Simplifying the Sales Process - Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, the most important thing is the next call. No admin. No manual emails. Only the next decision maker. Salesloft is our guy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant call reviews (Star rating after each call) … Probably not necessary after each call.. am I right?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Production time is key. Salesloft takes away the unnecessary admin. Feels like I have a virtual PA.

Get onboard. It's the way of the future.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how it's super user friendly and very efficient. I like that I can make my dials, LinkedIn connections, as well as my emails all from a single dashboard. With everything all being in one place, my productivity has skyrocketed which increased the number of demos booked each month.
I love how you can easily build cadences, track activity and emails. Really easy to run A/B email tests to optimize for better open/response rates.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the SalesLoft email chrome extension overrides other chrome extensions.
It would be good if the conversation intelligence was more in-depth like other tools like gong/refract and make it easier to tag certain parts of a call for feedback and training.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has solved my problem of organization and being able to handle all SDR outreach in one place with it all being tracked and easy to see what works and what doesn't.

What do you dislike about the product?
- There could be a better standard view from a manager profile, dashboard is a bit irrelevant if you're not prospecting
- Rankings could be more customisable and other areas such as what constitutes a 'positive conversation'

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Integration to HubSpot was harder than anticipated
- Productivity has increased drastically. The volume of accounts we can now touch is much higher, allowing us to be more effective in our prospecting.

everything is in one system. it's connected to salesforce, I can do my calls here, send my mails etc

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm more efficient and I don't loose track on my leads. i save time because i don't have to log calls in different systems, I can also type in my notes directly in a call. that also makes life easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see my insights with clicks and opens. It's so easy to use! Also, the click to call feature and recording features are very useful. Our team uses the recordings for training. Texting through sales loft makes our lives so much easier. We used to all text using our personal cell phones and it was a much more manual process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little while to set up everything for our team because it's so robust. Once we got it set up we saw a big improvement in demos booked. I wish we could text internationally. I also wish there was some sort of social media integration. Sometimes it can be a tad glitchy. I also haven't been able to get the formatting of my signature to look perfect. It's not a big deal, but I wish editing emails was just like editing emails in Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to connect with prospects much faster. We're also able to see which cadences and emails work the best within our team. We've seen a big increase in demos booked since implementation. We've also seen a big increase in connected calls with prospects due to the local presence functionality. Our marketing team makes it easy for us by typing up our cadences for us. All we need to do is copy and paste the steps in to get started.

Use the texting feature! It's super helpful

being able to add emails manually and being able to customise the success button

being able to stream daily activities, notify me when prospects interact with our website, when and where they open their email

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy it is to use and efficiency. I like that I can make my calls, linkedin connections and choices, as well as my emails all from a single dashboard. Having the dashboard has saved me hours of time over the past few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's least helpful is not having time gates that we can program to prevent messages from sending at the wrong times. It's critical for our business to have control of this for the sake of our customers. I'd like to see more options like email gating. Also, the call dispositioning interface can be a bit clunky at times. I'd like to not take so many clicks to disposition and complete a call. Over all the calling is solid and more stable than other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving are decreasing time suckers like filling out Google sheets and manually dialing leads. It has allowed me to focus on fine tuning messaging as well as develop more personalized approaches to get responses from my perspective leads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at this as a tool for culture change in how you approach contacting and uncovering leads. The old way of doing things generally doesn't fit with the SalesLoft application. Spray and Pray is not the name of the game here. This is a tool for focused specific outreach. Other than that prepare to be wowed and relieved and the time it gives you back and the insights it will provide as you use it more and more over time.

Wonderful tool for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I love blending automation & personalization with this tool, which enables me to scale my & my team's efforts, while also making the content super relevant to my audience. I love when a hot lead pops up, and I can send a well-timed follow up or video to a key prospect. I also loving savings templates & snippets to help us standardize across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could globally hit pause on a cadence during key times, such as holidays or during times of the week where there is a lot of other noise. There are some workarounds to this, but a big phat button would really help us streamline things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some amazing benefits, especially when used in conjunction with other amazing sales tools. When this is integrated with tools for prospecting, lead scrubbing, browser client, and CRM, it's the perfect sales ecosystem.

Pretty much everything - Cadences & Snippets & Analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Nav/LinkedIn integration is a bit clunky. Would be good if you could see if you've already connected or tried connecting with the person. Same again for messaging. In it's current iteration it only really serves as a link directly to the person and I still do everything on LinkedIn rather than via the salesloft platform.

Outreach at scale. Personalisation at scale.
Creating cadences and executing them (ie. sending and calling) is a dream. Used to have to use Hubspot at a past company and it's really useless for BDs, couldn't stand it. Didn't realise how much easier my life could be before making the switch to Salesloft.
