Helpful tool to communicate with both warm and cold leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create different cadences to manage my communication with a variety of different lead types. I also like the flexibility SalesLoft offers to adjust individual messages and cadences on the fly. This allows me to adjust my message as I see the results of previous work. A huge benefit is my ability to reach a large audience and track the effectiveness of the campaign both in SalesLoft and with Salesforce through the integration SalesLoft offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are way more positives than negatives when using SalesLoft, but one thing I wish I could do is easily select and move people from one cadence to a different cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to efficiently reach large numbers of people with our message and see the effectiveness of our message in real-time. One great example is the leadup to a webinar we hosted. We were able to create a cadence in SalesLoft and blast out our message to a large audience and then follow up easily afterward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a clear vision of why and how you will use SalesLoft. Create a process for all team members to follow so the quality of your results data is accurate and therefore actionable.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadence functionality and ability to quickly work through prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
That Deals and salesloft arent connected and also that you cannot zig zag dial within a cadence to multiple phone numbers or a prospect or to multiple prospects within an organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our sales people on task and organized within structure to their day. They work well their tasks batched by doing emails and calls separately and the system does this nicely.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great tool. Besides helping us scale our outreach to leads, we are able to look at the data and see what's working, what's not, and take steps to optimize. My favorite aspect of Salesloft is customer support. There team is so fast to respond to issues, and their daily Salesloft QA are superhelpul.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be some better functionality for specific use cases. For example, if the systems were able to identify Global Holidays and alert salespeople if they have any emails sent to go live on those days. Or if the system could identify if you were sending out your email to someone at 1am because of a time difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping us scale our outreach to prospects, but allows for greater customization to help our messaging be relevant and timely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try, and learn as much as you can from their team from their QA sesssion. There are so many features that can probably help your sales organization that you just don't know exists.

What do you like best about the product?
That it integrates with salesforce so well! Activity tracking is great. I love the live feed showing who has opened what, how often, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major so far, the only thing that would be really nice was if when there was a scheduled call on a cadence, it also showed that as open activity in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time that it takes to create new tasks, close existing tasks, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool, and they will give you a 30 day trial, make sure to ask for it!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about SalesLoft is the analytics. SalesLoft provides a fairly in-depth dashboard around different activities, success, what is/isn't working, and my personal favorite is now the personalization analytics! As we continue to build out SalesLoft for our entire Buyer Journey, these analytics help us evaluate our content and ensure reps are using the platform as they should.

Also one of my favorite things for our reps is the ability to use SalesLoft functionality within SFDC with the chrome extension as well as Outlook with the plug in! Helps increase rep utilization when they can take advantage of the platform outside of the typical SalesLoft browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be nice to allow a little more configurability within the system to allow the reps to customize the system to what works best for them. There are some areas they can configure like their home page but maybe a little more on the prospect/account page would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesLoft, we are helping solve the problem of not being aware of what is resonating with our buyers. Before, when just sending emails out of Outlook, we did not have analytics helping us show what our prospects are engaging with. Now with SalesLoft, marketing can keep track of templates/cadences in the system and A/B test to hone in our messaging and the sales reps get the benefit of instant notifications when someone is engaging!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can personalize my views and only see aspects of a prospect that I need to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more integration between LinkedIn and SalesLoft. Nothing major, but I'm referring to the integration with any LinkedIn account and not just LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have my contacts customized and tagged the way I can easily navigate them. I realized that having each prospect tagged properly, anyone on my team can locate and navigate through my leads with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a customizable tool for organization and efficient outreach, SalesLoft is vital to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
For CRM what I need, I feel every aspect of it is covered. It's easy to navigate once u get proper training on interface

Adding the same people to different cadence is sometimes time-consuming but avoidable

Teams reporting are in sync with the top management with out any conflict

The Sales Follow-Up "Silver Bullet"

What do you like best about the product?
I love SalesLoft's ability to create an entire, automated system that ensures sales reps are following prescribed cadences maximized to increase sales engagement with prospects and customers. It's like you've taken the follow up of the best rep, automated parts of it and shared it with the larger team. Huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more robust analytics with drill-down metrics. I think most SalesLoft users expect this - which is why you'll often see both reps and management clicking on specific numbers within the analytics dash (i.e., contacts added - wish we could click in and see which ones were added).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has been our silver bullet for consistent, calculated follow up and we're seeing it help solve this very issue - inconsistent follow up across the team and with specific reps. We've been able to ensure each and every lead that comes via our inbound flow is able to worked until all opportunity has been exhausted.

What do you like best about the product?
Having cadences in the team has been a great help and we are also very interested in the meeting feature. I think they have excellent account management and that is their strongest point.
What do you dislike about the product?
not all features are available for all email servers. I feel like there's a lot of potential in the tool but it is sometimes hard to navigate and use for its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using SL for sales calls and also cadences. Cadences have been very useful in scaling our acquisition work.
