Have enjoyed using SalesLoft for almost a year
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an efficiency addict, so I enjoy the ease of use & ability to quickly locate my leads, contact information, follow-ups, referrals, history, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent changes made (which, truth be told, have slowed me down somewhat).
I previously was able to view everything I needed in one view & had all fields available, without having to scan over to the right to find the columns I use. Info which was once in a single column on far left, is now in separate columns!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm fiercely organized, so any tool that can contribute to my working 100mph & keeping everything organized & easy to access, locate, update, etc...is awesome! Salesloft does that for me & I've been using it for almost a year now.
Number One Sales Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
You can have an excellent follow up process. Yon can monitor the leads punctually since the cadence allows you to see the status of each client. Also, its link with Salesforce allows you to save many steps and know the status of the client.
Also, to be able to edit the cadence steps helps a lot to sort out the leads. It helps to make the process longer or shorter depending on where the lead comes from. Also, my favorite function is that we created a special cadence for the numbers that do not work, then an automated Mail is sent to them and you no longer have to worry about having these people on your to-do list if it is not possible to call them.
I love that you can call over WiFi using their dialer. There are so many calls a day that it becomes very tedious to be dialing from your cell phone and with the dialer that SalesLoft provides, the process becomes way easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I have no complaints with this software, the truth is that it has been very easy to use and very practical for the sales process. The only thing that I could change is that when someone schedules a meeting on another specific day, the call should automatically move to that day because honestly there are so many calls that it has happened to me that I don't notice the meeting booked and I call a client who scheduled the meeting in three days and that bothers the client.
Possibly to fix this issue I would put the sign to schedule a meeting in another color since it is blue and gets lost easily on the screen

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem The biggest problem I have solved with SalesLoft is that a customer asks me to dial another day and that I can move the call specifically for that day. That way I don't lose follow-up with the client
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best tools for sales that I have used, I would highly recommend it and more if they already have a CRM. I would advise them to consult with the SalesLoft team to see if this product can be used in their organization.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a great tool for our small (30 rep) sales teams. We are split into inside and field teams and SalesLoft allows us to create different workflows for each. The cadence features are a great way for our reps to manage their ever-growing account list while also providing the opportunity to personalize any message, whether that be by email or via LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
We seem to always be reaching out to their support team (who is amazing), but there is always something that isn't right - whether that is reps emails getting disconnected from the system, email sending failures, or dialer issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft makes managing massive account lists simple. Our reps are handling hundreds of accounts at a time and need to keep up with each. The platform allows reps to stay top of mind with each. The Conversation Intelligence is also a great tool for reviewing with reps after the fact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Connect with your CSM after initial implementation - they are great!! They can help you with additional workflows and ideas that you would have never thought of.
Ease of use!
What do you like best about the product?
Able to integrate with Gmail to loft emails. Being able to call, log, and book a meeting directly from Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who is new to Salesloft, I dislike how there are no premade or sample templates that you could add to your cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying opportunities and seamlessly calling to book meetings.
Very helpful sales enablement tool - for tracking contact points, deals & more
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and the SF integration is fast and thorough. I use it more than SF to track deals and make updates. I also like the "Notes" feature--I can put in a few bullets to remind myself or inform others of high level info about an account/contact/deal. It's also great for setting up Cadences. We use another tool for recording conversations so I can't evaluate that feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't "cc" someone in an email. Also, once someone is marked "Do Not Contact" or altered in some way, it doesn't seem to synch with SF if there is a change there so I have some duplication of account and contact records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cadences, contacts and deals. I am able to manage a much larger number of pipeline deals and prospect outreach efforts than I could in SF alone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very easy to use but get trained anyway.

The UX is well thought out and designed. Searching for prospects is a breeze, I can search by first name and company, first name and last name, etc. without having to change any settings.
For the amount of data it holds, the UI is also incredibly snappy. I am never stuck waiting for a prospect or cadence to load.
I'm able to easily keep cadences organized, and I can see key previous connections and history with individual prospects. Key insights like whether or not a prospect has replied to an email, if they've answered a phone call, etc. are readily available when seeing a snapshot of the prospect.

What do you dislike about the product?
The service runs into hiccups every once in a while, usually a slowdown on the server side. I also have had trouble connecting to the Salesloft dialing system when I'm not close to a major city. Audio recordings have weird formatting (left and right ear).

With a product that appeals to a large number of potential customers, Salesloft has made it much easier to keep my thousands of leads and prospects organized, as well as track all previous communication with them.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy usage of the platform, is understandable and very helpful for me. Also I like how it could be connected with other CRMs and also the tips and webinars you guys always share by email, they have a lot of amazing information and help me to my sales role. I love the way the platform is organized, the icons are super easy to remind and all the features are amazing, for example,my company is about measurment of social media, so we really understand how much value this has, all the metrics and analysis of the evectivness of the emails and calls are just the way you can know how everything is going, if is something good or you can improve something else. There is another thing I love, how I can visualize my teams cadences, I think this is one of my favorite features because I can learn about the best practices of my coworkers. The templates also help me to be quicker with my cadencces because I can duplicate the same effort more than once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform of Saleslof, sometimes has some bugs with the connection with sales force, specially with connecting some reports with information of the contacts, I do not know if is from the Sales force side but I have some issues with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to safe time into the native way of sending emails and track all the process od the callings and emailing strategies we are having at the same time with different companies and leads.

I always recommend the platform of Salesloft, I think is a tool everyone needs just for saving them a lot of time and meassurment of their efforts

What do you like best about the product?
The way Sales loft understands your pipline management is impeccable. It keeps you updated with your pipeline hygiene. The tool records all of your activities and reminds you about about upcoming tasks and reflects the status of your conversation with prospects.

The dislike can be that it can be more user friendly and could give you more control in terms cadence running process

It helps me keep up to date about my prospects activity towards my email marketing which is really helpful. Also it makes my daily workflow very smooth.

Make this tool part of your daily workflow and try to use this smart tool as much as you can to work more efficiently.This tool puts you ahead of the curve whenever it comes to client engagement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can better prioritize leads that are engaging emails with activity tracking while solving for which marketing outreaches work and don’t work from the cadence success rates.
