What do you like best about the product?
The platform's robust cadence/sequence solution is just the beginning: seamlessly record and analyze calls and meetings; manage deals; call dialer included; automation capabilities; and more.

Also, great customer service didn't stop after purchase, the onboarding process and customer support has been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only CRM they directly integrate with (at this time) is Salesforce but they have integrations with multiple Connectors that made it quick work to integrate our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining sales engagement at a 10x rate. We're reaching more prospects, more frequently, with greater personalization than ever before - which has resulted in immediate pipeline for our business.

easy to work with and efficiently sending emails to multiple people
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the excel document doesn't always upload the info as planned and i need to change it to fit the system

sending mass emails at once. its super easy and quick to learn

a super great tool to track emails, send mass emails at once and take account of emails that are used for marketing purposes

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to keep track of it all. Managing leads is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think it is great. I really like how easy it is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for me to follow up. I no longer forget to follow up on certain days. Cadences make my life much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It solves the problem of who to call next, single prospect view - activities, tasks, engagement! Love the hot leads, live website tracking functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that Salesloft could do better with Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to sort your call lists, helps me to stay organized and manage my day/week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for prospecting, just ensure you're okay with the analytics portion.

It's all in one place, like an easy way to send multiple emails.

There is really nothing to dislike about SalesLoft as of now.

Multiple emails are easy to send in just one go
using Cadence makes your work a lot easier and streamlines your work schedule and tells you your next steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft guides and automates dynamic sales plays, facilitates coaching, and provides the dashboards and insights needed to achieve exceptional outcomes. It's not a CRM or marketing automation tool, it’s Sales Engagement - done right. Orchestrate every email, call, meeting, and interaction from anywhere. Automatically track and log your tasks, activities, and engagement data to your CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration to Salesforce.com and ability to share cadences easily across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ownership rules are sometimes difficult when someone leaves

Touching hundreds of accounts across an SDR team with personalized messages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth the investment. Have looked at Outreach as well and found the Salesloft tool to be easier to use and the support team to be excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allows us to be creative in our social selling engagements. Giving us key insights to what is working and where we could do better by our prospective customers to help us standout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team are constantly taking our feedback for enhancements. Whether nice to have or expected requirements. We have great dialogue with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An organisation of our size with vast customer breadth on all verticals, its generally hard to focus on execution of task for sellers. SalesLoft makes it easy to make consistent contact with the customer in a number of ways that secures a conversation and interest to explore. Consistency is key to selling and giving the sellers THE tool to meet expectations mean they can exceed customer expectations.

Cadence is Key

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cadence step process. I always get feedback on the 2nd or 3rd email, which goes to show consistency works!
I also like how it integrates with SFDC and logs all my activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to use the dialer or go into each task of calls and individually fill it all out. I thought I remembered being able to just check a box and they'd all show completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves my problem of forgetting to follow-up with prospects. I've been able to make appts and sell deals solely because my cadence is in front of the prospect. I've noticed they often don't respond to the 1st email, but when my cadence kicks off step 2 and step 3, I almost always get a response from the person.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives detail information about almost everything. It is very user friendly. Every information regarding an account is always available in the right place. The tabs are placed perfectly meaning less personalization is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. it contains all the relative information that is needed for any call or email or msg. The layout is user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in locating all the history related to any account. Which is very good as it keeps me informed about all the activity in that account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SalesLoft will let you customize cadences to create a call, email and likedin reachout campaign with what fits within all you need to get done.
It easily syncs all the info with SalesForce to log what I have completed!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to set-up larger multiple person campaigns or show the last email you sent when emailing prospect again.
It doesn't always show you an accurate log of ALL you need to get done in a day as random things will pop up as you complete tasks. Example: It shows I have 80 calls to make at 9am, and 30 emails to send, but after sending those emails, there may be a follow-up call same day, that means I actually have 100 calls to make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of, "who do I call next?" "What time zone are they in... can or should I call them yet?"
The ability to sort your call lists by time zone, account/company, due date is great to make sure you are getting to the MOST needed things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have recommendations on best practices based off of their collected data, they are helpful.
Have open dialogue as you roll out for what is working and what can be improved.
