Productivity through the roof

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use dynamic fields to personalize emails, even automated emails, is a huge productivity booster.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I've noticed dynamic fields in subject lines will not populate correctly, which makes the emails look like spam - thankfully, that has only happened twice. Also, the 1000 email per day limit isn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There has been a significant increase in my overall outreach, given the ability to send quick, personalized follow-up on many inbound leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Proper follow-up with prospects and tracking of communication with prospects. It provides competition information.

Incredible Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automatic cadences function of Salesloft which allows me to automate my emails to my prospects. This function really saves a lot of time for me and allows me to scale my campaigns.Personally, I was using other sales automation tool in my previous role before, so I was really looking forward to using a similar tool in my current role. Thankfully, my manager decided to invest in SalesLoft and the sales automation tool is really a timesaver during my prospecting process. I really think it is solid in helping me to scale up my email campaigns to allow me to get responses from prospects that I am looking to secure a meeting with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the interface such as the timing of the campaigns that I am running, I have used other similar tools like Sendbloom which has a more user friendly interface for timing my campaigns. Sendbloom has a much more user-friendly user interlace, it is much simpler and easy to navigate, so I think SalesLoft should take some cues from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of prospects not replying to my cold outreaches. I realized that by sending multiple emails and cadences, the prospects tend to reply me and agree to a meeting. Usually for sales development reps like us, the prospects will ignore our initial email as they think we are spamming them. By having multiple touches, the prospects will think we are legitimate and will reply to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to strongly recommend Salesloft to business development reps, sales reps who are looking to increase their productivity as well as the effectiveness of cold outreach to prospects, this tool is really helpful in helping to automate your sales processes, and getting good replies rate from prospects because multiple emails can be sent to prospects until they reply. Thumbs up!

Taking organization to the next level

What do you like best about the product?
I love Salesloft!! I had no idea a service like this even existed until working at my company - this program keeps me organized and efficient in communicating with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about the product I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved all my "lost" emails; I now have the ability to create Cadence emails that assist in following up with customers to address all steps needed for their success.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how it connects seemlessly to my salesforce making it super easy for me to make calls and send emails right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my cadences there have bene times we I selected to,
- Remove if email bounced
- remove if they reply

and still, see the people in my cadence so sometimes its time consuming to sift through them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How quick and efficient having email templates are in my day to day. Makes it very easy for me to quicky make calls instead o manually dialing as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setting up cadences is what I like most; it makes likes a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the metrics and feedback that we get. I feel that it is inaccurate at times. It would also be nice to have an 'IFThen' function where if a prospect does something, then this happens...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up email campaigns. Automation is a benefit and so is sending out bulk emails

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy user interface that allows me to build out nurture campaigns and email outreach without any hassle. It really helps us scale our outreach and retention activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automation rules were better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in contact with a large territory of existing users and potential new users. Through the use of this platform, we have been able to really engage and provide additional value to customers by automating some of the outreach, distribution of important information, and so forth.

Quickly Increase Outreach, Customer Engagement, and Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Live Feed and tracking abilities. Easy to handle a large volume of leads complete steps. The call dialer is also very helpful and directly feeds the next call - Lofting Zoom meeting invite which includes a meeting recorder. Exporting from Zoominfo is also very helpful. The dialer feature has increased our outbound calls and live notes helps to prepare for additional meeting and file management.

Quickly being able to create a cadence and being outreach within minutes, especially if there are templates created. Snippets and Vidyards are also great tools that help engagement. Conversation Intelligence gives us the insights to prepare for additional meetings and even ideas for content and marketing from the feedback we receive during the call. Many API gave us the ability to contact SalesLoft to many different platforms - such as Zoominfo & Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to tell if email opens and clicks are real or spam software. The cadence analytics should provide more insights - such as successes per cadence. Spacing issues between the last sentence and signature.

It would be great if you could see the signature when creating emails to avoid spacing issues. Link clicks and visiting sites are sometimes not done by the email recipient - it would be good if there was a notification if it was a real link click (by a person) or spam software. These insights can be very helpful for lead generation and the signals we look for in our outreach. Only being able to directly export to 25 leads at a time from Zoominfo could be increased to a higher number. Typically, we can import up to a couple of hundred contacts per day - which could be accomplished quicker if the direct import was increased from 25 to even 50 at a time. Exporting a larger number via Excel is an opinion, but requires most time and steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large-volume outreach - both emails and calls. Multiple touch cadences have been very helpful to us - emails, LinkedIn touch, calls have landed more first meetings for us. We also sped up our outreach ability and increased our first client meetings within a few weeks. Learning from the signals we receive from the tracking and analytics has helped us create additional content that resonates with our outreach lists. Adjusting the length of the cadences has also provided us insights to know how many emails are needed before we can expect responses from our outreach.

Templates are very helpful when the same content is used frequently and also helps create cadences quicker. The phone dial automatically feeding the next call is also helpful and take live notes is a great way to stay organized. Since SalesLoft is very easy to use, we've been able to quickly onboard new sales development representatives and have them up to scales faster than expected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage the training, support, and videos SalesLoft provides. This will help your organization achieve success faster and get the results you're looking for. If your looking for a tool that easy to use and be customize to meet the needs of your organization this is the platform.
