keeps me accountable, consistent, and productive with my prospecting activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email tracking/notifications aren't perfectly accurate (i.e. who opened the email).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased productivity and huge time savings from not manually tracking and sending one off messages. There's also huge opportunity with knowledge sharing among sales teams and how specific messaging is performing.

I like the ability to see engagement with emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems like the engagement numbers are much higher than they actually are. I emailed a friend to see how far off they were and without her even opening the email salesloft counted it as been viewed

tracking good prospective leads
