Easy use BD platform for businesses of any size
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the platform in terms of efficiency. The portal is straightforward and allows for BDs and Sales Associates to manage a ton of information at their fingertips. The system includes quick use of mass emailing and a streamlined calling service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few nuanced pieces that I do not like, but that may be specific to my role and not the actual functionality. Moving people through the cadences is often tricky when you want to change or add emails in the Cadences. Another dislike is the inability to have an "internal team" structure inside our firms' access. A solution would be to have teammate access, so external sales members can use internal associates to manage multiple dashboards without sharing passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to financial advisors with mass emailing and mass calling daily. I have realized the benefit of having a SalesForce integration to track calls and emails for all records.

It automatically removes bad email, I can schedule sending .. everything
What do you dislike about the product?
Your tech support is not responsive. It will take them more than 48 hrs to respond and worse no response at all.

What problems are you solving with SalesLoft? Email blast. Benefits - automation: fast and convenient.

Email options are just great. I can email hundreds of clients with a single click saves a hell lot of time. Thanks, SL

There is nothing much to dislike really. Everything is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mailing so many clients without any hassle it's just awesome and I'm completing my tasks in time saving a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup, simple connection to CRM systems, and a great interface! The home page is a great way to organize your day and manage cadences. Beyond that, the training offered by SalesLoft and free cadence templates can help ramp you up quickly. The call recording is also an incredible way to coach calls and collect information without needed to quickly jot down notes by reviewing the recording later!
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited CRM's you are able to connect to such as Pipedrive. Currently, we have to go to a 3rd party vendor (PieSYnc) to allow our CRM and Sales Loft to interact. This has minimal flexibility and does not allow you to log calls to the CRM. Also, we are unable to have a unified dashboard.
I've also heard some other Sales Engagment Platforms allow you to skip a step based on out of office replies. This would be a nice additional feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Rep having limited time to do outbound work can be maximized by using the tool to increase the number of touches and dials a Sales rep can do within an hour. Typical reps often complain they have to manage deals and can't afford the time to do outbound.
Reliable and useful tool for tracking customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly enjoy the user interface - how simple it is to navigate and how cleanly presented all the data/information is.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this is not a particular issue with the tool itself, I don't feel that I get the best use of the features and functionality because of my role. I am in Customer Success, which has some overlap into Sales, but my responsibilities do not require as much use of SalesLoft as those of my sales team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SalesLoft mainly to track the actions taken on emails that I send to my customers. I am reaching out - in many instances for the first time - to executive-level customers, and I am continually trying to understand what they are doing with my emails (or rather, not doing!). When I can see data such as the fact that someone has yet to open an email ten days after it's sent, I may choose a different tactic, such as a LinkedIn request.
SalesLoft makes prospecting a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
When I get in at the start of the day, I already know exactly how many people to call and when to call them. As long as I stay on top of adding a reasonable number of new leads to cadences each day, I can rest assured that I don't have to click through and open multiple tabs or work out what to do each day. The SalesLoft extension is my go-to space when I want to prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find something I dislike about SalesLoft. It's helped streamline my workflow massively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps me prospect in an organised and efficient manner. Previously my prospecting was somewhat haphazard and involved opening lots of browser tabs and clicking through multiple links before making each call. SalesLoft saves me a lot of time, enabling me to call more prospects every day.

If prospecting is part of your job, use SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization features, the automated workflows and tagging, as well as the tracking and reporting templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't love is it isn't easy to see subject line performance comparison after the first email with A or B subject line- but follow up emails are hard to determine the winner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales enablement, automated cadences, lead generation and nurturing. We have saved 10+ hours a week and have had access to insights that we weren't able to get from our other platform.

The sales and onboarding process has been incredibly painless and the support team is great to work with! I love the tool and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The most advantageous feature is the ability to scale email communication through automation. It saves reps time and decision-making on what the messaging should be for the next step in their outbound sales process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automating reporting would be a huge advantage to help hold managers accountable for viewing reports and acting on their insights. Additionally, being able to create and update opportunities within the Salesloft platform rather than switching back to Salesforce would help save time and keep everything in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving efficiency and campaign execution issues with Salesloft. Cadences hold reps accountable to following through on their outbound action.
Best tool to tackle 10 or 1000 prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, the email trackers, templates, analytics of each step on reply rate/open rate/click rate. Analytics of our volume of calls and emails each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
inability to prioritize by time zones. inability to have prospects removed from cadence if I logged "disqualified" or "nurtured"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting to leads en masse effectively has been solved. Benefits is organization for my prospecting and recordings/analytics of my interactions.
