Salesloft is very useful for keeping up with the cadence and keeping tracking of everything

  • April 27, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very useful for keeping up with the cadence and keeping track of everything

- Able to send customized emails
- Make calls on specific days when needed
- We have many clients in different campaigns and industry so this software helps us keep it streamlined and easy to track
- It is integrated with SalesForce
- We are a call center, so call quality is essential. Salesloft gives us excellent quality
- In depth tracking of all agents. There's nothing in the software that anyone won't be able to see. This is useful for managers
What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes, it is a little bit laggy, and the customizable isn't broad enough. But that is just me nitpicking
- Need to make the email templates prettier sometimes and needs more customizing. I would actually prefer gmail over sales loft emailing
- It doesn't update in real-time sometimes. Ex- I'm not able to see if clients don't open a specific email
- Inbound call doesnt appear on the web browser itself so sometimes, it s alittle diffcult to keep track
-
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We have many clients in different campaigns and industry so this software helps us keep it streamlined and easy to track
- We sent so many emails, so it removes the manual labor of creating them. The cadence tracking and creating removes many headaches in our work process
- Call quality is superb. Clients can hear us clearly and can call overseas and internationally
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Salesforce as well to have a more in depth CRM

Business Development Command Center

What do you like best about the product?
For some background, I've been in different sales positions for the last 5+, all with a decent level of outbound. Anywhere between 100-200/week depending on my schedule. I've never used a sales engagement platform like Salesloft or Outreach. This tool will help you save time on outbound prospecting, learn from past engagement, and stay on top of your "hot leads."

- #1 this will increase your ability to hit outbound metrics consistently and intelligently. If you aren't using a platform like Salesloft or Outreach and maybe having some trouble hitting outbound metrics or want more out of your engagement, absolutely 100% worth the investment vs. DIY outlook & dialing. I'm now consistently hitting 250+ a week: call, email, linkedIn

- highly intuitive and very short learning curve. fantastic knowledge base and SalesLoftU to help you get started or if you ever get stuck

- the home page is your daily biz dev command center that highlights cadence next steps, outbound engagement, hot leads, and to-do's/tasks

- organize templates, cadences, contacts with tag feature...huge time-saver

- ability to share templates and cadences with other team members

- Highly customizable and easy to digest analytics dashboard that gives you insight on what's working, what isn't, and how to adjust strategy. Template analytics are a fantastic tool. increase open rates, increase click rates, increase reply rates etc. etc.

- ability to dial right through the platform

- you can edit cadences after creating them...viewed a competitor demo and you cannot edit after a cadence goes live. I edit and adjust my cadences after they go live all the time so that was a deal-breaker

- ability to copy everything...cadences, templates, etc. again, huge time saver.

- importing contacts from Salesforce is super easy and can be dropped right into a cadence
What do you dislike about the product?
- some minor salesforce integration functionality and it honestly could be user error. I've only been using the tool for 8 months and am still learning some new workflow tips/tricks every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- higher level of intelligent outbound
- highly organized outbound strategy and drip campaigns
- analytics to learn best practices, adjust strategy, and increase win rate

SalesLoft Making Lives Easier

  • April 27, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, Literally It's my Coach in my everyday routine, Telling me what to do and how to do it. I only have to click what it says and my job gets done.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Personally using Salesloft for over four months, I couldn't find anything that i could dislike apart from sometimes internet issues which are generally due to my Wifi. But I have taken care of that by adding a Fiber Service for me, and now it works wonders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to lose out on many leads due to not getting in touch regularly. With the help of Salesloft, now I can keep continuous communication and don't have to remember anything or maintain any personal notes. everything can be handled with SalesLoft itself
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say it's a must-go for your organization. Even if I set up any of my setups, I would love to go ahead with Salesloft being used in my business because you can use this for literally any company you are in.

Salesloft has been a great tool for my daily activities at my workplace!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the features Salesloft provides such as the stats for open emails, calls, and the Sales Navigator section. I also like how adding cadences to each prospect is extremely simplified. I mainly use Salesloft's task box over other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we cannot edit the filters and columns under "People".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The different touchpoints I am able to reach with different clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure the software is tailored to your industry to automate your workflow.

