Sales loft in instrumental to the success of my business

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use & onboarding for new starters is the most important thing, conversation intelligence is very helpful for coaching. Having all the SDR's work being done in one place for efficiency. The fact I did $10 million in pipeline generation in 12 months including booking 30 meetings in one week also was pretty exciting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could do with more insight but not the end of the world. Reps ease of use is more important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built an Outsourced Sales Development agency using SalesLoft as its core piece of infrastructure. Everything our reps do sits in SalesLoft so they're able to achieve the highest level of quality output in the most efficient way possible.

What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to connect to salesforce enabling us to maintain salesforce as the source of truth. The teams using it have found it easy to iterate on templates and create easy to use cadences for managing leads. We've also found it incredibly useful to have the activity sync going to salesforce which can then be analysed from within our data warehouse and displayed in dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to be able to better automate when leads open emails and don't reply they move to another cadence, other than that we haven't had any issues with Salesloft!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has enabled us to scale our outreach, resulting in us reaching more people with our team increasing the effectiveness of the team.

A Simple way to manage sales cadence

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the platform is very intuitive, things (buttons) are where you'd expect them to be which makes using SalesLoft easy.
The verity of integrations make the platform very powerful and allows you to drive a great deal of efficiency when using it.
Easy to dive into your day, know exactly what you have lined up and where you need to focus your effort.
Support is AMAZING, very quick to respond and happy to go over and above for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics. I think there is still some work to be done here, its difficult to report on email flows within cadences (step by step) or compare cadences against one another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to manage a sales team and drive consistent activity remotely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Superb support and very easy to adopt. Excited to see future developments

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of features and the platform is still easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any possibility to have some dynamic fields (n_business_days) in French nor the analytics on calls

We solved the possibility to have metrics on our cadences and to experiment A/B testing to push best practices to the team

What do you like best about the product?
The product speaks for itself and is clearly a very good SEP. What sets it apart from the competition, in my opinion, is the analytics and customer service. Both excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike very little but if there's one criticism it's I'd like more customizable options when integrating with SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing for us is cadence implementation. Using SFDC it's at least extremely manual and difficult to expect SDRs and sales teams to stick to comms cadences. Salesloft makes this extremely easy. We expect to see an increase in conversion rates due to analysis of this and future optimisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Probably the most complete sales engagement platform available

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to set up. The integration team was always available and helped along the way. Their implementation program was super helpful.
Since the implementation it is easy to track all the activities of our sales reps. The analytics are very helpful in finding out when to best to call or what style of e-mail works best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync between Salesloft and Salesforce and Salesloft connect could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now measure our calls and sync them directly within salesforce. No tracking gets lost or forgotten about it. It is way easier than any other phone addon we used so far. For coaching purposes it is easy to listen to the calls and share them within the team to see what works best.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadence features, engagement intelligence, constant innovation, and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited mobile app functionality for iPhone and not available for Android yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our Sales Engagement needs. Benefits have been evident - more pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
There are two features that are my favorite. 1. Analytics 2. Cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I cannot see my To Dos for future dates. Since I place leads into a cadence that has a preset duty on each assigned day. I would like to be able to check what my To Dos are projected for tomorrow or on Friday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track my success against my performance. It removes the additional step of measuring analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to like about Salesloft. It's user friendly and easy to train new people how to use. Sharing email templates and tracking their opens/clicks/replies is easy and incredibly helpful! We love being able to pull custom fields from Salesforce in as dynamic fields to our emails to make our wording as personalized (and accurate) as possible on a scalable level. The integration with Vidyard is also really helpful and makes it easy to insert videos into our emails. Our users love that it reminds them when it's time to follow up and what to say. As a manager, I love that it encourages the team to plan/write all their communication out from the start, making it more likely that they will follow through on each step. Salesloft came through in a big way for us during COVID when we wanted to send out free resources to anyone that we'd reached in the 12 months prior. That would've taken weeks or months before, but with Salesloft we got everything out in a week and with no frustration for our sales people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here. I wish their tech team would initiate zoom or phone calls faster in the ticketing process. They prefer to email about issues, but after 4+ emails back and forth it can become frustrating and hard to remember what the conversation is about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now track opens/clicks/replies much more closely for email communication with potential clients. It's easier to see what cadences are working and why!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth the investment!! One of the best things we've done for our sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up and following through with cadences - very efficient and time saving to work through touch points and record progress. Calling and email directly through the platform is the best feature. Storing templates in the email component is also fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Before I got the hang of it it was confusing switching between salesforce and loft all the time, but now I basically only work out of Salesloft which is more straightforward. Sometimes you can lose track of contacts who get bumped out of the cadence if their email bounces / as soon as you connect so I need to keep track of these in a separate program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more time efficient, making sure I am reaching out to people at the right time by following a detailed cadence to ensure my chances of connecting and securing a meeting.
