Tracking SDR is easy
What do you like best about the product?
I could easily track my SDR activities and most important I liked about saleloft is the new features they launched. Recently they launched Email Sentiments and it had helped a lot for my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
In analytics part, they sould allow users to create custom reports, and also they should allow normal Linkedin account to connect instead of connecting the navigator account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to track my team performance in more better way, the cadence detailed review allow me to study my cadence performance. I can easily save my different search filters of people and accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Great execution tool when paired with Salesforce! Allows for activity tracking across our teams and allows for us to be intentional with our analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't make it super easy to track activity outside emails/calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is looking to grow our clientele and with that, we needed automation in our processes. SL has helped us do exactly that.
Easy-to-use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy touse and doesn't take any technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not automatically pull someone out of sequence if their email replies with an OOO email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems as of yet. Scheduling emails to go out at specific times is awesome.
Improve your sales numbers
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has helped me to improve my numbers by reducing my manual work. It provides me a tool to improve my cadence steps. Best part it, it tells me what was the person left my cadence and what was the reason for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft can provide access to customize the automation rule according to the user. Also, they should provide option to create custom reports i.e to track hot leads of my different SDR's & AE.

If you want to reduce your manual work and focus more on prospecting the leads then salesloft is the best option in market.

Ease of use to add and remove prospect and able to organize tasks based on activity( all calls, all linkedIn etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
not much, they have constant update. However, sometimes it has loading issues but with customer service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to prospect and see which messaging are working a/b testing and seeing the statistics is good. ability to gain good insights of response rate for calls and emails

Cadences to stay on track with prospects. Open rates and seeing when customers opened emails and how many times. Recorded calls to reference back to.

Sometimes my audio goes away completely and I cant hear ringing or the other person. As soon as I log out and back in it fixes itself

Setting tasks and using cadences to ensure I'm following up enough.

What do you like best about the product?
Its the best tool for cadence, sales automation and the analytics. I can easily track my SDR report.

There is no custom report option and also there are very less triggers in sales automation. For analytics they could allow user to create their custom reports and layout

It has saved my time and money. Its easy for me to track my SDR activites. I save my time by making different sales automation and I can see my SDR cadence's and their performance.

The simplicity of it! I love the analytical aspect, and how everything is clean and easy to use.

The transfer button could be a little more simple.

One thing that I feel as if I have benefited from is, the smoothness of the program.

Absolutely!
Intuitive, user-friendly platform- but had to get used to the constant updates.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how integrative the platform is with our CRM. It is user-friendly, and I like how easy it is to stay organized with the to-do's, reminders, and tasks. It makes you feel productive when you complete steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new layout/color scheme changed from dark blue to white and green. I feel like it is much harder to read with those colors, and I miss how it was before. Usually, slight software updates don't bother me, and I know they are necessary, but I wouldn't say I liked that change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I am solving on SalesLoft are time management, staying organized, following up with leads more quickly, and having the necessary research and handy notes available on the call helps me prepare at a quicker rate. I can complete my call goals, keep track of messages, and book meetings for the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would get it not only just for your sales team but account managers as well to keep track of all communications and account activity.

This vastly cuts down on both manual work by the sales team to go through all steps in the sales process, and also helps them know very clearly exactly what needs to be done each time they log in for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The synching sometimes seems a little delayed, but other than that, the admin is quite simple to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, sales cycle, sales process, reduction of manual typing in order for more time to be spent selling. Benefits include increased pipeline and faster time to close with more defined solutioning for the customer.

Don't be afraid to reach out for help if you need help setting everything up. The team is incredibly patient with any questions.
