Great tool for easing the work involved in mass prospecting and frequent contact with clients

What do you like best about the product?
Combatibility and syncing with mail and calendar, as well as with Salesforce.
Calendar availability option for contacts to book a meeting themselves, and the chance to modify duration of meetings according to the need.
The convenience of being able to use almost all features within my work mail (Gmail) page and not having to always open the Salesloft page itself. Cadences and snippets are great for saving time and still give it a personal touch with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced a few compatibility issues with Salesforce regarding meetings not registered if sent by clients, which put me off for a bit during the learning curve period.
Email tracking could be further improved if forwarded emails didn't appear as seen by the original person it was sent to.
Would be great to know which are the fields that need to be filled when editing details for a contact to be synced with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass emails have never been made easier via cadences, I managed to tidy up a list of ~200 contacts under a same account by identifying hot leads and removing contacts out of date.
Automatic lofting of emails is super helpful to keep good track of opportunities, same with calendar events
Snippets are excellent for saving tmie on automated/frequently used sentences
Very good feedback from contacts regarding the calendar availability option, as it saves a lot of back and forth when trying to find common spaces in the agenda.

What do you like best about the product?
-It's intuitive
-Love how you get alerted when prospects engage with your outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
-the integration with Salesforce could use some work, specifically, the "call" and "loft it" buttons occasionally don't work and you have to go back to manual inputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Everything is logged for you so you know which prospect you've hit and which ones you haven't
-the sales rep gets insight into which prospect is the most engaged with your outreach, which makes it easier to prioritize who to target.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the best compliment to Salesforce or other CRM's. It helps organize the entire sales process with calls, texts, emails, and reminders. I use multiple cadences to work my leads. I can't imagine doing sales without a tool like Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of Salesloft are HUGE! It will save you so much time and energy by automating and organizing your sales process. I love the dialer and can hammer out hundreds of calls in just a few hours.

I wish SL was able to notify me why leads have imported into the platform from Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility Salesloft provides with integrating with other tools I have to use for my role as a BDR, and the ability to pass my phone calls through to my cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing besides the occasional system outage or I have to sign out and sign back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I can think of or actually run across besides the occasional outage and etc.

Salesloft single-handedly makes my working & teaching a whole lot easier

What do you like best about the product?
One-click access to Salesforce. I'm able to press "loft it" and write up/pick a template. Or, "call" where it automatically populates a local number to call a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things: A) Picking an email template from Salesforce changed, now I have to have a separate pop up screen to select a template - it used to be all on one. B) Using Salesloft to dial on Salesforce if the number isn't exactly correct it won't work. For example, when a # on Salesforce has an extension I can't just delete the extension in the dialer - when I try the call fails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed - Salesforce can be both clunky and informative, for my role specifically Salesloft shows me exactly what I need in a fraction of the time.

Organization - my emails, cadences, reports are very easily accessible.

Linkedin contacts - I find Salesloft extremely helpful for matching prospects to Linkedin. MUCH better than Salesforce. (I'm surprised at how different they are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used both Outreach and Yesware, when Salesloft is integrated correctly with your CRM & email it is by far the most useful and easy to use. If you have the time & resources to properly implement and train your team you'll be putting them in a much better position to succeed.

I've always found the #1 reason for growth with a rep is access and visibility amongst the team. Salesloft makes that possible with 1 click. You may find a similar tool elsewhere but you won't find a better one.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and super effective! It is great to keep track of all outbound activities within the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I can't select multiple contacts at once to skip a specific step in a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing outbound in a more organised and effective manner through different channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences even you could create your own cadences so that's the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be alerts for reminders at the given date and time a window should pop up saying this activity has to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, helps me do all the tasks, reaching out to prospects in a more professional way.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's interface is super clean and easy to use. It has so many cool features that make doing my job easier and more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say, the product is great and nothing comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My outbound prospecting is wayyyy more efficient it automates most of the process so I can just focus on getting in touch with my prospects. The benefits are loads of time saved, and more meetings booked.

Salesloft is the easiest to use and most effective Sales Engagement platform out there.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the cadences are to do and how you can get through them quickly. It makes it really easy when I get notifications on who has opened my emails and how many times. I feel like I get a competitive edge by seeing what was beenficial. the cadences make my life so much easier. I spend way less time making more calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have to add to the cadence when something has a bad number, that I have to mark it as a bad phone. It is hard to navigate sometimes and feels like it isn't as intuitive as I would like it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really good to get. a lot of emails out and get notifications on who has been interested. This gives me. a chance to focus on the people that are most interested. I have all sorts of people on all different levels of the pipeline that I want to work with. I need to know where I should put my time and energy. At the end of the day, there is not enough time to do everything that I need to do and still track it. The problem is solved by showing exactly who I should be focusing on and why.
