Great platform, functionality and support
What do you like best about the product?
- Comprehensive knowledge base along with top-tier customer support team
- Extremely intuitive on the user end, better layout, features and integrations than other similar competing platforms
- Amazing employees that truly care about your success on the platform - and not just when it's time to add seats or renew

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes functionalities that seem like they should be built in to self serve require you to reach out to support team - one such example is larger-scale data exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a sales automation and cadencing platform - Salesloft drives rep productivity and really pays for itself. Really a no brainer to purchase and keep renewing year to year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It is worth the premium over going with other cheaper alternatives on the market.

I don’t like how the templates are always a different font and style than my default email

Faster outreach, tailored messaging , surfacing insights reviewing my demo talk tracks

You might be considering outreach but after using both Salesloft is the only one you should go with since it is not only best in class technology but best in class support

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform allows for all users to quickly and easily develop a cadence, track it's effectiveness, and reach prospects in an honest and meaningful way. Having the ability to insert videos, connect through LinkedIn, and customize all messaging is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Records of actions in SalesLoft show up as only completed tasks in SalesForce. There is no way to delineate if a completed task as a call or an email allowing a manager to track specific forms of activities. Additionally, there are some limitations on the search functions which can be sidestepped through the use of tags upon initial import.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: Reaching a large number of prospects within a short period of time with a tailored message of value and service.
Benefits realized: Tracking and understanding the messaging that honestly resonates and creates action from the prospects.

Utilize their knowledge base and open sessions. Attend their webinars. But most importantly, take their advice regarding customization of messaging.
SalesLoft is an amazing tool and helps me to keep on top of my work load, outreach and meetings.

The fact that you can't copy and past to templates or cadences

Saving time and more time to prospect- keeping on top of my cadences helps me qualify more leads .

Make strong use of the cadences and us the A/B testing functionality to stop your content from becoming stagnant

SalesLoft helps me organise my day and double my activity. I have generated more meetings in less time that I used to do. It's easy to use, easy to implement, and the SalesLoft team is just amazing, always available and sharing best practices every time they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I keep finding new functionalities to help me being efficient, like the Owler integration

Generating more pipeline and more money. Less admin work. Being more productive and efficient. Visibility on all the sales activities

Bulk email sending and tracking. Useful to create cadences - saves time and makes the process more efficient.

Apollo Chrome Extension is the only thing I miss after switching to SalesLoft. However, I understand Apolo was its own prospect sourcing tech

sheer volume of outreach increased, as well as working a lot smarter with the use of cadence reminders, integrations etc

One of the easiest ways to run email campaigns and track engagement. Easy to use workflow, good blend of browser and mobile experience. Significant time savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were individual plans for single user subscriptions.

Manually tracking email campaigns is a pain. SalesLoft makes it easy.