SalesLoft is great

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has increased the amount of meetings I get scheduled and how it also holds me accountable for following up with everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how when you click on someone's name in the list of tasks that are due, it takes you off the cadence page and to that person's page. It would be easier if it stayed on the cadence page so I could just go down the list and call people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has taken away the back and forth between emails to get a meeting scheduled (by sending them my calendar link).

Great Concept, lacking commitment to a refined solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of third party services is simplified, token based, and integrates well into their analytics system. This includes Outlook, Vidyard, leadIQ, Zoom, or Calendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The infrastructure in general is quite rigid, its difficult to truly difficult to create an individual cadence and copy that to a team cadence, then move it back. There is also very little configuration on A/B testing for multiple flow cadence. meaning customer responded > if / than statement > a vs b cadence, its not flexible to switch between these well / efficiently as it was described/ sold to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting email/ call metrics more easily, once we were able to integrate our phone and email clients being able to load up a list of customer call plans was simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly consider the support requirements you believe you will require before you start. We thought this would be a clear an easy solution to implement. They lacked direct knowledge of GDPR, the lacked availability to support structure consultation, they lacked PM support to take feedback. I would strongly consider another solution if this is a complex project you are developing.

Takes the pain out of prospecting

  • April 26, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love having an overview of who I need to contact and when. It is effortless to set up multi-channel and multi-step cadences. You can make templates of favorite emails and easily load them into cadences. It makes my job of prospecting so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I update an email address and save it on the contact it will revert back to the previous email address. Also, with the LeadIQ integration, it is possible to load contacts into cadences who may also be active on another cadence and there is no alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft automates my prospecting issues. There is no more guesswork when I need to contact people or what content to send them when. This product saves me hours on a weekly basis.

One of the Best Outreach Tools Out There

  • April 23, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy and intuitive UI.
2. Personal and team cadences, templates, snippets.
3. Very good value add with Owler competition info.
4. Good deep integration with Sales Navigator from LinkedIn.
5. Reporting in Salesforce.
6. Time zone features and ability to maneuver within cadences by skipping steps, adding prospects to certain specific steps, etc.
7. Support is great, although can still be faster (as in any other firm in this business).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there is something I exactly dislike, rather I have some suggestions to improve. I will say though figuring out how to pause a cadence versus removing and moving prospects around can be better in some instances. The most minor but fun thing to improve upon is adding some additional colors to make it look more compelling inside the app. Although simplicity is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development is the primary use case for my work. I perform outreach daily (specifically, by email and LinkedIn). I utilize various cadences, templates, snippets, LinkedIn research, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you discuss all your needs prior to the purchase with their consultant. There may be minor features that can be important to you and will require custom creation. That is to say, not everything potentially may be part of the standard version. For example, deeper Salesforce to SalesLoft import requires a custom button. Meaning, the usual import is great, but if you want to have a selective button, you will have to set this with their team. They are great though and will help.

So easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
We have Salesloft linked up to Salesforce in our organization. This is the best software for making/logging calls, sending emails, and keeping notes that I have ever used. I love that it sends all of the information back to salesforce as well, making it, so they work perfectly in tandem. I love the email feature and that I get notified as soon as they open my message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, a call will drop out for no apparent reason. This is a minor thing but does happen every once in a while. (Maybe once every 150 calls for me).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows us to house all of our call logs, emails, and notes in the same place, making it easy to continue conversations with our prospects.

SalesLoft is the leading sales engagement tool on the market

  • April 21, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft offers a logical, highly customizable UI for designing scalable prospecting campaigns. I love the new multi-touch step that allows you to incorporate multiple channels into a single action step.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX gets a bit wonky when you need to remove people from a cadence, or if you mark a step a success, it doesn't always omit them from the next automated step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SL helps me scale my outreach and provides a structure for keeping large prospecting campaigns organized. It also allows you to automate some of the more mundane/rote steps of your outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better than anything else on the market as of 2021
