Salesloft is the one stop shop for all prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the many different ways that you can utilize Salesloft. From email, to cold call, to organizing your social outreach...Salesloft does it all. In addition to doing it for you, the Salesloft reminders can make sure that your on top of every task that you need to make sure you execute on daily! I love this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Salesloft is the intuitive nature. of the platform. There are some aspects that are not the most intuitive - placement of buttons and broader usability. This does not take away from the fact that this tool is extremely powerful and enormously important for reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking email opens, I am tracking the success of cadences, tracking the success of cold call scripts, tracking the success of my daily tasks in general. I have been able to prioritize the tasks that lead to the greatest success.
A+ sales prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft sets you up for success in outbound prospecting. It's so easy to stay organized with cadences. I can set up emails to be sent automatically and A/B test different messaging and subject lines in minutes. Integrations with ZoomInfo and Sales Nav save a lot of time. Easy to set up task reminders so you don't forget to follow up with important prospects. Dialer works great. I've never had any issues with call quality. Easy to drop pre-recorded voicemails. Reporting gives you the ability to see what time of day is best for call connect rates. The UI is very inuitive - anyone can quickly jump in and understand how to use the tool. The dashboard/home page gives me a great overview of my tasks for the day and I can quickly jump into calls, emails, LinkedIn tasks, etc. SalesLoft will notify you in real-time when a prospect opens, clicks on, or replies to your email. Overall, SalesLoft helps a ton with time management and organization and makes my day-to-day prospecting efforts extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. SalesLoft is a 10/10 in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has solved a lot of problems and has provided huge benefits for me as a BDR/SDR. I have more time to focus on important tasks by being able to automate follow up emails, figuring out what email templates work and what don't by easily setting up A/B tests, and being able to see accurate account history for follow up purposes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't know what I would do without SalesLoft Nothing has been more helpful in my day-to-day prospecting efforts. Especially if you have a growing sales team with potential customers in every industry, it's easy to get overwhelmed without a tool like this to stay organized.

I like how I can make calls and email; without a lot of effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how it doesn’t communicate with my salesforce correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of template emails and creating my own. I have realized I can save all my templates of emails I have sent out.
Great Organizational Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SalesLoft allows you to build things out how you want them. I also like how SalesLoft can integrate with many other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting could a little more detailed. For example, I would like to pull a report with the number of times people have opened your email for each cadence.

I like that everything that I need to get done each day is simply laid out and easy to navigate.

Sometimes it can be difficult to search and develop really targeted lists for cadences.

I am able to make tons of calls as an SDR and have most of the information I need on my prospects all in one place. I can work quickly, but effectively.
