Must-Have Tool for Sales Professionals!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the cadence function. Between creating personal cadences and using team cadences that have already been created, it's really easy and simple to run through the steps (calls, emails, linkedin, etc). The cadences allow you to create and use the same messaging for particular titles/groups. What do you dislike about the product?
The email open/click tracker isn't always accurate. Lot's of false positives, but with some experience it's relatively easy to spot the real vs fake opens/clicks. The best part tends to be the the lemon seasoning that they put on top because it has flakes of which we can turn into little peppermint patties and put them where they were supposed to go. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft makes it simple to create your own workflows through the cadence function, which helps to simplify the prospecting process. The best part is when we try to learn and it works. Because we can learn and it do work we can do what we don't do for what we did do cuz it does do and we won't do that when the salesloft is turning around. What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too long to import contacts from SFDC. This might be more on the Salesforce UI. I am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps generate pipeline. Makes it easy to reach out to many contacts at one company. It also helps me email in a timely manor
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in a pipeline role, a cadence tool is a must to understand what is working and what is not.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to set cadence to send e-mails and calls to prospective clients, speeds up the process of cold calling
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the fact it has to be set up through Salesforce and importing the leads into SalesLoft is sometimes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling, prospecting in a much quicker organized way. Have recd opportunities through our wine tasting events.
SalesLoft is easy to use and easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I like the training options, easy of applying what I learned. I love that updates are applied often, and their development teams really seem to listen to the user community and apply what more to the tool quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integrations are not straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with leads, communication, responses, etc. It's a huge benefit to getting real-time information back and forth with SFDC and Outlook with SalesLoft
Valuable Tool to really optimize client facing teams
What do you like best about the product?
I manage a Client Success Team that is responsible for a large cohort of clients (thousands). Our Sales team brought Salesloft onboard to become more efficient as a Sales organization. As a CS organization we have been able to leverage a few different areas of Salesloft to really help with 1:many communications. Cadences have been the biggest value as it allows us identify themes for engaging with clients (both proactive and reactive) and leverage the cadences to not only keep things progressing (with follow up emails/calls etc) but also leverage the data to try to optimize the communication to decrease the amount of communication needed to engage or address a client concern. Not to mention the automatic documentation of any communication with the client once they are in Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has taken quite a bit of time to import all of our contacts in SFDC which has elongated the time to value. Not sure if there were services up front to import SFDC contacts in the beginning as I wasn't involved in the sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in communication to our clients (instead of inundating them with emails and calls) and optimization of communication based on the analytics Salesloft provides.

What do you like best about the product?
LOVE the real time, clicks and views of emails, and integrations into VidYard, Outlook and of course SalesForce. Love the platform, analytics and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
need a dark mode, or night mode as the white board tends to get a bit blinding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cadence's are extremely helpful and the benefits of seeing actual clicks and responses are great.

SalesLoft has provided structure into my everyday working and i absolutely love it!
What do you like best about the product?
1. the designing of cadences is what i like best. My role is that of a business development associate. So i need to reach out a large number of prospects on a daily basis in order to achieve my goal. Sales loft helps me break down my lists into smaller ones and provides me with a definitive action steps everyday. This helps me be methodical and not frantically wonder who i need to contact. Also like the feature where someone is automatically removed once they reply to the email making it easier for you to reach out to the others that have not.
2. I also love the feature where you can send emails to a person on the same thread making it seem that we have been closely writing to them alone and making it feel personal. love the automated email sending feature too!

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently salesloft only takes in data from CSV format. It would be great to have other formats as well like Excel. Also, we can only maps a few fields on sales loft. Sometimes it is important to see more details pertaining to an account such as their revenue band, or let's say if they have both mobile and direct number to have them both imported and mapped simultaneously from the CSV.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SalesLoft Brings Automating Cadences and Integrations to Life
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to import contacts from SalesForce to Salesloft as well as from other lead sourcing tools. The Chrome browser extension makes it simple to add virtually anyone to an outbound cadence, and alert me in the even the lead is already in an active cadence or communication with another sales rep. I like the fact we can have individual cadences as well as team cadences to drive communication and share effective campaigns across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a built in lead database. I find it necessary to have a third party app that SalesLoft is integrated with to make for an effective triad. That said, they do what they do best, and leave the data management and maintenance to others who do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't had any problems with SalesLoft. Definitely more automated and systematic outreach has resulted in more touch points and more meetings as a result.

The calls can be forwarded to my #. I also like the local dial feature

I can't text using it. Receiving calls without caller ID is difficult
