What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation and the integrations with SFDC, Gmail, Linkedin
What do you dislike about the product?
That the Linkedin Features of sending a message or a connection are manual and not automated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple, automated, measurable, customized touch across my clients and prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard, team cadences, droppable voicemails, and the task creation functionality. Overall it's a great productivity tool for me as a BDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things that could be better, like making sure all relevant information about a prospect is visible and central on a person page. For example, time zone should be right up there next to their name, and sometimes the full length of the title is obscured. I also think you should be able to pre-record voicemails by cadence rather than having to go settings>calls>voicemails. This way you don't have to scroll through all your VMs to find the one you're using today. Things like that are just tiny tweaks that would save me time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to crunch through large volumes of outreach every day, and I like that everyone on my team can collaborate on cadences. The templates could be great but I have found them a little buggy.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows my team to stay focused and disciplined, with a one-screen view of their tasks, prospects, and activities. It allows me to guide and coach without interrupting their day too much and keeping an eye on the activities and metrics that matter. We have been using SalesLoft for over six months, and the results are evident to my leadership and our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see all notes that are put in SalesLoft to then transfer to Salesforce these keeps everyone on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows us to divide and conquer while not "bumping" into each other in accounts. It allows me to customize better the messaging and the type of cadence I want to see followed, and it helps me to keep track of what accounts, events, and personas are getting attention. We are also able to see what messaging is working or not working.

The fact that this survey is taking forever, and you dare to make me correct my verbiage choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy minimizing the back and forth between touches, and having it all housed in one spot is convenient.

The best Sales Engagement Platform for SDRs

What do you like best about the product?
Love the way that I can organize my day via the dashboard and know where I need to focus my day. It helps me to be productive and use my 3 main channels to prospect: LinkedIn, email, and phone.

I can see key previous connections and history with individual prospects.

I can listen to my calls to know what I did well or did wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
5 things:
- That I can't have my own rules for "hot leads" or having another view to filter my top prospects
- That you can't move people to different cadences based on certain activities.
- Can't make a way to make lists off of contacts who are in-cadence. Can't make a list of everyone who has opened in this cadence (not opens from 2019) and make a dial list.
- That I don't have recommendations on why open rates might be dropping off between emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm more focused on my prospecting tasks so at the end of the month I book more meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
After evaluating several suppliers we decided to go with Salesloft, for as much as it can become difficult to compare similar tools at a later stage, it becomes evident that the significant differential between Salesloft and others was the teams behind it, more than the tool itself. Their sales team has always listened and respected when we asked for time, their implementation coordinator was always super supportive and very responsive throughout the whole journey, our customer success manager is genuinely interested in having us succeed using this platform, really attentive and understanding of our pain points. Overall what makes Salesloft great is definitely the amazing people behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing at this point I can say we dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows perfect tracking of leads by putting them into cadences. Activities are correctly labeled so easy to track an email activity from a reply activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Click to call as well as cadence. Ease of use is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Wish it had a text feature. That would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving customer experience and online reputation challenges. Having the ability to customize messaging, reach out to prospects at a faster level.

What do you like best about the product?
Emails can be automated, but Outreach can do that too.
What do you dislike about the product?
User experience is horrific. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. You can't customize all steps in a cadence when you add a prospect like you can in Outreach. The call bridge to your phone disconnects after every call. Task set up is so wonky that you can't complete all of your tasks at once. Anytime you open a set of tasks from a certain step in a cadence 2-3 boxes pop up that you have to click out of to start the next set of tasks.

So many things to hate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem solved is being able to create a cadence and have emails automatically sent out, but you can't change anything once they are in a cadence unless you make every email manual. Other than that, there are no benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pick Outreach instead.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to schedule cadences for prospecting, analytics on the back-end to ensure proper user adoption, and the deals dashboard is great for identifying gaps and keeping the team's forecast current.
What do you dislike about the product?
wish there was more user training as some of the training sessions seemed rushed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
giving my AE's a more efficient method for prospecting and keeping everything current is our instance of salesforce. The efficiencies gained are huge and the ability to customize email templates on the fly per prospect is a nice touch.
