What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter leads by sentiment.
Send bulk emails
Make plenty of dials
Add thousands of leads to cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
not being notified when a lead is removed from a cadence
when a bounced email removes a lead and they fall out of a cadence so easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making more dials and sending more emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a well sought out cadence and trust that salesloft will carry the process.
send your emails through salesloft to track clicks, opens and replys.

What do you like best about the product?
not having to worry about my tempo of outreach to prospects - it takes care of it all
What do you dislike about the product?
i call people all over the world, the timezone value could automatically pull a default or time based on the persons LinkedIn. It is a hassle to sort through prospects at the right time to call and manually put in their timezone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
persistency in outreach, analysis of accounts touched, activities logged

collecting data to see what messaging tactics work

What do you like best about the product?
There are too many options to list:
1) Ability to Build Call lists
2) The ability to "drop VM" messages for multiple verticals and call lists
3) Analytical Reporting
4) The integrations of video messaging
What do you dislike about the product?
Until I figure this out, it is a bit hard to determine aging of a call list. I have found a work-a-round.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is the ability to go through a call list and drop messages without having to do it "live". Also, if you combine with a "auto dialer", you can blow through hundreds of dials per day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A highly effective tool combined with continued Sales Training, you'll see a drastic increase in dials/touches/appointments/REVENUE

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of all the process specially the cadence part which makes the daily workflow easy.Automation makes your work all in one place and helps you cover all the daily workflow in one place. Email option where you can have a clear visibility on where your email is and what kind of a response you can expect from the receiver of the email.Salesloft mobile app also give you a hands on experience on the go where you can keep a clear track of on going activities'
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when it goes down things like crashing, hanging comes in the way of work but the sales loft experience of the support have been great and people get onto the issue in real time and gets its resolved on time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems of having everything in one place and specially the one off email thing and having everything in one place gives you a platform where you are more efficient in the workflow. Sales loft support have been so efficient that problems like distortion gets resolved in real time and we don't have to wait for hours to get back the exclusive quality of calls sales loft provides to its users .

Highly recommended to everyone it is the most easy to use and reliable system i have used in my experience i really enjoy working with sales loft i think it is one of the best decisions from Kt to use Salesloft.If organizations like KT recommend other companies to use sales loft i believe our industry can grow rapidly and help us work more efficiently with the sales process

Fast Adoption

What do you like best about the product?
Having used both salesloft. I believe salesloft is easier to learn, has a smaller learning curve and faster adoption rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot right click and "open new tab" on any link, drastically slows down user interface. Should definitely fix that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our entire outbound campaign to build pipeline for our Revenue Organization through salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
anyone using an outbound team to source deals should be using software like this. I also recommend using there CS team to help review your cadences and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it easy to keep contacts organized automatically. Many of the features are very intuitive, allowing for broader outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very often the LinkedIn plugin fails to load, or there are other glitches that make it hard to get into a groove of working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping contacts organized and maintaining consistent messaging to prospects is the main problem that SalesLoft has helped us solve. A neat tool that the product offers is data analytics for reviewing the success of cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the voicemail drop and the ability to create multiple cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
No calendar view of upcoming steps. The weekly snapshot is a step in the right direction but having a calendar view would allow me to manage my cadence more effectively and plan ahead based on upcoming events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with contacts on a weekly basis is critical to success and SalesLoft allows me to accomplish this with a custom cadence. There is a lot of time saved with the ability to email out and track how my contacts are engaging with the content sent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a more efficient way to manage a sales pipeline, SalesLoft is a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and clean. Salesloft helps me stay organized and focused on my quota goal
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is the search bar feature. It does not update/search in real-time and requires you to refresh the browser when trying to search for another account/contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of my prospects in one channel has been extremely helpful. The activity history has allowed me to stay off SFDC and focus the majority of my prospecting efforts on SalesLoft

Unacceptable lack of support

What do you like best about the product?
This is really a good product, but the support is non-existant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Matt, our salesperson, was awesome. He seemed to have a good understanding of the product, and expertly highlighted how it would be a gamechanger for us. As soon as we signed on, we wanted to implement this but were told by Salesloft to "have patience", and someone would reach out to help set us up. That "someone" was Kristal, who was impolite (hanging up on us without resolving anything), training us to do things the wrong way (she taught my staff how to add tags, which deleted all the work we'd done until now) and leaving us hanging with a promise that we'd hear from "support".

We didn't.

At this point, all the work we've done, and logged in Salesloft, is gone. This morning, we were told that our inquiry had gone to spam and the issue would be dealt with now.

I have no doubt that Salesloft is a good product, but without support, our hands are tied and we can't use it. It's year-end, and this has set us back--I have salespeople trying to followup on leads, but all calls/emails from the past two weeks are gone. And not a word from Salesloft.

Conversation intelligence. Unfortunately, we can't use it....
