What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Links well to Zoom Info & Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having a dedicated customer service rep. When issues arise, you have to repeat your issue to multiple people vs. dealing with one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated cadences are a benefit. Leadership being able to see opens/clicks to determine successful campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you have a dedicated admin that understands both Salesforce & Salesloft and can update as business needs change.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences and analytics. It helps me to stay consistent and targeted with my outreach. I also love the gmail plugin (when it works). It cuts my response time in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slow response to glitches with the platform. It takes the tier 1 rep too long to move issues/concerns to the team who can provide a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft addresses the lag in lead response and missing ongoing touchpoints with prospects/current customers.

What do you like best about the product?
unlimited calling is a great option to have

having to clear my cache and cookies regularly is a inconvenience

Very user friendly and a great platform to keep my leads organized.

I like how detailed you can make each cadence. You can easily edit and do whatever necessary to make your steps more efficient

Very little- especially now that the pause cadence feature just came out.

Making sure my leads are all in one place.

That I can't insert my own meetings link.

So good to help me keep on top of all my moving prospects etc etc, otherwise it would feel really scattered. It also hones my focus everyday.
Enjoying customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
How organized the platform is and how it makes engagement easier for our reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it seems like Conversational Intelligence & Deals seem to have been released without putting too much into the features. We can't even implement Deals & CI while helpful could be so much more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized engagement. We've realized that by increasing our call volume just slightly increases our pipeline exponentially.
The efficient way
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes us more efficient in our prospection tasks and is also very useful for the marketing team so we can create step by step cadences that our Sales Team can follow. The support is always very helpful and fast too
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really... when we had issues with the platform or the integration, the support had our back very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency of the sales team and the prospection campaigns. Control on the message delivered by the sales. Great tool to come back on the activities and to train. Analytics make us more efficient too.
Favorite CRM Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of the cadences to help keep me on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to skip if a person does not have a linkedin, or phone number, instead of another option, "not applicable."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to send individual emails/reminders to thousands of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
its a good tool to use, especially if you are looking at reporting and analytics. It provides insight on performance, and you can use it to enhance sales strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool glitches out and its very heavy. It will not always send the email after scheduling it due to glitches and the phone quality is not the best .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a great tool to keep your analytics in check. Using the detailed reporting of which cadences works best and comparing with salesloft numbers has increased our sales rates.
Great tool for companies
What do you like best about the product?
Logging calls, emails, notes anything about customers. Also, you can put in there email, twitter page, cell number. Just a great CRM system for the company to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to merge contacts if you have double contacts. Sometimes sending out mass emails can be a task. Getting people organized in lists can be a task as well. I wish it would automatically bring contacts over from Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my job easy with sending out mass emails to customers at once and setting a timer to have it send those emails out for me. Also, making call lists to bust through calls easily.

Its a great tool for a company with sales and needing to get mass communication out to customers.
