Efficient Outreach with Some Setup Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there's a demo library where we can tag specific demo recordings into a library for sales reps to go back and watch, making it super easy for new sales reps to learn how to demo the platform. The email sequence builder is one of the best against any of the industry competitors and it's super easy to use. I also appreciate the native integration to Salesforce, which was a key reason for our switch from Clari.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overall 'deal' in Salesloft could be improved. Sometimes you still have to rely on doing tasks in Salesforce. The view of the deal in Salesloft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft to automate sales outreach and deal management, saving time on manual tasks. The demo library helps new reps learn demos easily, and the email sequence builder outshines industry competitors.
Cadence and Coaching That Kept Me on Track as a New AE
What do you like best about the product?
Cadence System and the coaching features literally helped me so much in my early days when I started working as an AE. They helped me get the flow of calls and meetings, and the coaching feature made it easier to stay on track and improve as I went. The cadence also helped me not miss any opportunity and keep working in a flow state. Also, the live feed thing helped me keep track of my hot prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much that I disliked about Salesloft, apart from the fact that it sometimes bugs out on me during a call or when transferring from another dialer. There aren’t any pop-ups or anything—it just disconnects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my prospects and having a structured pipeline where I have full transparency into which prospect is at what stage really helps me clarify my vision for the week. its integration with SFDC is also a great thing which i like i can easily import my prospect from SFDC to my candance wtihout worrying about duplicate as it has a dupe dectect feature
Connect with Multiple Customers Seamlessly—While Keeping It Personal
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with multiple customers on one subject at a time while appearing to speak to each one individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes importing contacts can be tricky and I still have to fill in a lot of the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect with a large customer base on specific topics with one email cadence.
Better Interface, Strong AI, and Smoother Task Management

Far better interface, great AI capability, better task management

There is very poor integration with LinkedIn - we have sales nav but need advanced plus to make integrations work

Easy to Get Up to Speed—Great Fit for a Young Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
Of the tools in a similar space it is much easier to get up to speed with which is helpful when you have a sales team of younger staff

Being based in the UK getting support is challenging as their support staff seem to be based in the USA

We are trying ti build a repeatable and scalable revenue revenue and Salesloft allows us to track the data of pipe generation and deal progression
Super Easy Notes and Task Tracking—Even Better Than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, find my notes, and stay on top of my work. Even easier to keep track of things than in salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would like the ability to text photos. It would help a lot.

Ease of keeping continuity with customers. Easy to read quick notes.
Insightful Reporting That Helps Fine-Tune Messaging
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is insightful and easily allows you to make small adjustments to improve messaging by identifying trends, not just basic "open" or "click" details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data breach was concerning and added a pause to my recommendations until I was more confident in the security.

Managing and refining sales motions at scale, benefiting as a single window for outbound activity.
Organized Outreach with Easy Setup, Slightly Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of Salesloft. It's great that I am able to do one-off calls, and I really enjoy being able to upload a list of potential customers, which then automatically creates the sequence for me on when and the most ample times to call them. The training process was super easy, and after just two days, I was ready to use it independently, including setting up my own cadences and adding potential clients. I really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did notice sometimes the calls would be kind of choppy. It would just depend on where I was calling. The cost was prohibitive, which is why we had to go away from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me contact the right customers, make cold calls effectively, hit my daily KPI of 150 calls, stay organized, and manage email marketing without repeating calls.

It's organized and easy to use. The customer support is good as well, and it's easy to integrate.

It's doesn't have any advanced sales features and minimally uses AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesloft for sales engagement and automation, which helps me streamline our outreach, track interactions, and close deals faster. Salesloft solves our problem of manual sales outreach and follow-ups, saving us time and increasing our sales team's productivity. We've seen benefits like faster deal closure and improved sales rep efficiency. I love the cadence feature; it automates our outreach sequences and follow-ups, making our sales process way more efficient. The cadence feature allows us to automate personalized outreach sequences, enabling us to nurture leads more effectively and focus on high-value tasks, like closing deals. Salesloft's UI and cadence features were a better fit for our sales team's workflow compared to the previous tool we used. The initial setup was pretty smooth, and Salesloft's support team worked with us to get everything configured, getting us up and running in about a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd like to see improved is more advanced reporting customization options, sometimes it's tricky to get the exact data we need. It'd be great if Salesloft allowed more flexible data filtering and custom metric creation in their reports, so we can analyze performance exactly how we want.
