What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is so easy to use compared to other tools. Also for AE's it's awesome to be able to listen to calls, prospect, and manage deals in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
don't really dislike anything. It's the best sales platform on the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consistent messaging. pipeline generation. coaching. forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly navigate through my daily tasks and review notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when there is an automation rule that sometimes takes my lead out of cadence and I do not like that you cannot add a lead back into a cadence and choose the date they left off at. For example, I have taken leads out in error mid-way into the cadence and when I add them back in, it will automatically start from Day 1 of the cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am avoiding leads falling through the cracks and nurturing accounts consistently.

Please see what I dislike about the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails are a force multiplier for me. I have so much more reach across my prospect and customer lists - I get far more accomplished with my day.

I love calling from within SalesLoft and the automation to move to the next step in my cadence.

Salesforce integration is a must have feature.

The automation makes me FAR more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really say I dislike anything. The tool has helped me to dramatically up my game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It multiplies my time - I get so much more done with my day. I have generated sales with automated emails from SalesLoft being the trigger that got my customer/prospect to act.

More contact, more opportunities, more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to maximize your time and multiply your efforts, SalesLoft is the tool for you. It multiplies my efforts, and works when I am asleep.

What the sales team needs to keep moving

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has a broad suite of tools that give just about every level of the sales team what they need. They also have strong CRM integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is getting better at creating a cohesive experience between all the elements, I'd like to see that continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day-to-day contact management and tracking, as well as sales coaching and opportunity management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The team there is incredibly helpful and responsive. Give Salesloft a shot if you're looking to help your Sales team manage their work.

Being able to customize so thoroughly and also to import as many people as I want. Very helpful tool.

Sometimes i wish it was a little more user friendly.

Reaching more customers quicker than sending an individual email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed I received too many read receipt notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Touching more clients but actually scheduling meetings with them.

Quit wasting time with single emails.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can see who has opened my emails in real time. I also like that it's easy to use, and that I can easily see contact info at the side of my Gmail browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing I dis-like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to be able to see who was opening the emails in real time; especially with older leads so I can call them ASAP. I have found that by calling people quickly, I am top of mind, and am more likely to get a conversation than if I just call them out of the blue.

Crucial to ANY Sales role

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is extremely helpful to ensure high value touches go out to every client. There is almost no excuse as to how someone in a sales role or a revenue role can not find value from this tool namely through the use of cadences and mass outreach.

One of my biggest complaints with other tools is there are tons of features that never get used because they simply aren't helpful. With SalesLoft, everything can be leveraged to make an impact in a sales role. Even at the smallest scale of my usage I consistently use the email tracking for one-off emails to drive even the smallest amount of impact
What do you dislike about the product?
set-up does take time since you want to be selective with who is included in your outreach. It does take time to get the right people and right accounts in the system but once they are in there the opportunities are limitless
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mass outreach and high value touches for my renewals. Without SalesLoft I would assuredly have clients slip through the cracks. It can be very easy in a renewals role to leave high value touches on the table but if you're strategic with your use of Salesloft it becomes second nature to ensure every client/account has high level touches going their way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Block off an hour of your day and get the right people added in. The impact is there if you do the work as the user

What do you like best about the product?
I love the cadences, they aid in my daily tasks and remind me to keep touch on my leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Every aspect of SL is very helpful for me

Keeping up with my cadences allows me to maintain touch on my leads-

What do you like best about the product?
My sales team really enjoys the ability to see the level of engagement in our email tracking. Cadences have enabled our sales teams to own their pipe and turn clients quicker. Texting has been a nice option as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish texting allowed us to enter in cadence steps or blast text messages rather than time-consuming one-off messages. Better analytic reporting on team cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving upper-funnel engagement issues by allowing all cross-functional sales teams access to market and nurture their pipe without engaging another external marketing team. Sales teams are also narrowing in on clients that are fully involved via engagement notifications.

Back end user limits could use more granulaity
