What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly prompts that come with salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the least is there aren't enough tutorial videos but there has been an increase in youtube videos for me to research and see how others operate the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems solved are business development related from filtering to making direct calls and emails with prospects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SL is great, highly recommended and easy to operate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create unique cadences that fit my style.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call function is not perfect. I always have SL dial out to my office or cell phone. Also, sending emails from SL isn't perfect because of formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the common problem of forgetting my daily tasks. It also helps me remember to reach out to contacts that pushed me off 6 mos. ago.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all of the training at the beginning and then challenge yourself. Try to make as many calls/send as many emails as possible. The tool pays for itself quickly in the way of getting people on the phone and working through your pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's main operation is sales management through telephone call services, which can be freely saved and recorded for playback, review and subsequent tagging. Recordings are easy to schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does not work explicitly for automated sales administration, but neither does it integrate properly with service records based on human resource management, so follow-ups to vendors must be manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We believe that the labeling system within the phone calls is one of the best to separate and specify which calls are more important than others, which helps us a lot with customer identification or technical assistance sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft can be very cost-effective in the area of coaching, since its call analysis system allows calls to be recorded, so that communication can be direct. It is also recommended for dealing with clients on the phone.

A MUST for any BDR/SDR Team Salesforce Tech Stack !!!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to learn coming from another tool- I would say the learning curve being small, allowing the "new guy" me being able to hit the ground with easy to find and follow videos + help guides is a Huge advantage. BD's and Sales Leaders depend on the Admins / Sales Ops Leaders to build / maintain and train on these tools in the stack SalesLoft for sure allows for the Admins so learn the tool fast !! The Customer Success Teams are sweet and smart too !! They not only know SalesLoft, they are Salesforce savvy too--!!! I also love that you can plug in rules, and trigger things back in Salesforce like uncheck boxes etc too !! AND --> the availability of plug ins that are compatible like ORUM are unbelievable too!!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only "dislike" is that sometimes it moves too fast... lol -- I really don't have a dislike. It will do exactly what you tell it to do- just like a Salesforce rule or automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to automate sequences based on many factors and events with just a few actions each week. Many of our events are repeat items and we have them pre-built now. SalesLoft has also shown us the most successful times to call so we know when to call and what times of the day to use for meetings internally as these are not good dial times. The analytics tools have shown us which email templates get opened, replied to the most as well. We are able to make adjustments each week based on the data SalesLoft gives us !! We just started using Conversation Intelligence Module and have been making adjusments to our call scripts too-- SalesLoft has an amazing set of tools if you look into them use them!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a Champion on the BDR/SDR team and Sales Team to help you test new functions as well as help with bug fixes.
The training / help videos are great too !!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is excellent for building and scaling your high-frequency or repeatable email cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft could do a better job of building a variety of integrations with other sales/marketing solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to scale our sales outreach on a minimal budget with minimal sales personelle. Salesloft allows our 2 person team to do the work of a normal 10 person sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing who opens my messages and who does not
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get an error when I import contacts as well as sometimes the account is not able to be linked to the contact which makes it hard to mass email contacts within that account because they don't pop up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when using salesloft you can seee how long you have been prospecting and gives you insight into who is a good lead or not

What do you like best about the product?
The key to sales is staying on top of prospects and SalesLoft makes that extremely easy. You also see if you're breaking through which is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's easy to use and the cadences make staying on top of a lot of prospects very manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not losing track of good prospects and going wide on my prospecting within companies. The biggest benefit is being able to go after so many contacts within large companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to streamline all your contact with your prospects. Salesloft makes it easy to keep records and order for your sales outreach. It helps me to stay organized and focused on my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used different sales tools to help me reach prospects and stay organized and Salesloft has been the best. There is very little that I dislike about their product. The only parts I can have issues with is the live feed and the search feature can be very particular when searching for a name or company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of disorganization of all my different leads, prospects and contacts. Salesloft helps me to keep organized and to have a good view of what my day-to-day will look like as I am reaching out to my prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track when prospects are viewing your emails is extremely helpful. Additionally, the integration with Salesforce is very smooth.

Also, having the ability to create cadences pays off in the long term. SalesLoft also makes it easier to AB test outreach strategies. Salesloft provides instant data on how prospects are viewing your emails and outreach.

Honestly, I can't imagine doing my job in a day in day out manner without Salesloft. At my previous employer, I got to hear Jeremey Donovan speak. I consequently followed him on LinkedIn, and his insights on sales are really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the clicking and viewing capabilities don't seem accurate. I'll get the notification that somebody viewed my email, then when I click into that prospect's profile the views and clicks don't register. Additionally, I would like there to be a feature in which you can see how many times a prospect engaged with links on the main cadence data view. Essentially, the number of total clicks.

For some reason, my email signature had trouble converting over into Salesloft. Formatting with my company's signature was difficult to match. I had to eventually manually build out my signature manually and it doesn't look as good as it does in Gmail.

I wish that when you time emails to go out that it could send all scheduled emails at the exact time you request. The emails tend to send one by one (which I'm not sure is something Salesloft can change). But in doing so, it makes it more difficult for me to AB test the best times to send emails. I usually am sending 100+ emails at a time so it takes about an hour to send them all. This is a minor complaint, but if it could be resolved, it would make the tool even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales rep, SalesLoft makes my job much easier. The direct integration with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo help my workflow much more efficient. Instead of working on each source of truth individually, SalesLoft gives me the ability to only use SalesLoft.

Additionally, the templates are a huge help. Although there is an upfront lift to create templates, it pays off in the long term. One idea I have, it would be cool if SalesLoft put a few very generic templates in a new company's account. Might help new organizations better understand the value of templates.

Salesloft offers incredible structure to a growing sales organization. Having the ability to create templates, cadences, and have transparency is huge. I would recommend Salesloft for any organization that is in B2B sales. It has helped my organization build out our sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using the Salesloft team as you adopt the process. I found that the team was very helpful in explaining the tool and making it easy to adapt for our organization. Additionally, I would recommend that organizations start building templates before building out cadences.
