Great Product, Continuing to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has been an invaluable for our sales team, allowing our Sales reps to streamline activities, build cadences and track prospects throughout the Sales Process. The strongest benefits have revolved around the ability to track cadence effectiveness/metrics, see prospect engagement and activity (allowing for more timely follow-up and follow-through), as well as having a more streamlined and efficient manner for activity management and activity logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we’ve experienced revolves around not having had the full implementation of ALL of the features and functionality, and true FULL value of the tool...we believe we’re honestly only scratching the surface of what is possible with SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re solving for the ability to more efficiently and effectively managing activities, prospect pipelines and specifically, outbound prospecting activities, in addition to Pipeline Management for existing deals in process. We’ve experienced significant time savings, in addition to having the ease of use to actually measure edge roof our cadences.
A unique pipeline for manage sales
What do you like best about the product?
It's a integrated package to manage and run all the inbound and outbound sales activities and its management in a single platform. It helps me to manage interact and engage with customers and teams for sales and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It's an optimized platform to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in engament with customers. Helps to manage teams and out out sales. Helps to manage data and anylitics smartly in a single platform. Helps me to solve my distributed systems at one place with optimization parallellly with BI and analytics.
Clear and methodical way to track output

The way that Salesloft is set out makes it really easy to use and keep up to date with tasks on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of hubspot integration - this would make a big difference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the lack of integrations holds things up - our BDMs can't always easily access info.
Overall, it's a slicker process and easier to track what's working and what's not.

Experienced occasional glitches and lag.

Analytics are great for optimal response times. Helps creates better prospect engagement.
Very happy with the power that SalesLoft offers
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to get started. Also very easy to build cadences & sequences and share them amongst the team. Easily see analytics & 'success' rate by having reps flag successfull connections (meetings & opportunities) within salesloft. everything seems to pass smoothly to Salesforce too, which is a huge value-add
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have an option that takes into account Time Zones of prospects and, for example, would let you set up the cadence for 25 companies, then prompt the activities at particular times of day based on intelligence for that person (ie Bob is usually on Linkedin from 10a-11a, so message then, etc). And likewise tee up auto emails the same way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently looking for better sales enablement for the sales team. most of the process is manual today, this way allows us to automate more of the cadencing while maintaining a high level of personalization at scale
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It seems like a really great sales enablement tool to automate current functions. It allows for way more productivity in a given day/week. The key is still using basic selling strategies (dont forget personalization and dont automate too much). the analytics & insights it provides in the platform are perfect to help you create a conversational tone and not seem too blunt (ie you have a real reason to reach out to most people)

- Technical requirements- sometimes it is difficult to understand the back end if you do not have a lot of technical skills

Onboarding has Been Simplified with adding SalesLoft for both SDR and BDR new hires
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the Cadence and Templated software has optimized our sales practices, by organizing our reps time, and allowing them to develop a strong sales strategy. We started SalesLoft last year for the latest BDR team that we had developed, and its been very rewarding to see many of those reps were able to create and develop their own versions of the sales strategies we had encouraged them to develop. Our sales managers have more confidence around the scheduling and executing of both calls and demos, as we have been able to create cadences for the persona-based selling we implement. The implementation was clearly defined, quick, and easy, which impressed me most as a Sales Operations Manager, seamlessly integrating with our Salesloft, and even having clear connectivity within the dialer.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any software, there are syncing issues at times, but they are usually handled very quickly by the Support team. Most issues that I notice are already understood and addressed on the status website. Thats GREAT!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our salesteam is better equipped to develop strong sales practices by having the cadence structure. We have not only seen an uptick in calls/emails, but we''ve been able to reach more leads by being able to have a systematized order to our reps practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask every question that is relevant to your team, maybe bring in a top rep or two with great pipeline maintenance, and don't leave any concerns unturned. The peeps at SalesLoft do a great job in reassurance or creating new opportunities.

Great Software and Even Greater People!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes the sales process so simple. Uploading contacts and ensuring you don't have any duplicates is done automatically. I like that you can easily assign contacts to other people and cadences are simple and easy to share as well. I also really like how we can see contacts based on account, and easily see who from that account is most engaged with our emails.
One thing I've also found is every person from Salesloft I have emailed has been beyond helpful. I had a few issues and they resolved them super fast and were very friendly. Any questions we have they reply very fast as well, and if the original person you emailed can't get back to you in a timely manner it will be passed to someone who can, so you are never left waiting.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that hasn't worked for our organization is booking meetings through salesloft. We use outlook and microsoft teams, so we are unable to actually use the book meeting function because we can't add out teams meeting link to it. So for us to track meetings we have been marking the contact as a "Sucess". Not a huge issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are only two of us doing outreach, and before Salesloft it was difficult to keep track of who was supposed to message who, and which emails we sent the person already. It keeps us really organized and makes it easy to see who is supposed to get an email today and what email they are supposed to get.
SalesLoft is a great sales tool.

Easy to use and great for organizing sales tasks.

I do not have any negative comments. I am pleased.

Prospecting is easier. I can send out multiple emails simultaneously in the matter of a few minutes.
