Execute everything from nurturing to ABM with SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and flexibility. Dashboards are sufficient. Very intuitive for reps and managers alike. Significantly increases the bandwidth and ability of a small sales team to extend our reach in an automated way.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a positive conversation metric that is only for their predetermined outcomes. Well, every company is different and they should allow customization with his. It also doesn't work well with WebEx (recording).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running Micromarketing campaigns. we have a limited marketing budget and this puts the control in the sales organization's hands to take control of our destiny and drive results with or without marketing/leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, well-integrated, always improving, works like I want it to work
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they had some better filtering and sorting options for accounts and users but I suspect these will be built out soon

Prospecting - excellent across all platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it organizes my prospecting for me. Once I build a cadence, I no longer have to think about who I am going to prospect to each day. My to do list is automatically created for me
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes SalesLoft doesn't integrate well with SalesForce (or at least with my company, we struggle with a lot of things in SalesForce) and there are times it won't allow me to update email addresses, which in turn forces me to remove a lead from a cadence and I can't include them in the cadence at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it solves the problem of how to organize outreach to prospects.

so many useful feautures that really organize your marketing emails and calls to top efficiency; the templates, the snippits, the dailer....all are awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing to organize a very large group of people with multiple cadances
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sticking to a marketing cadance for consistency. I also love the easy to use dialer that makes it so efficient and quick to get through calls.

Salesloft is easy to use and helps generate an increase in sales activity.

I t could be easier to Google and find out how do do more obscure things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes it possible for a small team to develop and execute more opportunhities. It is a force multiplier.

What do you like best about the product?
Voicemail drops because they cut my call time in half. LinkedIn Sales Navigator integrations so I don't have to worry about my prospect receiving notification that I viewed their profile. The ability to toggle on and off localdial. The ability to call-forward through my cell phone when I need to or don't have a headset for my computer. The caller ID I receive when someone calls me back and it forwards to my cell phone. The ability to integrate with Seismic so I can share content via secure links and not have to attach files. The "Hey Salespeople" posts that Jeremey Donovan writes on LinkedIn. Quickly importing leads to SalesLoft from Salesforce using the SalesLoft Google Chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to run a series of cadence steps through the mobile app. Wish that the GUI looked similar to the desktop view so I could see the steps I have due for the day on my mobile app. Extra spacing in between paragraphs when writing an email via the google chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating much of my activity so I can focus on reaching more prospects. I no longer have dozens of email signatures in outlook, but rather snippets and templates in SalesLoft. I also no longer have to attach content to each email, I can use Seismic to send my content via SalesLoft snippets and templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your automated bumper emails do not send at midnight! Use the Google Chrome extension for importing leads but do your email activity through the SalesLoft home page.
SalesLoft is a great software for anyone who manages a book of accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email cadences the most. They are the most effective way to reach all your clients in a streamlined and effective way. Being able to then track the emails that were read, responded to, or had links accessed within is also very beneficial to me and my relationship with my clients. They took a common problem (emails being sent for junk when repetitive) and corrected it with timed releases so that you can effectively reach all your clients with the important information that they all need to read at time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do experience glitches sometimes which can be frustrating. Working for SAAS company myself though, I understand that these do occur and are usually fixed by refreshing the page.That being said, I do feel as though there should be bug fixed looked into regarding scheduling emails to go out. I often find that I encounter the same error stating "there was a problem scheduling your emails, please refresh the page and try again" which could be corrected possibly? Other than that SalesLoft is great. I have not encountered many other issues honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to effectively reach all my clients without individual emails to all. Huge time saver! It is also very beneficial for reaching all your clients regarding release updates, marketing materials, or personal updates you need to send out.

If you use Salesforce to manage client information, SalesLoft is the missing piece to manage email communications.
Excellent Prioritizer, Organizer, and Time-Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, as a way to organize and prioritize each day's tasks as well as "drip" email campaigns. The analytics are also an excellent tool to analyze performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
That Management at my company does not realize the value of SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to organize/prioritize my leads and then how often to email/call each one.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy is to create and run cadences and track the effectiveness in real-time, I like that SalesLoft sends notification of who clicked and replied via the mobile and web app. I like the integration with Salesforce and Gmail i.e that you don't need to be in SalesLoft to send emails you can do it through Gmail and loft the same, I love the reporting part of SalesLoft and last but not the least the UI the web app is intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the live feed feature on the home screen of my web app does not work for me properly and I have to track the cadences separately and for some reason, I am not able to make calls from my mobile app, I would like it even better if I weren't facing these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating and tracking prospects as per different personas and analyzing the effectiveness of different outreach methods and the effectiveness of various messaging form them. The Cadences help with the same It helps to see how many people clicked when the attachment was a video vs factsheet and other similar parameters

I like cadences the best, and being able to run through 100s of leads quickly

I don't like losing prospects in cadences sometimes and forgetting to properly follow up with them
