I find salesloft an excellent tool to manage my sales cadences.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up and monitoring cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports do not allow the depth of view i would like

the user interface is very clear, making it easy to navigate around the page when working

not the biggest fan of the way that the cadences are set up for the user

New to salesloft so I don't like how you have to import someone before emailing them or contact them. But I understand why

Team and individual organization, I can track my progress/ know exactly what I need to work on and also my boss can easily know as well
Solid platform to use for outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
Templates for emails are useful. Also, cadences are easy to create and edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitches appear in emails - says will send to someone else or REs in the wrong email.

Easy to keep track of who I am in contact with. Work's very well with Lusha, Lead IQ, etc.

Skipping actions takes a bit of time to complete

My time-management has improved
Easy to use, the support team are awesome and we couldn't do our job without it.

UI is easy to use. Able to organise contacts and cadences easily.

Setting up numbers or users can take a while - needs to be more efficient.

SalesLoft allows me to perform all tasks in one place and reach more customers in an effective way!
What do you like best about the product?
The cadence email tool is probably what I like the best about SalesLoft. It is a set of emails scheduled to go out at intervals. The first email will go out immediately and then the next email 5 days later, etc. It is a gentle nudge to the customer with velvet gloves on forcing them to respond. The feature I really love is how when a customer books an appointment with me, it automatically sends them a Zoom invite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more organization as it pertains to the people that I loft. It would be great if there was an easier way to group them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can reach more customers and prospects faster. After using SalesLoft, I have seen a 60% increase in scheduled Zoom appointments.
