a complete sales solution

What do you like best about the product?
i like the best the seamless integration with salesforce, the intuitive menus and interface. it is easy to setup the platform to be ready to go live with cadences. also the A/B test (variant) setting is immediate and easy to monitor to manage ownership of cadences and create effective mailing templates. the set of dynamic fields is complete and useful to build effective templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pretty happy of the overall functioning of the platform, except for very small defects. for example, sometimes the people section inside Cadences may result a bit unclear, for example the icons showing why a contact is not added to cadences are not very clear. sometimes the setting of advanced / html signature does not properly work, meaning that even when insert it and save preferences, the dialog box signals that preferences are saved, they are actually not saved. Finally, I would like to see in the future the possibility to edit lead details on salesloft, with changes saved on salesforce as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft means a seamless integration with salesforce and a complete set of mailing campaign tools. it is easy to import leads from salesforce and the fact that the statuses on salesforce are updated automatically is amazing. The main benefit is the easy and quick method to build a new mail cadence and the performance monitoring of the variants.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you need a complete solution for managing email campaigns and a seamless integration with salesforce, salesloft is the marketing automation tool that is good for you. it is also great to monitor calls and performances of your sales development team

What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to use this software in terms of cadences, phone calls, and reminders. I will recommend this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is perfect with this wonderful software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that everything is much easier compared to other software I have used.

I recommend that you should use this fantastic software as soon as possible.

Useful platform to simplify my daily work

What do you like best about the product?
The way i can send massive emails and the cadences reminders that let me know what to do or how to distribute my day
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit of 500 emails per day, I feel, is not enough for some types of marketing events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upload files because sometimes i have to delete columns or change the file format.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the cadencing tool gives me enough time to properly research and care about my prospects rather than banging out emails because I have so much admin work to do

Minor inconveniences around the Sales Navigator integration

Scheduling my cadence, planning the customer journey, understanding my customers, A/B testing my approach - there's a LOT of benefits

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has very reliable and excellent customer support. While working with SalesLoft, they will make sure that everything is good on your end, plus it is pretty easy to understand everything on their system. I have been using SalesLoft for several months now, and I only had one issue, but everything is resolve because they were able to cater and guide me throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with SalesLoft for several months now, I honestly don't have any problems at all. It has been good and pretty easy working with them, especially with the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has solved my problems regarding the calls. They were able to make me realize what I need to do. Again, their excellent support with their customer is the best. Now everything on my end is relatively easy. I don't have any problems or issues to resolve at all. If there would be any future issues I know that it will not be that difficult because their staff is very reliable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is an excellent help to get your client or lead. You will not have a problem with your calls for it is fast and reliable.

Quick, easy, & streamlined sales experience

What do you like best about the product?
The contact tracking history + recorded VMs keep me organized and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
The click/open tracking feature, while very helpful, can be glitchy and inaccurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for me to monitor what emails/campaign strategies are effective by seeing the metrics consolidated in one place. I also save a lot of time by not having to manually dial each call and can simply just hit a button, record my notes, and move on to the next call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using SalesLoft if you want to boost your efficiency & call/email quality by being able to track the success and weakness of outbound campaigns.

Good tool for bulk emails and barging a call

What do you like best about the product?
Concept of a framework in a cadence, which is defined at the beginning helping us plan and execute well
What do you dislike about the product?
Call clarity is poor and can be improved

Bulk emailing, increasing the brand awareness of a company.

Adequate platform with bad support

What do you like best about the product?
Standard email automation software for sales. Does the job when it comes to automating cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not useful, it is difficult to share cadences, the interface is not intuitive for new admins, requires way too much training. Mostly we had a bad experience with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BDR productivity, we have not realized the benefits with it and are struggling with Salesloft to terminate our account.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the automatic voicemail drop-in. Although voicemails can be tedious, the automatic drop-in saves me so much time! Another favorite piece of SalesLoft is the ability to see who has opened and clicked on my email. The ability to see how many times my email has been open is very interesting as well to understand if my messaging is gaining traction in the accounts I'm outreaching to! I also enjoy the LinkedIn Sales Navigator extension that helps me match my prospects to Linked in and the cadences I'm running. Finally, the 'task' reminders are very helpful when it comes to following up on my promises with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my mic will drop or disconnect from the dialer. Although Salesloft has been very helpful to automate many emails, voicemails, and calls, I sometimes experience my calls or emails not logging correctly to my CRM. I am not sure why that is but it can cost me 'activity' KPI's that I get paid for. I also do not enjoy that Salesloft will sometimes not work with 'ok' wifi. Sometimes when I work from home, I don't have the ability to automate some processes on the platform because it cannot handle wifi that isn't 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see which emails work with 'A/B Testing' with subject lines! Once I can determine which emails are working, I can always be improving my prospecting! Other problems I'm solving are seeing who's engaged and whos not. The chance to see who is opening my emails allows me to see a pattern for me to potentially add more 'click' links in their. Although open rates are great, I want to see more clicks and messages back. I believe the best way to get messages back are with the clicks. Finally, I love to see if the person has been on someone elses cadence within my organization because I simply do not want to contact people too often, and then they lose interest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think SalesLoft is a wonderful Sales Engagement platform that can create various ways to get in contact with prospects. From LinkedIn Integration to Zoom Info integration, and other sales platforms, Salesloft provides any sales team to succeed. To see how messaging is resonating with prospects has been great. The traction within accounts all starts with seeing how my activity has been engaging. Call recordings have been great for me to listen to myself and coach others in how to handle objections and needs improvement. I think the platform is great for any sales managers as well to see how the teams' activity is, as well as the quality of what the outreach looks like.
