Great for ADR/SDR
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the clean data and it is easy to.use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The other options in the marketplace are buying there data. Why should I keep using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of outreach. I have been able to stay in front of more people since I have started using this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the right people using this platform. They have to buy-in. Don't force it on them.

Ability to create cadences, live feed, simple interface

Some audio issues occasionally, however, this might be due to poor internet connection

Identifying what emails work best for me. The ability to take notes on the go is useful when calling prospects many times
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time creating email cadences, include calls in any campaign, utilize reporting and live feed to identify best practices. Use note function to keep informed, listen to recordings for further areas of improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of the tool is fascinating. Additionally, the ability to customize an email on the last minute before sending it out allows you to add a last-minute email opener. SalesLoft's font look natural on emails, hence, recipients are more likely to read your email as it looks humanized!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't show you who opened your email exactly. They do allow you to restrict your team's IP address to not count as an open but that doesn't always work especially if the email is opened from the phone and not using wifi.
Another thing I dislike is that it only integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you have a team plan with the latter (but this may be a drawback from LinkedIn's side)

The ability to personalize emails at scale! Benefits include unlocking enterprise client meetings.

The fact that all my prospects are caught in my cadences so I never miss a follow up

Nothing that I can think of. Possibly a better way to review / use others templates / cadences.

Quantity, being able to scale the outreach significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Logging calls and emails including dispositions and recordings effortlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics in tool can be better. Export data is not exact to the in-tool data. No native BI integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary gap we wanted to fill first was getting insight into which contacts we were engaging on which accounts and how we were engaging them. Making it possible to easily log & record calls + emails in SalesLoft and getting that data moved into our CRM gives the leadership team insight into our success and territory penetration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate. Best overall package and value for sales engagement including call/meeting recording. No other solution is all-inclusive. You'd have to spend 2-3x as much getting a combination of technology + spend more time integrating them all.
It is a tool without which my work would be very difficult, but still a lot of room for improvement.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Low sound quality
- Mobile app needs a lot of improvement, I can only use it to check info on my leads, but I cannot login any action
- Waste time jumping from cadence to cadence. I miss an option to access a queue with all the calls that are pending regardless of their cadence.
- There should be more connectivity with Linkedin: send messages and invites directly from SL
- The pending actions should appear by order of priority (based on their due date)
Include the possibility of copying cadences like they were templates, in order to allow to create similar cadences with a few changes
- There should be an option to automatically skip calls when the lead doesn't have phone information
- Further personalisation by gender and language would be fantastic
- I think the availability functionality is a good idea, but I would love it to be something like Calendly, which I use a lot.

- Allows me to manage a high number of leads, keeping track of all of them
- Allows me to evaluate the efficiency of my cadences and templates
- Allows me to see what leads are most interested at every given moment

How easy and accessible all the buttons are.

That when i tried to update profile information, it would switch back to the old info due to it being connected to SalesForce.

I love that Salesloft developers thought about processes. How do I work when I contact prospects? What are the steps that I take? What is the most convenient way to work through a list? How do I not forget to keep trying to call this prospect every week?
Salesloft helps you by taking all that organisational burden off your shoulders, so you can finally throw away those manually updated spreadsheets. Working within Salesloft is also a much faster and smoother experience than SFDC (lightning) could ever provide. I would not want to work without it anymore!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit unclear to me what happens when I edit/update a template or step, but I can not really think of something that I dislike about SalesLoft...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of keeping track of your outreach campaigns and call lists was completely solved by SalesLoft. The seamless SFDC integration makes it easy to collaborate with other parts of your organization. I have been able to reduce the time and effort for calling and emailing lists of prospects tremendously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to streamline and organise your call lists and outreach campaigns as a sales person, this is your solution. All the analytics actually make working on lists SO MUCH FUN!

What do you dislike about the product?
The conversation intelligence (Speech recognition can get better). Sometimes, the software does not recognize other accents of English spoken and might be a challenge as it tends to identify the speech as different words. This is something that can definitely get better over time.
Also, I would love to have a feature that recognizes different accents and alters the text accordingly.
